I am rejecting this response because: I have made multiple attempts to contact these people. They messaged me 1 TIME stating that I should check with my neighbors and anyone else in my household. Of which I have already done. At the end of the message they stated that I need to request that a claim be started so I did that. They never responded to me after that.I will attach all orders that I have not received as well as the ONLY email I received from them in response to multiple emails I have sent them (I have them ALL). I want my cards or ALL of my bid money returned to me. I don't have a lot of money and they are Christmas gifts. I needed to attach other files to here but it wouldn't allow me to.

This response is generic and covers all the information easily found on there website. It at no point in time addresses the fact that my account was disabled and the items won using my $60 worth of bids were never recieved. I understand that lost bids are not reimbersable as I dont have an issue with grasping the obvious. The issue here is that they took my money, aka "real bids", and did not issue the items won nor a refund. This response at no point in time refers to the rude and aggressive gentleman that treated me quite poorly on the phone either. Simply unacceptable.

I decline to accept the response. Please see attached. In sum, there is a shortfall of $511.50 that I am still owed, as follows: 1) the real bids I used to win each of the 15 $50 gift cards that were taken away @ $.50 per bid and an average of 75 real bids used to win each card (15 x $37.50), plus 2) $44 in bids that remain frozen in my second account. Credit for the $95 you did refund me, leaves $511.50.I opened a second account to hide that I was female - liz9249 vs. roomba79 - because male bidders are more aggressive to female bidders. I did not intentionally violate any terms and conditions for collusive or fraudulent reasons. I didn't chat on the phone with [redacted] because documentation is critical. I'm an attorney, I should know.I will settle this matter for $511.50. I am rejecting this response because:Their platform has everything tilted in their favor and I am being hung out to dry. They are closing my account as a way to not award an item. Let me begin by saying that auction was over $40 in price when it ended which meant at $.60 per bid, more than $2400 in value had been spent. Not only am I not getting awarded the win, the other participants are not getting their money/investment back. They can claim all day that vouchers have no value, but they sell them all day long and $.60 each. I have nearly 1500 vouchers in my account. I paid full price for many of those. By closing my account, they are robbing me of my opportunity of utilizing them to win a product. I think arbitration is the next step.

I know how the bidding process works. I have bid on your site for years. You have the actual retail price of the iphone 6 64 GB wrong. I did the buy it now option and then realized that you have a $250 above retail price for this item. I have bid on many things in the past and the prices have NOT been inflated, but in this case the inflation is 33% ABOVE ACTUAL RETAIL PRICE. This is wrong business practice and all I am asking for is the difference between what I paid you guys for the phone and the ACTUAL RETAIL COST.

I am rejecting this response because: Quibids has not responded to the problems they caused by wrongly charging my account $309.99 in the original complaint, and my 309.99 was credited back to my account on 9-29-16, after my 4th complaint on 9-27.Quibids tied up my money from 9-5-16 until 9-29-16 even though I tried every way QuiBids offers to stop this transaction. Phone call on 9-6, e-mail to Quibids support, speaking with QuiBids customer support on two occasions, and speaking with Quibids customer support supervisor on two occasions. All of my contacts with Quibids were either ignored, are were allowed to fall through the big cracks in Quibids systems. My original complaint offered to forgive the numerous problems caused by QuiBids lack of response beginning 9-5-16 and not completely resolved, or responded to as of this date. Quibids failed to acknowledge my offer.
