I am rejecting this response because:1. I was not given a choice of any package when I put in my credit card number.  As soon as my card was entered it automatically took every dime I had on my card, which was $50.00.  I had not planned to spend that much.  2. All over the website you have 'Penny Auction', and it shows people bidding at one penny per bid.  This was extremely misleading.  I thought if I used $5.00 of my money to bid at a penny each I wouldn't lose too much.  Unfortunately, that isn't the way you work.  You charge 50 cents per bid even though it shows I only bid one penny at a time.  This is very similar to a 'bait and switch' scheme.  You should be up front with all requirements prior to taking our money.

I received a swift response from QuiBids after my email and Revdex.com complaint and then received a credit to my Amex for the full amount this morning. Judging by the amount of people that have and continue to experience this issue, it's clear that the company is aware of the problem with the website's operation, yet choose to leave it as-is. I would never feel comfortable doing business with a company that started relationships this way. That said, with respect to the issue at hand - a refund of payment - I am 100% satisfied with this company's speedy resolution process.

I have been in communication several times with a person named Mohamed at that department, and he insists that there was no error. I know for a fact that this was a bug in the website.

They still did not explain that I was being charged $60 immediately. I thought there was a 30 day trial at which time I would pay $60. I also tried to bid on a few items but was outbid each time by the same person. It also did not specify in large print that you were using your bids so quickly. I was disappointed with the site and was expecting much more than was delivered. I still would like a refund based on good faith.

This is Not acceptable, one of the very first things I did when I logged on was have my info and NO where did it say I was going to be charged! I would of never paid that seeing I am a mother of five kids and could not afford that and actually took from my water bill that I had to call and get a hold on so it wouldn't be shut off! This site is bad and shod be ashamed and even the voices of the people who answer the phone already know why you are calling! They are rip offs and should be against the law for any one to be able to legally STEAL from people! I would hope that the Revdex.com checks this for them self and shut them down, if I don't change my mind I will also have other news who DO care about Americans money check this out! They should be ashamed and shut down .

It is impossible to win an auction and this is borne out through numerous posts on various sites. This is tantamount to online gambling, with out even an expectation of a reward at the conclusion. I am still considering legal action with a consumer affairs attorney who would love to bring this case to court. The bad publicity alone would likely affect business. Poor business, poor customer service... It's almost criminal.

I spoke today with [redacted] of Compliance at Quibids. [redacted] told me that despite the fact that the item is fraudulent, there is nothing they will do. I explained that it is easily verifiable that the product is not what was promised, however [redacted] said that they basically do not care because its been longer than 90 days. I want to reopen my complaint and see that it is dealt with by the Revdex.com.

One thing you should keep in mind is that we have hundreds of active users at any given moment during the day, and if all of them choose to participate in an auction, the auction can go on for an extended period of time.
