As stated in the previous email. The order was flagged for fraud by our system because of the billing and shipping discrepancy. The customers card was charged the second they clicked the place order button on the site. No order was processed until the information was verified. Since the requested info was NOT verified the order was refunded in full. The refund was issued to the customer 24 hours after placing the order. At this time we no longer have the customers funds.

never lied to. Our warehouse stated that the item will be ready to ship out on the 10th. According to the tracking number- [redacted]XXXXXXXXX. the package was indeed picked up on the 10th and scanned in on the 11th. Unfortunately we were not provided this tracking number upon your request, only to receive it days later. This is why your order was not able to be cancelled. The item has shipped and is in transit. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product that you have ordered, simply refuse the package for a FULL credit. If you are unable to refuse the package, a prepaid shipping label will be provided to you to retrieve the item. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience.

When will my money be returned?

We took this under review and found that on 8/25/2016 we provided the customer with a return shipping label.  The customer sent the return and it was received in our warehouse, but we had to forward the shipment to the manufacturer since it was a product warranty issue.  That shipment was received by the manufacturer yesterday and we are going to have a refund processed for the customer within the next 1-2 business days.

listing was a mistake on [redacted] part. They listed us as a seller of a sander that we do not sell. We never carried this item and NEVER will. The item that was shipped is what we carry under the part number ordered. Every customer that purchased this item from us has been refunded in FULL. We cannot fulfill this order. This company is not telling the truth. That sander kit was listed for sale on their very own web site with a "quantity on hand" of 40. After I called them out on this, they removed it from their web site and said they were currently out of stock. Also, they are claiming that what was listed for sale was only supposed to be a sanding pad, even though the description, picture, and part number were for the entire sander kit. Just for reference, that sanding pad that they are claiming is all they were selling is sold for about $18.00 by many sellers on the internet, but the price I paid was $55.11. Is Autoplicity saying that they sell that sanding pad for more than 3 times the money that most other sellers do? This company is very dishonest!

I ordered a pair of headlights for my VW Jetta in October it is now December and I kept getting a delay email. I finally gave up and canceled my order. It has now been two weeks and still haven't received my refund. Overtime I call I get the same answer that my refund will be posted today to my account.

my credit card was charged immediately after the order was placed and should be refunded immediately after cancellation. A reputable company would not have charged before fulfillment of an order. In any case, the order was cancelled on 6/7/2015. The 72 hours have long past.

Since they have not been responsive during my dealings with the company, The statement; "A full refund will be issued to you "SHORTLY" leaves their response lacking.
