Review: I have been an Ashley Stewart customer for years. On cyber Monday I place an online order for over 1132.54 dollars unfortunately for me I receive only half of the order. I was in a process of moving and I did not get a chance to go over the shipping until about the end of December once I realize the problem I contact them When I call they say that to give them all the item I did not receive thinking they will work on the problem they told someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours no one did so I called again they said they had sent me an email telling me that they will neither replace the items nor give me a credit. We are talking about 500 dollars. So basically eat it up I never before had a problem with ashley Stewart I will go as far as reporting them to the Revdex.com. They refuse to work with me and they are very rude. So I try to call corporate office but no answer. I am very disappointed as much as I like their clothes I will done with them once this get resolve. So I called again on Monday the 11 of 2016, again on Friday the 15 of 2016, again on Monday 18, 2016, and again on Wednesday 20, 2016 but to no avail, no one wanted to work with me. All they kept saying is that they have check and all the item were sent to me not even thinking that they could have an error on their part.Desired Settlement: The outcome for me is not only an apology but recognize that if you have a customer that is loyal to your company you need to acknowledge the customer and work with them. So I would like to get a credit from their store or a refund for the items that I did not receive.

Customer placed order on 11/30/2015Two Packages were delivered on Friday, 12/04/2015 at 9:28 A.MCustomer Reported that items were missing on 1/11/2016 9:48:24 AM 1 month and 1 week later.We requested for customer to send us pictures of the boxes that she claim had missing items, customer was not able to provide this to us to see if the boxes were damaged. All items were shipped in two boxes and the items that customer says are missing were in both boxes and customer says that neither boxes were damaged. We contacted the Warehouse and was able to confirm that all items were in the box when they left the WH. Research on these orders was done and our system shows that we packed 48 units in two cartons. One carton weighted 24 lbs and the other one weighted 24 lbs, both cartons were shipped and delivered at the same time. Nothing unusual was found, also there was no inventory available for these items. In addition, we spot checked some locations in the Warehouse with inventory and we did not find inventory discrepancies. We recommended that customer contact her bank.
Review: I order pair of petite pants online on November 30, 2013 during one of the promotions going on with [redacted]. I received an email when my merchandise was going to ship that the pants were no longer available on December 2, 2013. I tried calling phone was having problems so I created a new order for the pants on December 2 which the servicer stated was in stock. I received a email on today December 10, 2013 stating the pants were no longer available so I went back to website and it stated that the pants were available and in stock. Instead of placing another order because of the pricing I called the number provided to talk to someone in customer service. After waiting for over 35 minutes a representative came on the line and I explained to her the situation and asked for resolution. I told her the pants are still showing on the website as in stock (which she involved that they are not) I then asked her if a different length was available which it was and could I receive those in place of the ones I have attempted to order twice. She stated that she could not give the reduce price but offer free shipping. I asked then to talk to a supervisor she informed me she was a supervisor and there was nothing she could do. This is not the first time that this website has put items on that were not available or pricing was different than advertised. I made a call to corporate office in September or October 2013 due to issues with the website. No one ever contacted me. This is misrepresentation of items that are being advertised and the company unwillingness not to honor their promise for excellent service. I have been a customer with this company for quite awhile and have credit card for purchases and is very unpleased with service that is provided.Desired Settlement: In order to restore my trust in the company I would like a formal apology letter stating that the services will improve and that customer do not have to continue to have problem with the website of the company of [redacted] also I need to receive the pants I ordered to it would complete my suit.

