Rude sales rep almost didnt sign for service, month guarantee advertisement is scamDealt with cancellation department thing went south form there
Bought new home, called ADT for serviceSales rep was rude and felt bothered I was few minutes after the hourDealt with sales rep manager and he asked me to try to the serviceI decided to try understanding their was a month guaranteeCalled to cancel the service and no one was able to help or answer questions as said a scheduled cancellation specialist will call me
Waited days and I get the call this rep was rude pretened to care why I was cancelling and right after I explained hung up and answer no questionsCalled back to speak to manager and phone hung up
Called again and spoke to Craig in corporate customer service who was just as rude as the rest of the team and I start getting heated as Craig is interrupting and antagonizing me through out the conversation with rude remarks, knowing I am already upset

I have contacted ADT numerous times to speak to a mgrregarding my acctand no one has called me back and they sent my acct to collections
Again, I have contacted ADT for months on numerous occasions to speak to a manager to resolve my issue & and I have yet to speak to a mgrto resolve my issue ADT has sent my acct to collections without resolve and many requests to speak to a manager The reps for ADT are rude and unprofessional I need my issue resolved ASAPI have been a customer of ADT for many years with a lot of money spent on surveillance cameras and my security system as a whole and I will never go back or recommend these crooks
I am here in the Florida Keys My ADT alarm has been saying no service for days since Hurricane Irma, they are blaming the outage on cell phone towers, but all of the towers in the area are up in my area via the www.keysrecovery.com web site All of my employee cell phones work are ( ATT, Verzion, T-Mobile and Sprint) And they want to charge me to come out and hook up to the phone line that never lost service Buy guys , year relationship down the drain
I am writing to express my deep concern with the lack of customer service and deceptive techniques utilized by your staff My husband called on June 5th to inquire about canceling our service and was told that our contract does not expire until the end of the month and that he should wait There was no mention of a required day notice While I understand that this information was in our contract We obviously do not recall every word of the contract we signed three years ago and for this reason we contacted customer service for assistance in this process Your staff failed to give us the full information and inadequately documented the conversation in their notes Now that we are finalizing cancellation we are being told that we will have to pay for an additional days of service and that "there is nothing anyone can do." I spent nearly two hours on the phone with customer service and was offered no resolution to this issue In fact, the last person (who wouldn't even provide his full name) I called would not even provide me with a number where I could call to file a complaint stating that he doesn't know all the numbers within ADT and further refused to transfer me to his supervisor It is appalling that this is how little ADT values customers once they are no longer a source of additional revenue I'll be sure to inform all my family and friends to stay away from this company
My mother was an ADT customer for many years and she passed away in Feb We left the system on in her home until it was sold in October We have been trying unsuccessfully to have the system turned off ever since then When my brother or I call, we first talk to a person in one department who then tells us we have to talk to a person in another departmentSometimes we get through to the other department and sometimes they don't pick up and the person in the first department says they will make a note of our call We've sent them the two pieces of documentation they initially requested three times, however, they keep stating they've never gotten it Either this is the most incompetent business ever or they are experts at giving the customer the runaround Without a doubt the worst customer service I've ever experienced
My mother- in-law purchased the service through an authorized dealerAbout a year after that she passed away and we got a call on her phone stating that she was behind on her payments (ADT was sending the statements via an email account we did not have access to) so we asked to have them sent to our addressADT sent paper work they said was for the change but was actually a new contractSix months later we sold the property and were told that we could transfer the contract to the new ownersThe next month I started receiving calls from their collections department, when we try to explain what is going on the collections agents have said on numerous occasions that they will take care of itOn one occasion we were even told that the new owners are making the monthly payments but we are behind, is ADT double billing? We have talked to managers and I don't know who all that have told us they will resolve the problem and cancel the account but as of yet it has not happenedI get phone calls late at night, on Sunday during church, at work and nobody seems to have the ability or knowledge to be able to cancel the account

I have been billed twice after calling & requesting cancellation of my service since Feb.y I want a refund of the two last pymts not authorized,
I have called numerous times requesting cancellation since February I had set up auto payment through the service provider and since I cannot cancel on my end, requested my service be cancelled effective March Each time I called they stated they would update my account as closed and refund the last month payment that was automatically deductedI never received a refund and as of today I have another pending charge on my accountI have spent numerous hours on the hold speaking to someone there, especially when you are calling to cancelI have continued "account closing specialists" trying to manipulate me into keeping the account openI want to be away from this service provider and want them to refund my unauthorized last two payments

I cancelled my service in may 2018.I owed 1,cancelled fee.no problem.I paid them 200.00on 6/28/18.told them I would pay per month.then on july 17ththey took out of my checking account I did not authorize them to do that.they did not contact me in anyway that they were going to take the money out.I was on auto pay for the monthly services payments but I never authorized 872.62.this caused me overdraft charges

ADT withdrew money directly from my bank account without my consent and upon multiple calls, has been negligent in refunding my money

ADT should not have an A+ rating w/ Revdex.com w/ a 76% customer satisfaction! ADT is guilty of bait & switch and scammingNo company with 25% of deals that turn sour( quoted from rep with ADT) should ever enjoy a BOGUS rating of A+!!!

I have decided not to take ADT also, when I called up ADT to get this fixed they kept playing around and they did not know! This needs to be resolved
Billed after cancellation
I was contacted by ADT via their 800# No messages were left but I did call the number back to find out it was ADT The customer service rep said that my account was still active When I advised her it was cancelled she was able to locate the cancellation after about minutes of searching She began to advise me that I owe a balance of $100+ When I contacted the cancellation department I specifically asked if I owed anything and they advised me that services were cancelled and billing stopped
