Quibids,
Did not resolve this issue in regards of refunding my $ 60.00 and they are lying regarding that they give you three chances to charge your credit card or not. Quibids immediately charge your card and then scam you to bid the item cost $400.00 and they apply your $60.00 and then tell you to charge more money or you can buy it for $340.00. They have mis advertising stating that the item costs $10.00 to bid on and then they will ask you to keep bidding until you run out and then try to charge you for more money. This is some kind of Pyramid Scam.
I have called several times to speak to the Manager [redacted] and they will not handle this issue and keep hanging up. I have called to speak to [redacted] and a person by the name of [redacted] will not let me speak and this Director of Support will not return answers to my e-mails or telephone calls. Please investigate this company they are providing misinformation and profiting from the consumer and taking advantage of innocent people. Please let customers know what they are doing. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:The terms and conditions don't state that bids will be used when you select voucher only. I had the setting on voucher only. I should of been only using voucher bids. Once they were used up then I should of not been able to bid anymore until I placed the setting back on bids. I did not grant permission to use my bids. I am requesting the bids to be credited back to my account if no refund will be given. If a refund or refund of bids are not credited back then I will dispute the transaction  with my bank as this was not described correctly. I hope we don't have to go that far. My request is more than responsible. At very least the bids should be credited back. I am hoping for a fair resolution so we can end this issue. Thanks

I disagree with the response. The customer is NOT given the option to sign up for an account without entering credit card information. Upon signing up, it is NOT clear that the customer's credit card will be charged by signing up for an account. Again, I emailed the website the day of immediately following to cancel my account and again later that week to speak with customer service and never received a response. I made 2 attempts to reach customer service and unfortunately because I am disputing the charge that the company has decided to reply. I never received a confirmation email that my inquiry was received. I have the time and date of when I attempted these actions.

When a chargeback is placed it means that your bank or credit card company initiated a dispute of a charge on your behalf. This chargeback is sent to our company requesting certain information including the date of the transaction, what address the user registered with, etc. We respond to these disputes supplying the bank or credit card company with the requested information. The bank or credit card company then decides whether the customer or our company wins the chargeback. If the customer wins the chargeback, the bank or credit card company credits the amount disputed back to the customer's account. If our company wins the chargeback, we are able to issue the refund.
