We would like to point out that it is impossible for our company to charge a customer's credit card without their permission. The purchase price of the starter bid package is listed three different times on our billing page to make sure the customer is aware of the purchase being made. Upon signing up for a membership on our site you were asked to read our 'Terms and Conditions' and to check a box acknowledging that you read and understood this article. These terms and conditions clearly state how this site works. In addition, our business model as well as the ins and outs of the website, are easily found in both the 'Help' section and in 'QuiBids 101'. Each bid costs just $0.60. Our most popular bid packages are available by selecting the Buy Bids tab on the main menu bar. These bids are pre-paid and placed in your Bids Account. Each time you place a bid, your Bids Account is deducted one bid. Once a bid is placed the auction price will go up in increments of 1,2,5,10,15, or 20 cents. . A maximum of 20 seconds is also added to the timer every time someone bids. This gives enough time for someone else to make the decision to bid if they're interested. This is similar to the "Going once...Going twice...SOLD!" approach of traditional auctions. If you are the top bidder when the timer reaches zero, you win. I want my money refunded to my account. The advertisement on national news never mentioned a fee and in the signing up for the services I did not agree to a 60.00 charge when I went to the site. Please refund my 60.00 as this is a scam and should be clearly stated on the website not in a area where it is hidden. This is not fair policy and practice and refunds should be given when it was cancelled the SAME DAY!! I never used received ANY GOODS> PLAESE REFUND MY 60.00 dollars

I am rejecting this response because: I don't care about the measley $5 you kept from me other than the Revdex.com needs to know that your business is a real scam. I had to give a CC to open the account or not have access to the site. I had no idea you were using that money for bidding which is a total scam because you keep resetting the clock. I thought the card was for purchases not to be used to bid. What a scam. I will make it my mission to alert others to this fact.

I registered and 100 bids just showed up on m account so I assumed they were free because I was never notified I signed up for a package. I don't care what you say I was never notified that my card was being charged and that the bids were worth money. I'm not dropping this case until I get my money back because this is absolutely ridiculous and an obvious example of deceptive sales practice
