Rude salesman, extremely pushy, not selling a real service. If you are not google you cannot put me on the first page of google. All of these services are scams and this reflects very poorly on the BBB that this company is accredited with you and has not one single positive review and you somehow give them a 3.6star ratting. Do you even check in to this at all? Seriously 20 negative feedbacks explaining this business is a scam and you haven't checked in to them or down right removed them? How much do I have to pay the BBB to get my business a perfect rating because it clearly isn't based on customers experiences.

This is by far the worst SEO/Marketing company I have ever dealt withI might as well have done the SEO and marketing myself because that's about the service I gotI was assigned a "Marketing Specialist" that never communicated with me unless I sent an email asking for an updateLater, I find out my specialist no longer worked at the company, but nobody bothered to tell meTo top everything off, my name was even spelt wrong in the content that was written on my Google+ page that I asked them to change MULTIPLE times with no success! I have documented emails and correspondence to provide proofI want a full refund for the months I paid for because this was by far the worst experience and company I've ever dealt withI would not recommend using them for anything!
I was very eager to use brand rep for their first page of Google promotion serviceOne day I was inside of my store when we received a call from a company claiming that they were Google and that they could get us on the first page of google.com in less than daysMy business has three store and each locations has a Google plus page that we use for our customers to get directions, view our images and learn more about our servicesIn order for Brand Rep to assure that you on the first page of Google they claim that you must give ownership of your Google page to their company The problem that we run into is that we do communicate to our customers through our Google page we receive emails and reviews from customers and we are the only ones we want to view those reviews and we deal with our customersWe do this the instant that they make an inquiry on our pageI offered to make them managers of the page and with my experience there are no limitations to what a company could do as a manager of a Google page versus being the owner of a Google pageIf their service was Genuine they would not need to retain ownership of social media pages and in all reality it belong to the Company that contracted them We attempted to contact the company on either Christmas Day or New Year's eve when I was put on the phone with the representative name *** We spoke for roughly minutes of which he attempted to explain to me that their service cannot be guaranteed if I did not give them ownership of my pageInstead of being confrontational and getting upset with the young man who clearly didn't care that we paid their company to do a service for usInstead he spoke to me as if he paid meHe was Very disrespectful, condescending and clearly lacking customer service skills, which made kindly request to speak to someone other than himAfter not receiving a call back from him or any other management personnel at this company we received no responseIt wasn't until the next day I realized that I have been billed shortly thereafterSince I had not received a phone call back from anybody in the company, I contacted my credit card company and cancel any transactions from brand rep I made an honest effort to try to work with this companyI reached out to the company yesterday and attempted to come to a resolution at which time I was connected to [redacted] again who actually said he explained the situation to me in Ad nauseamWhich I must admit I found extremely offensive In short and at the end of the day it bothers me that I sent money to this company and they have treated me with great disrespectAnd the way that [redacted] spoke to me I'm absolutely confident that I will not receive a refund It isn't necessarily a refund that I was shooting forI was really sincerely hoping that your company can provide the service that you offered me without retaining sensitive company information that in essence is proprietary to our brand At the end of the day I would like a refundIt is my full intention to leave reviews on every site on the Internet with this exact complaint including rip off report, yelp, Google, Yahoo, the Revdex.com and a few others The only option I was given by [redacted] is to pay $to cancel my agreement with their company $is a very small and minuscule amount of money for me to payIt would be no problemBut conceptually I have a problem given money to disrespectful organizations I am open to discussing this with any of the managing operators of this company but I will not speak with ***Unfortunately if I don't hear back today or receive a reasonable resolution to this issue I will spread by complaint across the Internet Please forgive any typos as I do not have the time to proofread this message Bill [redacted]
Hello, Thank you for the feedback in regards to your experience with our company But to be fair, I have looked deeply into the business relationship established back in 7/28/ I have listened to all calls and client did agree to signing up to work with BrandRep and Did agree to charges from a payment disclosure by said said representative at a special discounted rate Client proceeded to speak with enrollment agent and Client was provided with enrollment welcome letter, e agreement and receipt of charges on 7/28/ At this time there was no dispute of charges E agreement was also signed by client this same day of 7/28/ The process of work begins, directories built, Client is pinned in [redacted] and website is completed Client calls in on 8/14/to add photos to website There are no specific notes that states there any issues at this time We continue with the optimization process to get client on the first page of [redacted] as stated in Guarantee On 9/19/Client calls in again and wants to add additional photos, we accommodate his request 10/First page [redacted] Ranking notification send to client10/2nd Keyword notification November 14th 3rd first page notificationOn 12/4th first page ranking keyword notificationOn Feb 9th 5th 1st page ranking keyword Notification In our Guarantee, we will get keywords on the first page of [redacted] within day,s clearly this was accomplished On 4/17/Client calls reception and asks to speak with finance department The client was then transferred to billing and client was unhappy and said no charges have been authorized and that we have stolen his money A supervisor was then brought into this situation so all could be resolved Client said there was an issue with website and no charges should have been charged whatsoever We were willing to help with website if there was an issue, but client did not want to allow us to help His last statement was that i'll just go to the Revdex.com if you don't give me 100% of my money back mind you 7-months later We are company that has provided services and take unhappy clients very seriously We never were given the opportunity to make things right by client, if there was even anything wrong In my full analysis, we feel services were rendered and every dollar spent client was given more than enough value throughout our business relationship We still even offered further assistance, which client declined at the time Thank You Operation Manager
