Review: I ordered a TS-CL110UAA lamp and housing for [redacted] TV on may 10, 2013. They billed my credit card $44.95. Order number XXXXXX. Never received it!

I have emailed them and never get a response. I have called numerous times and always get a answer machine. At this point since that are not delivering the product they took money for, I want my money returned.Desired Settlement: Since they did not deliver the product I want my money back.

Review: I ordered a Y-67 Lamp and Housing unit for my [redacted] TV, I was sent a Y-66 Lamp and Housing unit. I called numerous times to get a return label so I can send it back because they sent me a product that I did not order. I got a return phone call saying that I would get a return label within 24-48 hours. A week later, I still never got my return label making it impossible to return, no phone call or email. So to sum things up...I ordered one product, I was sent another product, and I cant get a return call or label so I can get a refund. I think I am getting ripped off !!Desired Settlement: Just looking to send the product back and get a refund

Review: The day after they processed my credit card, I received an email stating that the product was backordered. I called the company and I was told they were receiving a shipment the following day and it would be shipped to me the same day. I have been trying to call/email the company for the past week and have yet to receive a phone call or email back. Review: I ordered a replacement bulb for my television on Dec. 03, 2013. When I placed the order it showed in stock and available for shipping. The money was processed and taken from my account on Dec. 04, 2013 one day after placing the order After several days of my order status showing as "pending" and 2 attempts to contact the company to find out why, they finally changed the status online to "backordered" on Dec. 9, 2013. I have made 2 more attempts to contact Advanced Lamps in an effort to cancel my order and receive a refund, but they refuse to respond to my emails or telephone messages, since every time I call the customer service number I receive a message that there is no one in that department to take my call.Desired Settlement: A refund of the amount paid for the blub 39.88

approximately 45 minutes after receiving an email from the Revdex.com letting me know the complaint had been sent to Advanced Lamps, I received an email from Advanced Lamps telling me my order had shipped. It looks as if all they needed was a little motivation to get them to respond. I'd like to thank you for helping me out in this matter. I honestly didn't know what else to do but complain to the Revdex.com, but I didn't expect to see results so quickly. The only other thing I could have asked for was an actual apology from Advanced Lamps, or even an acknowledgement of the problem, but at least they are finally responding. Thank you again.

Review: On 5/9/13, I placed an order in the amount of $44.95 with Advanced Lamps for a television projection lamp. There were several delays in the arrival of my order. Finally, Advanced Lamps told me that the lamp should arrive at their warehouse on 5/31/13 and it would be shipped out that same day. The lamp was not shipped from Advanced Lamps as promised and I canceled my order with Advanced Lamps on 6/3/13. Advanced Lamps told me at that time that my credit card would be credited in the amount of $44.95. Advanced Lamps has refused to credit my credit card account dispite several phone calls to customer service. It appears to me that Advanced Lamps is stalling in their promises to me that they were going to credit my credit card account.

This may or may not be a good company to do business with. However, due to the excessive wait times to get someone on the phone (sometimes in excess of 45 minutes) and my experiences in getting a delayed refund, I do not recommend anyone doing business with this company. I also believe that the reason Advance Lamps decided to refund my money when they did was because of my complaint against them to the Revdex.com. Revdex.com, thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Review: I have placed an order for a lamp for my television, it's been almost a month and have not received the product. When I attempt to contact the company, I get an answering machine stating that all representatives are busy...every time I call. I have tried to call periodically all day on January 16th, with NO return phone call ever. I have even tried to e-mail with still NO response. I have tried to request a new password for my account as well, it states that a new one would be sent to my e-mail box, and still nothing. All I would like is to have the item shipped, with a confirmation e-mail stating they have done so. If the product is not going to be shipped I would like a full refund. They had no problem charging my credit card for the 37.44. I am extremely disappointed.Desired Settlement: I would like the product that I ordered shipped, or a full refund.

Review: I ordered a bulb (Part: [redacted]) on Tuesday 31 December, 2013. I received an order confirmation number: [redacted] and my [redacted] account was billed and drafted in the amount of $34.99. On 1/2/2014, I received another email stating my bulb was on backorder. I then called them and spoke with Customer Service on 1/6/2014 and they stated that the bulb would ship on 1/7/2014 and arrive no later than 1/10/2014. It did not. I then have emailed (with no reply) and left voicemails (since they don't answer the phone) every day since. They have made no attempt to contact me back.Desired Settlement: I would like either my bulb (or an equivalent replacement part at their cost) overnighted (also at their cost) as ordered or my money refunded immediately.

