Review: On 12/18/2013 I ordered a lamp for my T.V. from this company, I was then informed that this product was on extended backorder.I sent a e-mail asking how long I could expect to wait, and received no answer. I than sent a e-mail asking that my order be cancelled and my payment be refunded I have been waiting for seven weeks and still no answer, and still no refund. I think this company just takes peoples money and never has any intension of delivering a product and just hopes it will be to much trouble to follow up on.Desired Settlement: That my credit card be refunded the purchase price and a fine issued by the state of conn. for just being a dishonest company.
Review: I purchased an item via the internet on October 15, 2014, in which they very quickly took the money from my checking account. The item I purchased has still not been delivered to me. Their website states that an item will ship same day before 3pm and next day after that time. On October 20, 2014 I received an email that the product was going to be shipped. This email stated that it would be shipped [redacted]. I waited a week and the item had still not arrived. I then began sending multiple emails with no response. At that time I began to call the business. I have called the business numerous times and it ALWAYS goes to voice mail. There has not been a time that it did not go to voice mail or hang up automatically on me. I have left several voice messages that have not been returned. The product has still not been delivered.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back and/or receive the item that was purchased. I do feel that the company should do both for me. I am a returning customer that has purchased items for the company before and the unprofessional nature of this is unacceptable. I feel that the item should be shipped to me [redacted] and my money refunded back to me. I need to get that item quickly.

Review: I purchased a tv lamp 6/28/13 and it was supposed to ship within 24 hrs. It did not. Received an email stating it would be 7-10 business days due to a sharp increase in the product request. I still have not received the product. I have placed well ove 15 calls to the business and left messages. No one is answering the calls, only automated messages. I paid for the product up front and I am seeking a full refund.

On 6/28 customer purchased 1 x Genuine AL XL2400 lamp and housing for $32.44. The shipping for this order was $5.00. The total amount of Order XXXXXX was $37.44. The order was placed on backorder on 7/01 for approximately 7-10 business day. Unfortunately the time frame was extended due to our shipment not arriving within that time frame. Our shipment arrive on 7/25.
On 7/25 Order XXXXXX was shipped under USPS tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. As of the 29th Order XXXXXX was delivered. Please consider the case closed.
Review: I ordered a rear projections television lamp from advanced lamps on the 9th of July via the internet and paid via credit card. The company indicated that the order was backordered and would take 7 to 10 business days to obtain and send forward. On the morning of the 22nd of Jul (11th business day) I telephoned them at the number advertised and left a message for them to call me with a status....no call. I tried again that afternoon...no call. On the 23rd of Jul I telephoned them again and left a message to call me with a status...no call. On the 24th of July I sent them an email asking for a response with a status...no returned email. On the morning of the 26th (today) I called their business office only to be sent to a messages system and left a message asking for a call back with a status...no call. My credit card company already honored there billing and paid them $37.44, yet I have nothing in return...not even a phone call or email. I would like my product! And, it would be nice if this company would make human contact with me so I know what is happening here or if I have been ripped off.Thank You

This company finally sent the lamp and I received it however, I have had difficulty with the lamp since I installed it. It is either defective or has caused other issues with my TV staying on. I would be nice to have them honor their 120 day guarrantee and send me an other lamp that works properly.

Review: On June 18, 2014 around 7:00AM EST I placed an order for [redacted] lamps with Advanced Lamps, LLC. (1) lamp was for a certain model, and the other (4) were for a different lamp model. I received the single lamp a few weeks later but never received the order of 4 lamps costing $248.4 (before tax and S&H), but my business credit card was charged for the entire order. I have been calling this company, and in some cases leaving voicemails that have all been unanswered, since June 30, 2014. During this time frame they have changed their business phone number as well.Desired Settlement: I would like the correct amount refunded for the 4 lamps, tax and S&H already paid.
Review: On Saturday February 22nd 2014, I purchased a lamp for my [redacted] television from Advanced Lamps LLC for approx. $35, I also purchased the two day mail for an additional $30 which would have delivered the item that following Tuesday (2-25-14). When I didn't receive the item, I called the business to get an ETA and I got the run around just to be told in the end that "someone mixed up my order at a third party (the shipping company) and I wouldn't get my product until Thursday (2-27-14). I was also told that I would receive a refund for the shipping $30 (never got that). 2/27 and 2/28 passed without my product being delivered and there was numerous unsuccessful attempts to contact anyone from Advanced Lamps on both days.Additionally there was a tracking link attached to the email I received. This tracking link connected me to two separate companies 1. lead me to believe I was entitled to a $25 gift card and a $25 rebate for purchasing the item from "[redacted]"......however my refusal to give my credit card number somehow disqualified me for this discount.2. I was then congratulated for winning a "FREE" cruise for my purchase. Once again I refused to give my credit card info, once again if was denied my "FREE" cruise.Finally I was told if I wanted to cancel my order I would have to wait until the item was delivered whenever that may be, then I would receive a return label, I would have to mail that in and wait until the process takes its course however long that might be. To date (3-1-14), I am still without a working television, and out of $60+. and still haven't been able to contact anyone from Advanced Lamps to rectify this matter.Each time I called, I was placed on automated until closing time, then I was told by the automated service "We're closed, called back on the next business day".........WOWDesired Settlement: Communicate with me if there's a problem without me calling to find out on the status of me item, and if not received at a reasonable time, then a refund would be acceptable without dragging this on.