Review: Placed an order for 2 items from Ashley Stewart. I received an email a few days later stating that the shoes were out of stock but the other item was being shipped.(March 9)... Several day later I received the shoes which the correspondence from the company stated that it would not be shipped. Never heard another thing about the romper that was ordered. Attempted for several weeks to contact company and even going tinto the store and had no success. I attempted to return the shoes and was very upset the store could not return them as the invoice showed the charge but also stated that the item was OOS (out of stock). My card was charged in addition a paid a $8.95 shipping cost. Finally, I was able to reach someone a week ago and as of today there is still no resolution to have they would like to handle this! Very disappointed

Review: I placed an online order Nov. 8, 2013. My order was send to Jackson, Ms to an unknown consumer whom called me because all my personal information was on the shipping label. I received the call on Nov. 14, 2013 @ 11:19am from [redacted] stating she received a package from ASHLEY STEWART address to her but with items to me in the box. She said that she was going to call ASHLEY STEWART and see how to send it back. By the way as of today Nov. 20, 2013 I have not received nothing, no order , no money. They have no honored there RETURN POLICY nor there PRIVACY POLICY. I have called ASHLEY STEWART. com everyday, with no good outcome. Review: I open an account with Ashley Stewart on 8/18/2013 it also stated upon opening a new account with Ashley Stewart you will receive 20% off I never did and not only did I not receive my 20% off they sent me a defective purse. I called on 8/22/2013 and spoke to a young lady name [redacted] she took down my complaints and concerns and told me someone will contact me in a few business days which would more than likely be her. Well she called this morning 8/27/2013 and left me a message stating that she had gone over my issues with her supervisor and she could offer my 20% discount Just call the call center and ask for [redacted]. Well I called in the two o'clock hour and spoke to two different people [redacted] and [redacted] not only was I left on hold for thirty minutes they kept trying to transfer me to [redacted] but they kept transferring me to the jp group expressions I think the lady said who answered the call, she put me on hold another fifteen minutes to try to get me someone to speak with. I feel I was more than nice and understanding about this situation but not only did I not receive my discount but I was sent a defective purse the purse was only $12.94 I can accept that loss but to not give me my discount on my first purchase of $100.00 is a slap in the face..Desired Settlement: Either take the 20%of my bill or at least act like you care about your new customers and send me a functional purse without me having to spend more money.
Review: A little over a week before Easter I placed an online order [redacted]]. I called continuously when I received notification the packaged shipped but it had not been received by the Post Office. Customer Service continuously told be I was mistaken that it was on the way. Then after waiting the 10 days I was told I had to wait before they could do anything I was told the package was lost. I wanted the items I ordered on sale and asked to speak to a supervisor. For some reason a supervisor is NEVER available. I called back again and again but never was able to speak to a supervisor. I was told by only solution was to be credited back for the lost package. Here we are 2 months later and my credit card is still being charged interest on a package that was NEVER shipped to me. I was told they gave me a credit. I had the credit card company contact AS directly with me and told them there is no credit on my account. On 5/16/13 I faxed AND emailed copies of my credit card statement with the charge but NO CREDIT to (Supervisor) [redacted] per [redacted] (associate). I have not heard from [redacted]. I suppose she is still unavailable. This is ridiculous. I have never had this is[redacted] with AS before and it is really sad I no longer wish to deal with your company.Desired Settlement: I just want my credit for the merchandise I did not receive plus the interest I have been charged for the 2 months on credit card.
Review: I file this complaint as a last resort to getting monies returned to my card from items purchased online and returned. I returned items purchased online through [redacted] and I haven't received credit for the items and it's been since 10.24.13. I received an email on 11-08-13 that they had received my return and to allow them 2 or 3 Billing Cycles to see credit on my Ashley Stewart card. It's now almost 4 Billing Cycles and still no returns to online purchases. Each time I talk with representatives they say allow a little while longer because they have a new system and that was December. [redacted] left me a message asking me to call them and now they say it show they returned it back to my card and have to investigate. Each time I place an order I've used my Ashley Stewart Card and there aren't any online returns from my statement. I'm providing a copy of my statement from October 2013 to February 2014. There aren't any online returns only store returns. You can't return web exclusives to the store. I've spoken with [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] & [redacted]. However they told me that they show I have two refunds due from the items. I sent them both by [redacted] in the same shipment with two different invoice numbers [redacted]. [redacted] said my Tracking number is [redacted] for 29.88 and Tracking Number [redacted] for 96.52 for Invoice Number [redacted]. I'm consistently placed on hold each time I call because they're pretending to do extensive research and incompetent to finding solutions to this ongoing dilemma. No one has gotten back wit me and it's been another two weeks and no return shown. I informed her I was filing a complaint against them. I called ###-###-#### and I called [redacted] Bank that issues the card and they have no control over returns. I didn't pay my bill once because I assumed after the third month it would show up and I would consider it my monthly payment but all showed up was late fees. This company is negligent and inconsiderate about adhering to complaints from their customers. I informed them I would never order an item that isn't in the store (Web Exclusives) because it can't be returned to the store. They need to change that policy because their online return service is the worst ever as much as I do business with them. I deserve better and so do all their customers. I copied my statement online with [redacted] Bank from October to Current. Hopefully you can see there are no online returns with it appearing extremely condensed. Thanks in advance for checking into this matter for me and hopefully this nightmare will finally get resolved.

Review: On 11/20/14 I purchased a size 24 coat from www.ashleystewart.com. However upon delivery the size of my coat was a 26. I returned the coat to the store instead of shipping back. The total cos of my coat was $77.51, subtoatal $64.67, Sales tax $3.89, s&h $8.95, Grand total $77.51. The Sales clerk at the store refunded me $68.55 and I asked why wasnt I refunded the full amount and she informed me tha AS does not refund s&h. I then replied that I do not understand why not if I paid shipping and it was the wrong size.
