account. He has been very abusive to our representatives and sent 15 inappropriate emails to us yesterday alone. He has been making threats and contacting our suppliers to disparage our business. The customer himself noted that he "lost his mind", and we feel that is an accurate description of what has happened. As I noted earlier, the customer has been provided with a refund so there is nothing more we can do here and we would prefer not to communicate with him any further given the circumstances. I am rejecting this response because: Only because the matter is still not quite settled. I did get an initial response to this problem via email on 9/14/16, but that response failed to recognize that I was shipped the incorrect parts. I responded with a very clear email stating the problem (again) and did get a reply that they would be sending a new "call tag" to have the incorrect parts picked up. I did receive this new cal tag yesterday and will be shipping the incorrect parts back today.
My reason for not accepting the response made by the business is simply because I still do not have a refund or the parts that I ordered. I do realize that they are being more responsive now that the Revdex.com is involved, but this has now stretched out to a week shy of two months.

one pending also there has been no change to the ad showing it was a mistake on pricing which shows intent as well as other products on their site having super low pricing. I am still waiting for a resolution other than the refunds. I have lost business sales opportunities as well as others I sent to their website so my reputation is also been affected.

Hello, Your order has been cancelled and a full refund for the amount of $36.20 has been issued to your account as of 2/3/2016 via check. The payment gateway has expired fort he order is over 60 days old, meaning we could not issue a credit back to the CC.

I ordered a trailer hitch for my 2002 cadillac eldorado 40.00 plus shipping what you sent was not a trailer hitch I want my money refunded
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH AUTOPLICITY.
I ordered parts and received on time, 2 weeks later had a car accident and car was totaled. So I called to return the parts, but I was on hold for over 45 minutes the first day and did not get any where. So I called the sales and they told me that they can't help me because this is sales, I have to talk to returns. I called the 3rd day and finally I got through. She told me that she will email me with the return info and I asked why I could not get info through Return site on their webpage, she said it down.
I get an email from her saying that in order to authorize for return and create a return order, she has to see picture of the parts in the box and outside the box.
I never heard of this before. they give you hard time for the return and then you say to yourself that its not worth the hassle and ended up eating the cost of the parts.
This place is unbelievable, never had this kind of experience before. Pay little extra and get piece of mind.

Although they finally refunded, it was after 4 phone calls, a dispute filed with my bank and filing a complaint on here. To contradict the business statement that they didn't show it in there system, each time I called the rep acknowledged the order and said it showed cancelled.
