I am rejecting this response because I refuse to accept this inaction on Amazon's part to investigate the issues repeatedly stated in past responses that *** *** has intentionally damaged items of mine sent in for trade-in, which is destruction of private property They have also them let them operate without any supervision and violate the Terms and Conditions of the Amazon traprogram with these numerous and repeated cases of massive inconsistency in how these numerous trade-ins were handled There have been numerous items that have been rejected without cause and the amount that is outstanding in lost credit well exceeds anything acceptable Amazon will repeatedly reject this claim and repeated comment on this issue when they claim they won'tI am required to respond in-kind as no response on my part is an automatic acceptance of their non-action, which isn't acceptable Amazon will either need to respond directly and provide a resolution or not respond and let the claim drop.

The buyer of this order has requested for a charge-back and it has been successfully completed on 02/20/2016. Once charge back is raised, the A to Z guarantee team cannot assist buyer, they may have to contact the issuing bank to confirm that it has been posted
In summary, there is no fund due to the buyer of this order as the charge-back request is already performed.
