Tony G. was here at my condo today for a plumbing problem. After coordinating with me, my son (the owner) and on site management, he diagnosed the problem(s) and will return Tuesday. He is a prime plumber and person. While here he also helped me with a power strip problem that seemingly came out of nowhere. If the world had more people like Tony we wouldn't be in the confusing mess that seems to surround us nowadays. And yes... I told Tony I would review him highly. Very highly! A+!

ARS has been my first choice for plumbing and heating services for many years. The latest plumber at my house was John G who does a great job and describes problems and fixes very thoroughly.

ARS was a pleasure to work with. They checked in with me periodically to let me know when my service technician would arrive. [redacted] was very nice and very professional. I would definitely use them again.

We wanted to make sure the quality of our water was still up to par. [redacted] of ARS came and flushed/drained our water heater. He also wanted to take a look at the anode rod but unfortunately was unable to unscrew it after many careful attempts. So, he educated us on what to look out for as the water heater ages and nears replacement. He then regenerated our HALO water system, and even offered to taste/drink some of our water to make sure it was fine. We were happy when he confirmed it was. Not only was [redacted] nice and personable, but he was also very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. We learned a lot today, and thank [redacted] for his service. We hope he will be the technician who comes and inspects our water heater next time. Thank you [redacted]!

Excellent service from Art W. It was late and he was tired but he did the job. We are very grateful.

After a rough start Wednesday we got it right on Friday AM. A plumber named Michael G came to my home and performed the job. He was very friendly and professional He deduced the problem immediately and explained how it happens. He repaired the problem to my satisfaction. He was very clean and neat at his job and very helpful in explaining problems that haven't happened yet and how I can prevent them. Overall I give ARS/Rescue Rooter an A plus. Thank you!

[redacted] came out on the weekend. For a kitchen sink blockage Saved us!! very professional and cleaned up (made it spotless!) after he was finished.

[redacted] did a great job. He was fast and effective and explained what the problem was. He also gave me some helpful hints about Mansfield toilets. Personable guy, competent and worked quickly.
