Review: I ordered lamps for my TV and paid extra for two day shipping. Received an email 10/7 they shipped. They have yet to be received by the Post Office. I emailed four times asking for an update on the order and left two voicemail. When you call, you are automatically sent to their voicemail system becuase "nobody is avialable to take your call". They have not called back. This business is terrible and I would never use them again. I would much rather have the expense of buying another TV than buying anything from them. I urge everyone to beware of them and go someplace else even if you pay a little extra. I guess the extra charge is to have someone actually take care of the customers and not just blow them off after taking the money immediately!!Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my purchase price immediately from this company.

Review: I purchased an item from this company on 5/19/14. I subsequently followed up with them for the status of my order a month later and did not receive a response. (The 800 # you call goes right to voicemail and the same with the new long distance phone number they only provide now.) I finally managed to get a live person to call me back after it had been over 2 months since the order was placed and was told that it was an issue with their Distributor. That CSR then sent me an email with the same information and told me the item would not be available to be delivered until September. I replied to her email and stated that I would then prefer that my funds (which were taken out by [redacted] and paid to them back in May) be refunded to me. She then stated she would put the request through to their Finance department and it would be refunded within 5-7 business days. That was on 7/25/14 and it still has not be completed. I also cannot get them to respond via email or phone at all now.Desired Settlement: I would like my money that I paid to them to be fully refunded to my [redacted] account!
Review: I cancelled my order but Advanced Lamps did not refund my money
On March 8 I ordered a projector lamp from Advanced Lamps, which was listed as being in stock on their web site. I paid $133.06. My card was charged immediately. After a week I inquired about where my lamp was, and discovered that it was now noted as out of stock. I contacted the company, asked when it would be in stock, they said they'd check. After a few days when it was clear it would not be in stock, I cancelled my order. I was told by the company my credit card charge would be refunded. It has been two weeks since I cancelled, and I still have not gotten my money back. I suspect a scam. Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

On 3/06/13 customer purchased 1 x Genuine AL LMP-H160 Lamp & Housing for Sony Projectors for 122.22 and shipping was purchased for 10.84. On the 7th the customer was updated that the Order XXXXXX was placed on backorder for 7-10 business days. On the 13th the customer contacted our Customer Service Department for an update and unfortunately the item remained on backorder.
On the 15th, the customer decided to cancel Order XXXXXX. Cancellation take 5-7 business days to process. On the 28th the following message was posted to the customer's account providing the transaction id of the refund for $133.06:

Review: I ordered a bulb on May 21, 2014 for my [redacted] projection screen tv. My money for the order was taken at the time of the purchase. I have yet to hear anything from this company. I have called over 20 times, emailed a detailed message and nothing. I'm beginning to believe that it is a scam company. There was a message last week saying they were in the process of moving and to leave a detailed message with my order number and they would get back to me in 24 - 48 hours. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything from them.Desired Settlement: I would like either the product that I ordered or just a refund of my purchase.

