its a generic response. they won't talk to me. the info and phone number leads back to the person named [redacted] and he won't take my calls. the whole point of this is to get an explanation from quibids asap. what exactly is the point of all this. do they know who I am? that I am the complainant? a person in customer service ([redacted]) answered the call, asked for my email address and told me that [redacted] was busy. I left a message and I suspect that I will NEVER hear from them. whats next???

After reviewing your account and speaking with our Customer Support team it appears that your account has been permanently disabled due to abuse of our Customer Support department and our Vendor Relations. In very few instances we have been forced to disable accounts that are negatively effecting our employees, customers, and vendors. It appears that you have had this explained to you by the Director of our Compliance Department. Unfortunately there are instances when we are forced to make a decision to disable an account when we feel that keeping the user as a member of our website will continue to negatively effect or operations. Issues that factor into this decision include constant abuse of our Customer Support team, false claims on shipped items, and reaching out to the Customer Support team of our vendors in attempt to receive refunds or exchanges that were not granted by QuiBids. We have reviewed your account termination at your request and still feel that it is in our best interest for your account to remain permanently disabled.

Our most popular bid packages are available by selecting the Buy Bids tab on the main menu bar. These bids are pre-paid and placed in your Bids Account. Each time you place a bid, your Bids Account is deducted one bid. Once a bid is placed the auction price will go up in increments of 1,2,5,10,15, or 20 cents. . I am rejecting this response because: I have already called that number and was rudely hung up on by supervisor and too what a scam the site really is and how I should enjoy being scammed because that is quibids true business model. They hid bad feedback and there policy where people will not see it, even while coaxing you to a everything you need to know section that doesn't show there fraudulent bidding process model. 95% is horrible model. Oh, and they don't even answer there number they gave the bb complaint. Dishonest company that should pay gambling taxes as they favor the house with there dishonest way of making other bidders not bidding for your auction drive up the cost on items they don't want and have no interest in, and only can buy if they win the auction. No robot needed to drive up costs because the link multiple auctions so your bidding and losing to nobody as the winner only wants the item they bid on so they keep the products to sell again. So fraud.

I called the phone number that they said to call and tried to talk with the customer support agent on the phone. I brought up the fact that if I had received my 3 free bids for signing up then the bid from my account would not have been accidentally used. She stated that is you would have read the terms and conditions then you would have known that once you have used a bid we cannot issue a refund for that bid. I stated I understand that but if I had received my "voucher" bids then the bid would not have been used and I should receive a full refund. Rudely she stated their is nothing more we can do for you.