Customer placed an on the 17th of February for 1 x Genuine AL™ [redacted] Bare Lamp for [redacted] TVs for $29.99. The customer purchased the Best Way shipping for $5.00. The item was placed on backorder due to a lack of inventory. The item shipped on the 10th of April under [redacted] tracking number [redacted]. The customer contacted our Customer Service Department to process a return merchandise authorization. In short the customer explained the wires on the bare bulb were crossing each other. From the description of the bare bulb provided by the customer our Returns Department requested pictures in order to authorize a prepaid shipping label. This request has not been fulfilled. At this time, we have created a prepaid shipping label in order for this customer to use to return the item to our location for observation. Our Returns Department will contact this customer once the item is returned to discuss how we should proceed with this order.
The customer has both of the options he desires. The order is within warranty and within the refund period. Once the item is observed to better understand the problem the customer is facing we will be able to determine what the customer received. We will touch base with the customer to see what he needs. At that time, the customer can decide on whether to keep the order active or to be refunded.
The prepaid shipping label is attached to this complaint and will also be emailed to this customer.

[redacted]on april 29 received call from business stating bulb was received and tested okay, I agree their wasn't anything wrong with the bulb it just was wrong bulb, so to rid myself of this company I asked for refund 34.99 and cost of mailing the bulb to ct.4.27 which was their mistake and total refund should be 39.26 but they said they shouldn't have to pay for that,I know our business will not do anymore business with them and if my employees do they will be discharged.

I made an order for 5 projector lamps almost a year ago and when I emailed to inquire about them, they did not respond with any apology. I received a notification that I would be receiving the lamps a week after but it has now been a month and I still do not have anything. I have requested a full refund and there has been no reply.
Review: I ordered a part on Feb 5th, they took my payment right away but now on feb 14th after many calls and emails to this company I still do not have my product or a time frame of when it will even leave their warehouse!! Review: I ordered a replacement lamp for my projector on Jan 3, 2014 and e-mail confirmation of my order was received immediately. After a few days I did not receive any shipping confirmation so I went to their website for status update. When I went to my order it was now in backorder status. I called the company to cancel the order only to get their voice message system. I left a detailed message and requested that they return my call. After three days I called again and left another detail message and also sent an e-mail for cancellation of the order and refund to my credit card account. They have not contacted me to date and I have called daily and sent numerous emails with no reply. Review: On August 12, 2013, I ordered a replacement lamp and housing for my DLP TV. The cost of the lamp was $79.99 and I chose the 2nd day air shipping for an additional $17.99. The lamp arrived on time (August 14th), but when I opened the box, the lamp bulb had detached from the housing. I called the company to report the issue and was able to speak to a representative immediately. He was very helpful and authorized me to try to remount the lamp in the housing, and if this did not work, he stated they would replace the lamp at no cost to me. I remounted the bulb and the lamp worked for less than 5 hours, then quit working. I called the company 5-6 times trying to get a representative, but each time I was sent to voicemail. I left 2 messages but my calls were never returned. On August 22, I sent an email and still did not receive a response. On August 23 I sent another email stating that I originally wanted to get a replacement lamp, but based on their poor customer service, I wanted a refund instead. I finally received an email response from them days later stating that I would have to return the lamp at my own expense. I sent a reply stating that the lamp I received was defective and I should not have to pay to return it. The original customer rep. then issued a return shipping label. I packaged the lamp and shipped it back, and it was received by them on September 12, 2013. As of September 23rd, I had not received my refund so I sent another email. I received a response stating they had technical issues, but they would process my refund immediately. Today (October 1st) I checked the status on their website and they refunded me only the cost of the lamp ($79.99), but not the shipping ($17.99). After all the problems I had with this company's customer service and their failure to respond to my calls and emails, I expected to receive a FULL refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund of both the product cost ($79.99) AND the shipping cost ($17.99). A refund of $79.99 is showing as pending on their website, but I would like to be refunded my shipping as well ($17.99) since the product was defective through no fault on my part and I gave them many opportunities to remedy the situation and they have failed to do so.
Review: I ordered a TV projection bulb from Advanced Lamps on line on May 29, 2013 (Order #XXXXXX). They sent me an email and said it was back ordered. It would be shipped in 7 to 10 business days. The bulb arrived on June 12, 2013. I could not install it until June 14, 2013. The bulb did not work. I cannot reach them by phone. I can only reach them by email. I emailed them that the bulb did not work. They want me to send the bulb back at my expense and they will then send ma a replacement.I have been without a TV since May 29, 2013 and I feel that I should not have to wait another minimum of a week to get a working TV.

The customer was set up for a warranty replacement and the exchange of information was completed on the 19th of June. The customer's defective arrived to our location on the 2nd of July. The customer's replacement was shipped on the 3rd. The customer's replacement was delivered on the 6th. Please consider this case closed.
Review: March 20 2014 did a purchase on a lamp. I purchase the 2yr warranty. I have called and theres no way to get a hold of customer service rep. It only let you leave a voicemail wich I have left numerous voicemails. I have send 3 times email to the warranty replacement email on process to get my replacement and I have not gotten any response.Desired Settlement: All I want to get my replacement lamp since I have purchase the warranty.
