I don't appreciate any person or establishment that tries to insult my intelligence in a subtle mannerTo set the record straight, Brand Rep's (BR) response gives the impression that I pursued them for business when they contacted me asking for my businessI understand that they needed rights to accessing my business information, but when it did not work out between both parties, I emailed them to relinquish the rights to MY own business, and yes I had difficulties directly with *** because they ignored my request and did not bother to do soThey never tried relinquishing the rights to my business listing information through ***They initiated this whole transaction from the start, they had *** call me to give them rights to the listing, they should have called them or took ***'s call to them when I was on the phone with *** for a three way call*** said they could not reach Brand RepThen a week later, *** called me and said that Brand Rep told them to have me contact *** for any mattersWhat kind of service is that? Brand Rep was just making me waste my time with all thisAnd they are continuing to do so by not fully disclosing our initial conversationThe initial agreement was for months, but after *** called me and heard my complaint about the matter, she said she had to listen to the initial conversation recording I had with ***She called back quickly in a nice fashion, which was pleasant, and agreed that my complaint was justifiable and offered to reduce the contract to three months with twenty dollars a month less off the priceThat sounds like they admitted to misleading me without saying so and were trying to make me forget about the complaintShe asked me if I was good with that, and told her, at the the time I guess I was and that I would be calling backWhen I first started with Brand Rep my business was already starting to rank because I was getting calls through *** and I did not sign up with BR for this specific reason, it was to build MY websiteThe rankings was a secondary feature that I really did not particularly expectAnd I have the email stating thatBR has the recorded conversation between us and should forward that to the Revdex.com*** never told me directly that BR would NOT build MY siteI'm a very laid back person and get along with anybody I encounter, but when someone is going to go on the record and subtly say other than what I know to be true and question my intellect, I take real offense to that gestureI'm a loyal person, but when someone starts twisting things around, I don't want anything to do with thatWish this could have been better, I hate confrontation

They deem it necessary to mention they have "many customers" and that they "take care" of them. No, they do not as there are many complaints especially on the Revdex.com re: their services, or lack their of. If they really cared about their customers they would not be rude with their tonality and put the customer first and REFUND my money which they had no permission to charge my credit card. I had to go through the inconvenience of calling my bank and contacting them so that I don't continuously get charged. I verbally called in and had and asked tthe representative lady and said "I just dont want these services no longer" and please "do not charge my credit card anymore". After being guaranteed my credit card would not be charged - I didn't think they would continue for charging for their "services" which were VERY INPROFESSIONAL (being in business all my life). I regret ever signing up with them when I could have done a 100% way better job of advertising myself. They also did the mistake of advertising for me in the wrong city that I requested so the money I spent was completely wasted. I wish for the Inconvenience they can REFUND only 1MONTH of $*54 - very simple as they did not have my permission.False company, false advertising - I thought they were Google as they really pushed that on the phone but turns out they are some small third party. Awful example of how they treat their clients, right here. Everything is scripted and to continuously dissatisfy the customer. Disgraceful and misleading - charging my credit card after cancelling and having over *5+ complaints on Revdex.com is not a good sign.They get as much as they can out of the client and I could have done a better job for free or at least advertised for my client in the right city requested.Sincerely Production Manager/CEO[redacted]Revdex.com:

Hello, Thank you for the feedback in regards to your experience with our company.  But to be fair,  I have looked deeply into the business relationship established back in 7/28/2014.   I have listened to all calls and client did agree to signing up to work with BrandRep and Did...

agree to charges from a payment disclosure by said said representative at a special discounted rate.  Client proceeded to speak with enrollment agent and Client was provided with enrollment welcome letter, e agreement and receipt of charges on 7/28/14.  At this time there was no dispute of charges.   E agreement was also signed by client this same day of 7/28/14.  The process of work begins, directories built, Client is pinned in [redacted] and website is completed.  Client calls in on 8/14/14 to add photos to website.  There are no specific notes that states there any issues at this time.  We continue with the optimization process to get client on the first page of [redacted] as stated in Guarantee.  On 9/19/14 Client calls in again and wants to add additional photos, we accommodate his request.   10/14 First page [redacted] Ranking notification send to client. 10/27 2nd Keyword notification.    November 14th 3rd first page notification. On 12/8 4th first page ranking keyword notification. On Feb 9th 5th 1st page ranking keyword Notification.  In our Guarantee, we will get 2 keywords on the first page of [redacted] within 90 day,s clearly this was accomplished.  On 4/17/15 Client calls reception and asks to speak with finance department.   The client was then transferred to billing and client was unhappy and said no charges have been authorized and that we have stolen his money.  A supervisor was then brought into this situation so all could be resolved.  Client said there was an issue with website and no charges should have been charged whatsoever.   We were willing to help with website if there was an issue, but client did not want to allow us to help.  His last statement was that i'll just go to the Revdex.com if you don't give me 100% of my money back mind you 7-8 months later.   We are company that has provided services and take unhappy clients very seriously.  We never were given the opportunity to make things right by client, if there was even anything wrong.  In my full analysis, we feel services were rendered and every dollar spent client was given more than enough value throughout our business relationship.  We still even offered further assistance, which client declined at the time. Thank You Operation Manager

You're confused? First of all, I don't even know who I'm speaking with? There's a big question surrounding why the Operations Manager will not state their full name. Did I speak to you at all during this enchanting relationship? I know this will not go past this point because Brand Rep does not want to admit to any negative business issues. That's perfectly fine with me since you choose not to take the evidence and share it with the Revdex.com or me for that matter. We both know the truth and I'm not going to let your illicit forbearance have an effect on my business. You know what the outcome would be if you supplied the recorded conversation. I was doing fine before your company called me asking for business and I'll do better without a business that's not up to standards. A guy from [redacted] told me what I needed to do exactly for business rankings. SEO companies are making money off of people that truly don't know how [redacted] operates. [I have contacted them many time Mr. [redacted] and me have spoken many times it always comes down to the same results they want me to agreed to what they are saying. I send them screen shots and before he got them he was telling me he need it to speak with my family members to make sure they were searching for the right phrase once he saw the screen shots then he said he didn't knew what was happening.  Well they probably will charge me the $1,200 dollar which was the total amount of the contract. Who knows?  As of today my website does not show on [redacted] search engine in any of the paid positions which was 1st to 4th or I haven't got no one click or call from any customers except the called that I mention before on my last letter.  There is no point on talking with them since even when you provide them with documentation they don't accept it. ]
