Review: Ordered a [redacted] Chip #[redacted] on 11/18/2014. Made payment by credit card through [redacted] emailed me verification of completed transaction on 11/18/2014.

Advanced Lamps status said shipping information would be forthcoming in a day or two.

I waited until 11/29/2014 and never received confirmation of shipping. I went online to advanced Lamps website and requested confirmation of Order being shipped and received no reply as of 12/02/2014.

I checked [redacted] for any similar problems others may have had and found out they have had many similar complaints, and I am concerned I may not receive any product at all.Desired Settlement: Confirmation of shipping with explanation or a Refund.

Review: on 2-24-14 I placed an order with advanced lamps the bill was 39.44 they received the money on 2-25-14 and now its 3-4-14 and my order still has not been shipped I have sent two or three emails and called at least four times leaving two voice mails and I have not heard from anybody, on my order screen it still says pending.Desired Settlement: I ordered a product I feel the company should make good on its transactions and send me what I paid for and honor the warranty from the date I receive it not the date I purchased it.

Review: Purchased a lamp Dec 14 received it and it did not last 6 months. I contacted Advance lamps they stated I need to send lamp to them they will replace

It took three weeks to get replacement bulb after they stated the first one they sent was lost by the [redacted]. When it arrived I installed lamp and it did not work. I called Advance lamps and they stated to send lamp back they would replace. I still have not got a replacement but I'm also out $23 for the return of two bulbs. I have tried calling and no answer I have left several messages and no response. I e mailed and no response. Desired Settlement: I would like a new lamp that works mailed overnight and my money refunded for the lamps they had me mail to them. I have lost almost two months of my TV and still no bulb. I would also like the new lamp to be under a two year warranty since it seems there product don't last long

Review: Purchased product, Order #XXXXXX on 01/02/2013 took 2 months to recieve. Item failed during warranty period then was strung along for a month and a half told item would be in stock within 7-10 days 4 times!!! The last time I gave them till end of business July 19 2013 or I would report the business to all online resourses available to consumers starting with Revdex.com.Business is extremley difficult to contact by phone and does not return emails.

Review: Ordered a replacement lamp on Thursday January 23rd 2014 and have still not received the item. I have sent numerous emails to the company and received no response as well as numerous calls and voice mails that have not been returned.Desired Settlement: I would either like a refund or would like for the product that was ordered to be delivered.

Review: I placed an order with the company on November 14, 2013 for a bulb for our rear projection television, stating it would ship within 24 hours and on November 15, 2013 they sent me an email stating, "Our apologies, due to a sharpened increase in demand for the product you ordered we temporarily outsold our inventory." I waited a few days and then decided to check them out, I did not see any positive comments regarding this company. I cancelled my order on November 23, 2013, on November 25, 2013 they sent me a confirmation email stating, "Your order has been updated to canceled and has been forwarded to Our Finance Department to process a refund. Depending on your credit cards banking policy it can take anywhere from 5-7 business days. I sent them another message on December 12, 2013 asking why my card has still not been credited the funds due, I have heard nothing from them.Desired Settlement: I just want them to credit my card back in the amount of $39.44.

Review: On December 11, 2013 I ordered a replacement lamp for my [redacted] DLP television Model 52527 via their website, www.advancedlamps.com.. The part was ([redacted]), the amount for the lamp was $32.88. I also upgraded the delivery type to 2nd day air for $18.41, total cost of $51.29. Order (#[redacted]). My credit card was charged for that amount.On December 13, 2013 I called advanced lamps to see if the lamp was sent out for delivery. I was advised by customer service that the lamp was not available and it was back ordered. I advised them that the lamp was available at the time when I ordered it. Their answer was that their system is not always up to date with all items in stock or out of stock. I immediately cancelled my order and requested a refund for the amount of $51.29 to be put back onto my credit card. The customer service rep. advised me that depending on my bank I would see a refund between 5-7 business days. I received a follow-up email regarding that. On December 20, 2013 I called and spoke to customer service in reference to my credit card not being refunded. She stated that she would forward my issue to the office manager and I would be refunded on my credit card within 24-48 hours. On December 30, 2013, I have yet to receive a full refund of $51.29 to my credit card. I called advanced lamps several times in an attempt to speak to someone for my refund but no one answered.Desired Settlement: I just want advanced lamps to give me a full refund of the amount of $51.29 to my credit card that they charged me.

