First Data *** merchant services did NOT make our company deposit in the agreed hr time-period I'm handcuffed as a business due to their CONFUSING and horrid customer service This affects a LOT more that I'm not willing to share with the world - but essentially it's a breach of contract There was no effort by/from upper management to get the money into our account by business close - they indicated that the best case would be Monday before the money would appear - and it's now Friday

My job deposits our check through a money network cardI was paid on this past Friday but my check was $less than what my job depositedThere's no holds or anything, my money is just missingI've tried calling the business since Friday, but it keeps saying due technical difficulties, they're not able to answer the phoneSo then I look online to see if anone else is having this same problem, of course they are..people are outraged, and the fact that the business won't even answer the phone about MY money angers me

I only gave a star because I was required to give something!!! Before signing an agreement with First Data we were assured we would be getting a reduction in credit card/debit fees with NO HIDDEN FEESAs soon as we got the first statement we realized we had been dupedWe called and were assured by the sales manager that we would only be charged the $cancellation fee and he would get the contract for months of renting their piece of junk machine nullifiedAfter waiting weeks we contact First Data only to find the sales manager has NO AUTHORIZATION to do as promisedWe have already switched back to our old provider and are currently trying to find a way to nullify this contractEvery response we get from the company is of course from someone whose sole job it is to say "no" to everything we requestIf you are ever approached by someone trying to "save you money" on your credit card transactions make sure they ARE NOT from First Data

I got stock with this company thru Touch Suite I used the Machine to make only two transactions and they want me to pay $every month Even thought I do not use that machine any more They want to still your money They do not want to brake the agreement that I did not see since they did not give me a hard copy They do everything really fishy for you to sign and they do not want to do anything with you to be happy Get away from this company and TouchSuite They are a rip off company and First Data Merchant Services has Alternate Business Names Look on the Revdex.com before any Work They Tell you to call1-800-326-and they do nothing for you

I was tricked into signing a mo lease for credit card processingI received a cold call & they were smooth, as I normally do not even take these calls I listed & agreed to fill out an "application"It was such a cut & dried plan, easy to understandI did question the line that said "Non-cancelable mo lease" though I was assured twice, which is how many times I went back to question it, that the lease was to protect my rate from any changes for that periodSo ultimately it was there to protect me; however, if I wanted out of the program it would cost me only $at any time, for any reason, and I could walk away free & clearI was given the salesman name, direct line, direct e-mail, which he answered once & then fell off the face of the earthThey had conned me into a lease for months, or $The website for processing payments didn't even have contact info & it looked really unprofessionalI never did process with themI was told that even thought I was lied to

Before signing an agreement with First Data I was promised they would save me $hundred a month with NO HIDDEN FEES

This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal withIf you value your business, money, time and sanity you will go to literally ANY OTHER BUSINESS out there

*** Credit Card rep Darren D*** made promises of lower rates and getting a POS for the bar restaurant that was better then my current Micros systemThe equipment sent is for retail not bar and table serviceI have not removed it from the packaging and have been trying to reach the agent and the company to cancel the contract, lease, and return the equipmentI have witnesses to the promises made and broken including closing the existing credit card account with Capital Bankcard and *** paying the termination feeI've also contacted the POS equipment provider and discovered that NCR equipment was ordered on their website by the *** agent using my information, and then creating a First Data lease for three times the value of the equipment that was never set up and installedI was told by NCR the point of contact for *** was Damien S***- XXX-XXX-XXXXThis individual will not take call to arrange for them to cancel the lease and credit card contract not activat

My card was illegally used in GeorgiaI contacted the company to dispute the $charge on my cardI was told I had days to email in information regarding the dispute or I would not receive it backI misplaced the email and called back the next day and spoke with a different rep who provided me with a completely different email to useI emailed my information that same day and received my credit about business days laterAlmost a month later the company takes the credit backI call them and I am told I did not request a new card so my claim was rejected
No one explained to me I needed to call them back to order a new cardNo one mentioned I had to get a new card for claim to be processedI called and spoke with different representatives and no one bothered to mention this to me and now I have to wait another days to receive my fundsI could not pay my phone bill and have now received a late fee because I did not have my money at the time of my automatic payment
