Pulse system not meeting expectations I feel I was cheated by the sales team
My pulse system doesn't not record on motion as its setup to do so It records when it wants and when I need it to it seems to fail I also called to have an additional camera installed and the company canceled on my twice I'm unsatisfied with the performance and security of the system and would like out of the remaining contract

system does not work all the time
have had two repairmen here who claim the found nothing
have three cameras one faces east and one faces west
west camera records video's and the east records video's both record the same streetthe third records the back entrance and seems OK

ADT assured that a year contract was transferrable with any moveThey now insist on a new contract due to a move or face a huge financial penalty

this is a scam, until you can get someone on the phone to cancel the account they can keep running up your bill, there are numerous accounts of this same action online about this company
they need to be turned into whoever in the government handles fraud or these kind of bad/decep

We installed cameras from adt but the tec never informed us that the cameras don't work when electric goes out so I called and they said we can't do nothing so I said what about the yr contract they said nothing so I told them I would get in contact with Revdex.com ..so here I am

Cancelled monitoring services via telephone on 9/9/The monthly charge was $Today 2/8/2017, an electronic draft for $was made, from my checking account, without consent, for Oct, Nov & Dec and Jan plus penalties of some kindADT conveniently does not have record of the phone call made on 9/9/They said they do not cancel service for non-payment until or days past last payment received, which conveniently allowed them to make the unauthorized draft, because they will say the account was still ACTIVEHOW CONVENIENT! ADT will not honor my military orders to backdate a cancellation request to and provide a refund for payments made by me since that time

For the last several months, I have been attempting to get ADT to send a technician to repair my non-functioning security cameras at my business

I have rented my home for over yearsThe alarm has never been active and it suddenly started beeping non-stop and then went into armed mode and started going offI called ADT, the rep (Cassie) I spoke to was trying to find a solution by looking up the addressI knew what she discovered, that there would not be codes for the home since it was not being monitored any longer by ADTShe offered the service saying that if someone came out to do an install, they could fix whatever was wrong with the existing systemI explained that I was not interested in a serviceShe transferred me to a manager(Jason) to assist me with the issue of the alarm that would not stop going offHe also tried to sell me the serviceI politely declinedI was stranding outside in degrees trying to find a switch to cut power to th

Went with ADT for my business,
I had my sales visit from reps prior to installSales people told me that the camera wires could be installed inside the walls and I would be able to have a camera for the exterior of my business
Upon the arrival of the install tech I was surprised to find that the wires could NOT be installed through the walls and I could NOT have an exterior cameraas they were already installed upon my returnAfter months of phone calls and back and forth with corporate I just gave up on getting the item fixed because I don't have hours to spend on the phone every couple of days

Being charged a massive penalty despite being told by rep that we wouldb;t be charged early termination fee
When we signed a contract with ADT rep Judi *** in March 2015, she told us that if we moved from a house to an apartment - which is what we are doing on October 15, - we would not be charged an early termination feeWhen I called today to cancel our service with ADT I was told that I would be charged a monthly fee until March - totaling upwards of $1,for a service I won't be usingThis is totally and completely inappropriate and taken advantage of their customerPlease help to rectify this issue as it's clearly an attempt by ADT to make easy money off of their customersIt's unethical and wrong