I did not want to cause any distrubances in the store and decided to call the number on the invoice that came in my package. CSR #1 hung up on me. CSR #2 was very rude and disrespectful. I explained the situation to her and she tells me that AS does not charge shipping, I replied yes they do and its on my invoice and she rebutals back mam Im looking at the many items you purchased and there is not one shipping charge for any of them. I replied back mam there is no way your looking at "the many items' because I only purchased ONE item and that was the coat. She then proceeds to tell me that I would have to provide a picture of the coat showing that its the wrong size, I try again explaining to her that I already returned the coat and simply asking for the $8.95 that I was charged for the coat. Needless to say that we werent getting anywhere with our discussion and I asked to speak to the MOD and/or supervisor on duty and was told AS DOES NOT hav any managers and/or supervisors on duty. CSR #3 I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told the same thing. CSR #4 told me that I would have to return the coat and I tried explaining tha I did return the coat already and just asking for my shipping fee. Again to no avail did I ever receive any help. I am simply asking for a full refund because there was no error on my end.Desired Settlement: $8.95

Review: Purchased an Item on Line. Had advertizement of 25% of Web Exclusive Items and Selected items. After trying to resolve on phone. Assister stated she seen where Mistake was made, but it was nothing she could do about it but have Web site corrected. Meantime, purchase was already mailed out on Monday the 26th of August so it was too late to cancel. Advertizement said, " 25% off All Exclusive and Selected Items" Lady said it meant 25% off of Selected Web Exclusive Items!!!!! Web site was than Corrected by the time I got home from work! I have been a loyal customer for many Years and this is Unaccetable!! If items wasnt shipped, I would have canceled order all togher!!! The advertizement should be honored. Lady on phone wouldnt even give me Corporate office information!! Stated they didnt have access to it!! Had to Google Corporate office information!!!!! Review: HelloI placed an order with Ashley Stewart online Service for 140.72. The delivery date was supposed to be 3/5/14, I tracked the package today and it states delivered yesterday 3/4/14. I called immediately and basically was told OH WELL the post office said it was delivered so you have to take it up with them. Excuse me? I paid Ashley Stewart NOT USPS. I called USPS they said it was delivered so basically I am out of 140.72? I feel like Ashley Stewart is responsible for my money I paid THEM. I will go to the newspaper, tv whatever I have to . It's my first and last order with Ashley stewart EVER . This is horrible service ! Nobody seems to care but I will fight this in every way. I need someone to contact me asap! I need my money back I do not have a package and I am not paying for something I do not have!Desired Settlement: I want the refund back for my package I never received Ashley Stewart is horrible!
Review: In November I order some clothes from Ashley Stewart Order#[redacted] paid them through PayPal. 3 of the items didn't fit. So, I sent them back. I didn't receive my refund so, I called several times. I got a customer care rep. that told me that they have a problem with refunding to PayPal. I was asked to contact PayPal and tell them to accept the refund. The customer care rep from PayPal told me they have never heard of anything like this and initiated a call to Ashley Stewart. The PayPal rep told Ashley Stewarts customer care rep that all she needed to do was put the money through. Ashley Stewart's rep said she would send it through. I was told by Ashley Stewarts rep that I am entitled to $48.62. An Ashley Stewart's rep called my house and spoke to my husband. She told him that they will be sending me a check for $48.62. That was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund. Order info - Order shipped to me on 11/28/2013, I received it late around 12/10/13. I returned the 3 items on 12/14/2014. Here it is Feb and I haven't received my refund yet.Desired Settlement: I want my refund for $48.62.