Review: I purchased a lamp and paid for 2 day shipping. It arrived in 10 days and I requested a refund of the 2 day shipping. I received the refund in 3 days. The lamp blew as soon as I put in the TV, so I called to return it. I paid for shipping to return it and they sent me a new one. After the terrible service I received I requested to return the new one and get a full refund. They paid for the shipping to return it after I complained about paying for shipping again. They received the lamp in perfect condition and said my refund would be processed by check and it would be mailed out on a Friday. I've called numerous times only to get the same person every time and she continues to tell me that my refund will be mailed out on Friday. After 3 months I'm still waiting for my refund of $32.44. I've sent numerous emails and when I call they don't always answer. I've asked to talk to a supervisor or manager and get put directly into his voicemail. I just want my refund for the product I returned to them.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of $32.44 they've been promising me for 3 months. When I log into their website and look at my order it says refund processing.

Review: I had placed an order for one Genuine AL [redacted] Lamp & Housing for [redacted] Projectors from their website on 3/13/2014. As I needed this part ASAP, I chose UPS 3 day shipping. I called their customer service a week later and left a VM. I received an email next day saying "We are expecting our next shipment within the next 3-5 business days. Your account will be updated within the next 24-48 business hours with a more accurate date." I called them, again, today and it went to VM as usual. The status, online, is still pending. Since the 24-48 business hours had elapsed, I wrote another email in r[redacted]se and they haven't r[redacted]ded yet. I've waited long enough and I need this part Order #[redacted] (Pending)Order Date: Thursday 13 March, 2014Order Total: $112.64Desired Settlement: 1. I need to know what is happening with the order and if they will be able to fulfill the order within 3/28/14. If not what is the ETD? 2. I have decided to cancel the order I placed with Advanced Lamps. I have approached a more reliable an trusted vendor to fulfill my requirement.

I sent them an email today asking them to cancel the order# [redacted] for one Genuine AL™ [redacted] Lamp & Housing for [redacted] Projectors. The amount to be refunded is $112.64

I am pretty sure I will have to follow up many many times with Advanced Lamps to get back my money. I''d really appreciate if Revdex.com Connecticut would intervene and help process the refund fasted

On March 13th, customer placed order [redacted]. Customer ordered 1 x [redacted] Lamp & Housing for [redacted] Projectors for $89.99 and purchased shipping for $22.65. Customer contacted our Customer Service Department and left a voicemail requesting more information on the 17th. On the 18th, we attempted to contact this customer back and left a voicemail. Unfortunately the item ordered was placed on a temporary backorder and the update for the order was pending. The customer requested to cancel the order.

Review: I purchased a AL TS-[redacted] replacement lamp for my [redacted] TV on January 19, 2014 and Advanded Lamps, LLC has never shipped my item to me as of February 27, 2014. The money was taken out of my account on January 21, 2014 and I have been unable to reach the customer service representatives by phone. I left voice-mails but have yet to receive any communication from them. I have emailed them and still no reply.Desired Settlement: I have purchased a lamp replacement for $37.44 and would like a refund.

Review: I ordered a Genuine AL [redacted] Lamp & Housing for Samsung TVs on Feb. 19 2014 and never received it. So on Feb. 24 2014 I contacted customer service (after trying to get a hold of someone several times) and they told me that they had to back order it and it was going to ship out that day. So I told them to forget and cancelled the order. Since their site said that all orders ship the same day if ordered by 3:00 P.M. (which is a lie) I always talked to the same person when I called them. I told them I would rather pay a little more for it and know that I am getting it. These people are so UN-professional. I would not recommend anyone doing business with them.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my 37.44 back from them as soon as possible.

Review: Advanced Lamps processed order XXXXXX for $102.44 without providing a tracking number for [redacted](1 x 3lbs)(2nd Day Air). The toll free number X-XXX-XXX-XXXX defaults to voice mail. The customer service e-mail system fails to respond to numerous e-mail inquiry about the shipment. The order was placed on 07/25/13 and according to feedback from Advance Lamps, shipped from [redacted] on the same day. Advance Lamps has failed to provide a tracking number and will not respond by phone or e-mail. Poor customer service and business practices.

The vendor has yet to contact me by e-mail. An agent called and left a voice message on my phone. After several hours of trying to call back, finally was able to talk to a customer service agent. The 2nd day air charge was dropped. The merchandise arrived two weeks late. Since the vendor has a 20% re-stock fee, choose to keep the very late merchandise. The vendor representative informed me that due to personnel cut backs, customer service is slow to respond. Do not recommend using this vendor for failure to respond by any communication means available. Suggest the vendor go back to a walk-in service and leave the online business to professionals with sound business practices.
