Art W was our assigned plumber for our leaking cold water valve. He arrived on time and gave us a written estimate. We gave him the ok and he completed the work in a professional and timely fashion.

ARS Rescue Rooter sent out [redacted]. to clean my sewer out to the street. He was very professional, polite, well dressed and did an excellent job. He didn't mind my questions about the process and went out of his way to explain things. I would recommend ARS and Manny to anyone needing these services.

I was very satisfied with the company (ARS Rescue Rooter) and especially the Service Tech...[redacted]! He was polite, professional, personable, and his work was spot on! He explained everything in detail as to what the problem was and what he was going to do, and what he did worked...solved the problem. I highly recommend [redacted] and ARS and will call him/them the next time I have any plumping issues.

I had a 11am appointment and due to them having several people out due to illness wasn't to see them until 5pm but they continued to update to the situation so I was able to adjust my schedule easily. I had an emergency that I was able to take care of because they kept me up to date. The technician [redacted] was courteous quick and competent. He broke the old toilet allowing me to retrieve the toy my grandson had been obsessing about for weeks. He immediately installed the toilet I provided and I am very happy with the work involved.

This was the second company that came today to try to fix my problem. The first company worked for 3 hrs and could not find the problem. ARS came, after hours and [redacted] was a gem. He was very professional and explained the problem and went on to fix it.

From [redacted]. I received a water bill on 7.01.16 showing 167% increase for June in water usage indicating a water leak. I looked up on the internet and saw that ARS was available 24/7. I made an appointment for noon on Sunday. Michael H showed up and he quickly evaluated the leak as an underground leak probably close or in the perimeter footing which is a no no in the plumbing world. I immediately agreed having worked in construction. It was a feed line to my outdoor hose and onto my irrigation system. Michael immediately showed how he could run an overhead line to replace it and I agreed. While there, he tested my water pressure that tested very high which I think was probably part of the problem of the leak. A new pressure regulator fixed that. All this time Michael explained everything thoroughly and was polite and a very personable and knowledgeable young man. ARS is very fortunate in having Michael Hoover as a representative for your company. When I need a plumber again I will call ARS and request Michael if at all possible.

We had a problem with pinhole leaks on water recirculation pipes leading from our house back into our water heater. ARS/Rescue Rooter fixed the first leak (the leak that I had discovered and that had caused me to call the plumbers out) and also found/fixed two more smaller leaks that I had failed to notice. The plumber was Eddie K. and his ability to spot those two much less obvious leaks saved me an inevitable second call for plumbers at some point in the near future. Having all the leaks fixed at once, rather than one at a time as they became more obvious to me, was also obviously a cost savings. I will add that Eddie K. was extremely courteous, friendly, well-informed, and professional and an excellent representative of the ARS plumbing service here in San Diego. It was overall an excellent plumbing experience.

I want to complement [redacted] and [redacted] of ARS for their excellent handling of a very difficult repair of a failed common main sewer line connection and related piping on my property and my neighbors property. They manually excavated an access hole 10 feet deep on my neighbors property and installed necessary shoring for their safety and that of the plumbing lines and minimized the amount property disruptions. Failed aging clay and cast iron piping was replaced and cracked underground clay piping further in on my property was cleaned, prepped and lining installed to prevent future root incursions.
They were easy to communicate with and kept me appraised of the project status as well as always being careful that my pet dog was not allowed to leave my property via an open gate.

Provided excellent service in repairing & replacing clogged toilet, replacing rusted bathroom faucets and replacing old water heater with new tankless water heater. Technician (Michael G) was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

Jose M was an excellent tech. He was not only competent but provided personal service with an engaging demeanor. I wish all tech were as competent and professional as Jose !

Matt N, my plumber, was thorough and prompt. He knew exactly what my problem was and how to address it. He was extremely professional and I would recommend him to other people. The service from the people in the front office was less than stellar. My original appointment was between 8-10 am and I did not get serviced until the following day at 11. Once the Matt arrived the service was stellar, but I was disappointed by the length of time it took to get him to my house, which is clearly not his fault. Overall, I am happy with the work.

Rooter ("ARS") responded to a plumbing service request at the property located at
2011 Lakeridge Circle, Number 301, Chula Vista , CA 91913. Upon arrival, our service
professional provided a written estimate to Ms. [redacted] with options to install a new
water heater, riser, ball valve, two toilets and two shut off valves. Ms. [redacted] signed the
authorization to proceed, and the work was performed as contracted. ARS appreciates
the opportunity to clarify that all work performed had a one-year warranty in cluding
labor that expired on April 1, 2011. Additionally, the water heater tank had a six-year
warranty which expires on April 1, 2016 as indicated on invoice number [redacted],
which we have enclosed for your review.
Recognizing that we have not serviced the property since October 2011 , we
attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] to gain a better understanding of the instant
Complaint. Unfortunately, we were unsuccessful in our attempts to contact Ms. [redacted]
as the phone number on file has been disconnected.

ARS really worked hard on solving my problem, they kept me informed at all times, alerted me before the technician was coming, I am so grateful that they sent me Mike their senior service tech, he was just fantastic.

He had exceptional knowledgeable and provided exceptional service in fixing what was needed, as well as took the time to inspect my home and inform me of things to look out for and things that I need to think about in the future to prevent any major accidents that could cause serious damage my home. He was kind, polite and patient with all of my questions, which made my whole experience very pleasant and stress free.