Review: We ordered via the website Advanced Lamps December 23, 2013 . Aware that it was the holidays, we waited a few days. We noticed that the purchase amount was drawn on our credit card December 23, 2013.Although we have successfully registered our email address when purchasing online, no email was sent to confirm the purchase , shipment, or even offer us to track our parcel. Review: Purchased a projection tv bulb from them at the end of October. It was not received until the middle of November. The bulb worked for two days then burnt out, so I got a RMA number from them and sent it back to be replaced at no charge. It was returned on 11/20 and to date we have not received the replacement. I have sent several emails and not gotten a response and called been put on hold for 5 minutes then tossed in a voicemail system that no one listens too.I don't have 55.00 to just tie up for this. Review: I researched out this company to find they had the exact bulb I needed to for my Sony TV. It seemed to be a reasonable price and the order process was very smooth. I ordered:(1) Genuine Original Osram XL5300 Bare Lamp for Sony TVs - by Sylvania. Since I am in the projection rental business I know how to change out a bulb and install it in the lamp housing. I also know the difference between an aftermarket lamp and a quality one. I purchased this product on July 25th 2013. 4 days later I was sent an email stating: due to a sharpened increase in demand for the product you ordered we temporarily outsold our inventory. After finally receiving the product I ordered, it was the incorrect lamp and was not a genuine product. It was a aftermarket cheap bulb! After so many attempts to call them I finally sent an email. After they sent me a RMA request for the procedure of return I have not received communication, a refund, or exchange in product to this day September 25, 2013. I have tried calling their number numerous times but have given up. I shouldn't have to try and beg for something that I have paid for. Now they have my money, their product back, and my time and extra shipping I have spent. I also did research ( google earth) to find that their locations that they list show up as vacant buildings or nothing at all. I couldn't even find their company listing under the city of CT. This company is a rip off and I hope this helps people NOT BUY FROM ADVANCED LAMPS LLC. This is a shame and a waste of time, I hope karma comes around to them soon. I might find the time soon to call the city and inquire why or if this company is legitimate in the state of CT.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the money I spent on the product that was shipped incorrectly to me. Review: On 12/16/13 I purchased a replacement lamp for my TV from Advanced Lamps that came with 180 day warranty. On March 7th I contacted the company because the lamp stopped working. On March 10th 2014 they advised me that the lamp was received, tested and would be replaced under warranty because it was defective. My order number is [redacted]. I was also told that the lamp was out of stock and would be replaced when it was restocked. I was told the new bulb was shipped on 3/26/14. tracking number from [redacted] was [redacted]. The lamp was suppose to arrive on 3/29/14. The lamp never arrived and no tracking ever moved beyond shipment accepted thru [redacted]. The company told me it was misplaced then sent out 4/2/14. On the 16th of December customer placed an order for 1 x Genuine AL™ [redacted] Lamp & Housing for [redacted] TVs for 32.44. The customer purchased 2nd day air shipping for 18.02. The order was shipped under tracking number [redacted] and was delivered on the 19th of December. Unfortunately the customer's lamp stopped working before expected and the customer contacted our Customer Service Department for a warranty replacement on the 6th of March. The customer received an email with the instructions on how ship back a defective item under warranty. The customer shipped their item back and received an update from our Returns Department when the arrived.
Review: I ordered a lamp for my TV on Nov. 23, 2013. I received an email that the product was backordered on Nov. 26. The website should have said they were out of stock, I would have ordered it from someone else. I have sent 2 emails and 3 phone calls, and still do not have my lamp. I have not even had the opportunity to ask for a refund, because the Manager was to return my call in 24-48 hours, and it has now been 2 weeks. My last phone call to the 800# had me on hold forever, only to put me though to voice mail. Even after leaving a message that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, I did not get a call back about my order.Desired Settlement: At this point, I would like a refund on my order $39.95, including the $5.00 shipping charge I paid, total $44.95. If there is a way to warn other consumers to NOT buy from this company, please do it. I would also ask for an additional refund for the time I have been without the use of my TV and interest on my money they have now had for 2 months.

Thank you for attempting to contact Advanced Lamps on my behalf. I received an email from them on 3/18/14 that my order (originally placed on 11/23/13) was being prepared for shipping, and that I would receive shipping information within 24 hours. I did not get shipping information until 3/27/14, and that it was being sent [redacted]. This morning 4/11/14, the tracking number said it was still in transit, so I called [redacted] , and they gave me a case number. And as coincidences happen, I received the package in the mail today when I got home from work. This was sent first class, but I noticed that the label had [redacted].com on it, so who knows when advanced lamps actually mailed it out.
So in short my order from 11/23/13 was finally received on 4/11/14. I had to purchase a new TV bulb elsewhere, so I will not be installing it anytime soon to see if it actually works after all of this headache.

Review: On January 20th, I ordered a replacement bulb via the website for Advanced Lamps. My credit card was immediately charged and I received an e-mail confirming my order was received. One week later, I went to the website to check the status of my order. It still says "pending" I found this odd so I tried calling to find out why. I called 15 times over the next 3 days and never once did anyone answer the phone. I left several voice mails and sent them online messages and have had zero response from them. My order status is still "pending"Desired Settlement: I do not want to do business with this company. I want my money back.