Review: I ordered a lamb for my tv on 8/15/13 for $74 and still have not received it. I have tried calling the number provided on website..###-###-#### and all I get is a voicemail stating to leave your name and number and they well get back with you.. it has been 3 weeks and on going. I have called 8 times and I have left several emails on there website as well. Asking what the status of my lamb is or if I can get a refund if they don't have it but know one has returned my call or email. HELP. what do I do. Unfortunately at this time, the items ordered remain on backorder with our manufacturer. Our Purchasing Department has attempted to source the items with fellow vendors that we trust and unfortunately those fellow vendors are also unable to ship the desire items. Review: First, it's next to impossible to talk to a representative. I spoke to a representative on two different occasions and was told I would receive a email in a day or two and my refund appear on the card I used within 48 hours after I receive the email. To date I still have not received an email nor refund. This has been going on for months. Their bulb would not work in my TV so I return it for a refund. I will never do business with them again or give a good reference for this business.Desired Settlement: My full purchase price of the item I returned.

Review: Ordered January 28th 2 lamps for TV. Was charged twice and never refunded. Contacted business and no answer and left message. CAlled again several days later and still left message. After 2nd message this company noticed duplicate order and fixed it in there system but no refund issued. 74.88 charged out of my account twice. I know that is not a big amount but I have 6 kids I support so every little bit helps. I have since ordered from another company and received my lamp. I just want my money back. Review: I purchased a DLP lamp for a [redacted] TV. I received the lamp and it broke after only 3 days. The sale included a 180 day warranty. I contaced the company and spoke with a lady who advised that she would send me an email with the tracking information so I could send the product back for a replacement. I never recevied said email. I have been trying to contact the company for the last 6 weeks plus. I have called over 45 times sent the company 6 emails and left over 12 messages and have not received a call or contact since.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacment lamp at no cost to myself and said lamp delivered next day or a full refund.

Review: I ordered a lamp from this company on July 6th,2014. I did get an e-mail that my order was received. After a reasonable amount of time, I tried to contact the company to track my order. I contacted them numerous times through e-mail and by phone. No contact was made. They received payment through my debit card. As of this date, I have yet to receive my lamp. Review: I placed an order for a new lamp and housing for our television on 11/26/13. The site claims to ship items the same day if ordered before 3pm. I realize it was just before thanksgiving so the shipment may be delayed. My account was debited on the 29th but when I reviewed my order it showed pending. I attempted to call repeatedly with no answers so I had to leave multiple messages but never received a return call. I also attempted to message them multiple times through their site but never received a response from anyone. Finally I reviewed my account and it is now back ordered. I just want my money returned since they cant even be bothered to answer a phone, return a call or even a message. I don't believe they care to have any customers.Desired Settlement: I would like the balance that has been charged to my account returned.

Review: Purchased lamp with 180 day warranty from Advanced Lamps. I have requested RMA via Advanced Lamps web request link twice and also called the RMA request phone number and left a voice recording. It has been two weeks and I have not received any response back from the company for my Warranty RMA request.Desired Settlement: At this point I prefer a refund but will accept replacement as this was the original terms of sale. On the 1st of January this order was placed for 1 x Genuine AL™ [redacted] RPTV Lamp & Housing for [redacted] TVs for $39.95. The Best Way shipping was purchased for $5.00. The order was placed on a temporary backorder and shipped on the 23rd of January under USPS tracking number [redacted]. The customer requested a return merchandise authorization for the item purchased. The Returns Department emailed an RMA questionnaire to the customer on the 7th of April. Since the 7th our Returns Department has waited for a response. The RMA questionnaire is also posted to this customer's Advanced Lamps account. After further investigation, the emailed RMA questionnaire was returned to us as a failed message that could not be emailed. As a courtesy a prepaid shipping label has been created and attached to this complaint. Once the defective item is received the customer's account will be updated. We strongly recommend logging into www.advancedlamps.com for any future updates. Our Returns Department will update this customer's account as soon as the defective is received and observed. The replacement will be shipped with 24-48 hours of the account being updated stating the item was received by our warehouse. Please consider this case closed.
