Review: I had been contacting the company through there website, had not received any emails or any other kind of communication so I started to send emails from my email address to theirs. It has been a month of trying to get even a response to a warranty item:
1 x [redacted] Lamp & Housing for [redacted] TVs - 180 Day Warranty!
- Extended Warranties: 1 Year Warranty
- Upgrade to [redacted] Series Lamp Inside
The item was purchased on 2/27/14, I then received a message stating that the item was back ordered on 3/4/14. The email said that they anticipated delivery within 7 business days. I did not recieve any information so I emailed this information to them.
I have repeatedly called your 800 number with no call back. My last bulb that I purchased from you did not last the 180 days of its warranty. Since I could not get a call back I then ordered a new bulb hoping to get it fairly quickly. I ordered this on Feb 27th and it still has yet to ship, as I have not received any confirmation that it has done so. I would like an answer on how long I am to expect on the delivery date of the new bulb that I ordered and I want a new bulb to replace the bulb that lasted only 160-170 days of its 180 day warranty.
On 3/18/14 (14 days later) I receive a message that the transaction was accepted and that the order shipment info would be posted in the next 24 hrs. The next day I get another message that the transaction was accepted. It was then on 4/2/14 that I recieve a message that the bulb had been shipped from [redacted]. So I then sent an email saying the following:
So am I going to get any type of refund since my order has taken a month and a half just to ship?
To which I never got a response, I then received another message on 4/22/14 that my package had shipped again and did not receive the package until 2 months after the date ordered. The only refund I received was my 2 day shipping that I paid for.
Now the bulb that I did receive has gone out not even 6 months into the one year warranty and have tried repeatedly to contact the company with no communication back.Desired Settlement: At this point I want a replacement bulb or full reimbursement, I will even send the old one back, but nobody has contacted me or even answered their own phone, to allow me to do that.
There are other things that I would like as I have not had any good experience with this company. They would need to handle this matter properly to ever think about getting my business ever again.
Review: I ordered a projector lamp for our business on Feb. 27, 2014. Order still shows pending and I cannot reach Advanced Lamps to find out the status. I have left multiple email messages and voicemails. I do not know if credit card has been charged yet. I just left a message on the company voicemail to cancel the order.Desired Settlement: If the charge is applied to the credit card I would like the $99.99 credited back. I will know more once I get the statement on April 1.

Review: I ordered a lamp for my tv over a month ago online, the money was processed, two weeks later I alled to check on the product and the lady told me it would be 5-10 business days till it will be shipped. To this day I have not received the product and can not get ahold of any one to talk too to refund my money to me and keep their product.Desired Settlement: Would like my money refunded to me any way does not matter to me. Review: I placed an order on 10/4 and my account was charged that day. I was told it would be shipped. On 10/8 I received an email saying my order had been backordered and it would take 7-10 business days before it was shipped. It is now 10/23, I have made three phone calls and left two messages along with two emails. I have not received one reply despite the confirmation that my calls and emails will be returned as soon as possible. I plan to continue calling, but hope they will resolve the issue quickly. They will not return any of my messages and are impossible to reach.Desired Settlement: I want my correct lamp shipped by 10/25 or my money back.
Review: I ordered a replacement bulb for my television. They debited my card on March 8, 2014. As of April 1st, 2014 I have yet to receive the bulb and have not had any correspondence or reply from them as of March 18th, 2014. Would like to call the authorities.Desired Settlement: I need my money put back on my debit card or it's theft.

Review: I ordered a projector lamp on sunday june 22, 2014. I have still not received my product. The website states in the order status that the shipping information would be posted within 48 hours. That would have been on June 26th. Still nothing has changed on the website. I have called twice and left messages with no return phone call. I spent $184.00. Review: Zero support thru website, email , phone system . Its a ghost website that collects monies and does NOT respond to consumers. Tracking notification is bogus. No "Employee's" to answer phones or emails. Placed order and followed up with email and phone call. Neither are responded to. Have yet to receive product. Leaving voicemail is a waste. No one calls back. Still do not have product that was ordered.Desired Settlement: Will be disputing with my credit card company. Will gladly deny and have the post office return the package if it ever arrives. This "supposed" business is a "shell" . It has zero customer support for consumers to call and receive resolution. Milks the internet orders and doesn't provide in a TIMELY fashion the orders. Now I understand why it has an "F" Rating thru Revdex.com.
Review: I ordered a DLP Lamp on February 28, 2014 and have still not gotten same. Status on website indicates "pending" when should have already recieved item. Review: Approximately 1month ago ordered part [redacted] for TV. Finally got it Mon. 02/24/14 after several phone calls saying it had shipped the week before. Then they would say shipped today. Got the part, it would not work. Have called for three days, numerous times a day. Review: Ordered a simple replacement lamp, 3/23/14. Website advertises orders placed will be mailed next business day. Order was held in a Pending Status for over 2 weeks, even though money was deducted out of my account immediately. I have tried to call them at all different hours of the day, no one ever picks up. No one is there to man the phones-it is all a big scheme. Even sent an email, but got back a generic response which did not even address my concern. It is now 4/11/14, and have not received my order, and website does not show order has been shipped.How can a company with so many negative complaints, which is obviously a scam be allowed to continue to operate? Connecticut-shut them down!!! They are stealing people's money by hoping most people do not do anything about it.Desired Settlement: I want a refund, and for them to change the terms of shipment on their website. It is deceptive and misleading, and should not be allowed to continue.

Review: This company is very shady. I ordered a part for my T.V. and it was on back order (which they do not tell you until the order is complete). I canceled my order because they told me that it would be a while before they got it in (2 weeks). They told me that I would receive an e-mail with confirmation saying that my money was returned within 5 to 7 days. I never received such confirmation so on the 9th day I called and spoke to [redacted] I believe his name was its the only person who answers the phone at the ext given. He told me that it was in process and I would be receiving an e-mail to confirm that day and I never received one. Now after trying to get someone on the phone for several days to no avail I finally get [redacted] on the phone again and he tells me the same story that it was being processed and I would receive an e-mail later in the day. I still have not received that e-mail. Again after several failed attempts to get [redacted] I finally reach him again today to only hear the same story. I'm waiting for my e-mail. What a bad company I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Not to mention that that [redacted] guy seem to catch an attitude and almost bothered because I kept calling for my refund. WORST COMPANY EVER BEWARE.

The tracking number given to me shows a package that never left the state of CT. I tried calling them repeatedly for three business days during their working hours and the business has not picked up the phone once, I have left two clear voice mails with my cell number so far and they have not contacted me back.Desired Settlement: I would like A refund for the entire amount payed since I know I will not be able to contact them for warranty work if it was ever needed.

I have tried calling their only listed phone number ###-###-#### both today and 18 July 2014. Each time the prompt will lead you to the operator if you do not have an extension number and then be disconnected no matter what time of day. The product I purchased is a [redacted] Lamp & Housing for [redacted] TVs in the amount of $36.80 plus shipping of $5 totaling $41.80. No email, correspondence nor phone call has been received as of today - 22 July 2014.