Review: I placed an online order with this company on 8/30/14. Order number[redacted]. Order total $139.15. It was to be shipped 5 to 7 days later. I kept waiting and waiting. It never showed. Finally, on Monday Sept 15, I contacted them to see what happened to my package. I ran the tracking number, online, and it said my package was sent to [redacted] TX. I live in [redacted] AR. I was also told that my money would be refunded in the next 3-5 days. The next day I received an email stating, that my money would NOT be refunded, until after 15 days, providing no package had be received. ?????????? 15 days from Tuesday, Sept 16? They've had my money since August 30th. I informed [redacted] both by phone and by email that this was very unacceptable and that I would be filing a complaint with you. I have done lots of online business in my 43 years of life. Never have I seen such a blunder or a unwillingness to QUICKLY resolve my problem. At this point, I just want my money. The three items were returned 12-11-13..which totaled $51.75+3.12 taxes=$54.87. I received a refund credit to my paypal account $18.29 on 12-27-13. I emailed Ashley Stewart online through their site twice. Until this day no one has responded to those email messages. I called twice, once on 1-2-14 spoke to Rep. name [redacted]..after getting information from me regarding the returns, [redacted] said she was opening a ticket about the return to Research team. The research team will take a review ..contact paypal regarding returns. She said research team usually process the refund. [redacted] stated, to me if I do not hear from Customer service or someone in 24-72 business hours to call back. I still did not get the refund. I called again 1-8-14 spoke to [redacted] again. She said to me paypal denied my refund to credit my account. I asked her why would paypal deny the refund when it coming from Ashley Stewart, and I was looking at my paypal account and do not show the denial. After questioning [redacted] some more, she asked to place me on hold. While on hold with [redacted] I called paypal. While speaking with paypal [redacted] came back on the phone told me she would submit for supervisor and asked if I wanted to remain holding, I said yes. I spoke to Will, a rep from paypal. He confrimed the credit $18.29 & he said NO, paypal did not deny refund...he does not show that. [redacted] came back on phone said she supervisor pulled the ticket and said they would refund my paypal account for remaining $36.58. [redacted] said she does not know long the refund will take it depends on paypal. She said it may be 24-48 hours. I have not received the remaining refund for $36.58. Review: It doesn't make sense for a company as big as Ashley Stewart to treat customers the way they do and even if they weren't a huge company they still shouldn't mistreat customers and promise them something then not honor it. For the last year or two I've reached out to Ashley Stewart multiple times and sent them multiple messages even on their website and calling their Corporate Office and have received no feedback or a phone call. During the summer about a year or two ago I went to their store located at [redacted] to shop for a blouse. I saw the blouse I wanted then I politely asked the employee if she could get it down because I couldn't reach it and she said Yes and give her a second. I went and stood where the blouse was and waited and waited and waited over an hour and this employee never came over. I then went to the counter much to my dismay saw the employee just standing there doing nothing and reading something. I asked her was she going to come get the blouse down for me and she had me waiting again yet another hour and never came over to get the blouse down. I have health issues and by then I felt myself becoming dizzy and sick from standing and waiting so long. I asked for a cutomer number which wasn't given to me and the manager seem to never be found. I was out that way on a different day and stopped by and this time the manager name Ingrid was there. I told her what happened and she promised me a gift $50 gift card and took my name and phone number and said she'll call me. Weeks went by and Ingrid never called so I called her and for several more weeks I was given the run around and finally spoke to her on the phone. Ingrid then changed her story and said she told me 30% off an in store purchase-which she didn't-and the person is now on vacation and she'll call me back. Since then it's just been one game after another with this company. I've called way too many times and sent too many messages and they've ignored everything when I reaching out to them.Desired Settlement: Because I have health issues and I recently had major surgery I'm unable to go to any of their stores. I'd like for Ashley Stewart to honor a $75 gift card for my inconveinence and many times I reached out to them and they completely ignored me. As I stated I do have health issues so I don't have the patience or the energy to continue to try and reach out to any company that will ignore customers because they don't want to resolve matters or honor what their employees promise to customers.
Review: I ordered a jumpsuit from Ashley Stewart. The website states that they still use Federal Express which delivers on Saturday. I was under the impression that If I ordered the clothing on Friday then I would receive the item on Saturday if I pay the express fee. I am not being told that I won't get my item in 1day and I will get it on Tuesday or Wednesday. I paid the express price. No one would talk to me about it or help me.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money taking off hold on my credit/debit card and I do not want the item. Com and when I got the clothes they were damaged I returned 2 items to the store then one I had to ship back because it was a Web exclusive my account was credited the purchase amount but not the shipping fee I called to ask why and the rep I spoke to name [redacted] claims they don't so that I asked how is it fair to charge me for shipping damaged clothes . Review: I ordered four butterfly bras from Ashley Stewart during a sale. On two of those bras, the underwire began poking out of the bra after one use. I contacted Ashley Stewart online and by phone 5 or 6 times before I got a return label (but that could have been the result of something wrong with my Hotmail account). Now that I have returned the bras, I have yet to receive a refund, and it has been well over a month, and the company has verified receipt of those bras. I have made at least 4 phone calls regarding a refund, and have been promised all of those times that I would get a call back from a supervisor, and have not yet done so.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund.

This is to inform you that this issue has been resolved. We have contacted customer due to time lapse, order place 04/12/2013 did not return until 10/14/13. We sent her 2 seperate return labels. Her refund was put in for research a check will be issued to her.
