I recently had ARS Rescue Rooter come out to fix a clogged bathroom sink I spoke to John C., a dispatcher, who was very polite, professional, and courteous I explained my situation and he told me a time that Mauricio, the plumber, would be out to check on my sink John called to let me know Mauricio was on his way and provided information to verify his credentials Mauricio arrived in a timely manner, was professional and courteous and thoroughly explained my options He was able to unclog my sink by snaking it out and expertly handled a delicate repair to the pipe that had started to erode He successfully repaired the sink, pipe, and fittings and everything was good to go I would definitely recommend ARS Rescue Rooter, especially John Cand Mauricio

I am not satisfied with the response because we payed almost 1,dollars for two little plastic toiletsI am trying to reach an agreement of them repairing the damage by at least between 300.00- dollars given back to us The original price of the toilets back then was each The technician was very professional and explained they had those prices because of paying " Billing Deptand Warehouse expenses and so on " is unprofessional to charge more than double because of these expenses

Art did a great job that I thought would be a simple faucet replacement that turned out to be a nightmare due to corrosion He was very polite and considerate I am glad I called to have someone else do this job rather tackling it myself

Ruben M was the plumber who arrived after hours of waiting and being told repeatedly all day that a plumber would be dispatched as soon as one was available Ruben was worth waiting for He was totally courteous, friendly, considerate, and professional Though he had worked a long day, he was positive and conscientious, and he took the time to explain things to me I was very satisfied with the service he provided The company needs to hire several more like him so customers won't have to wait so long Thank you Ruben!

I was very pleased with the service I called in the morning and within a couple of hours the technician was here He was pleasant and competent and did the work efficiently

I experienced an emergency when my kitchen drain clogged up at the most inopportune moment during the work weekAfter calling around ARS was the only company that was able to service my issue the same day and within hours after callingThis was still under the regular pricing and not an "emergency" fee based billingI received prompt notification from their call center on the status of the expected plumber sent out to the siteThe dispatcher even called back immediately after when they realized that their plumber would arrive earlier than the time they originally anticipatedUpon arrival, ***, the plumber, was very courteous and friendly and listened and confirmed the original issue that he was instructed to serviceAfter investigating the issue and resolving the clog, ***, provided through explanation of services and the individual costs on the billing statementOverall *** was very respectful, professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend ARS and specifically him as a plumber

I sent the warranty letter in the other e-mail with the picture of the letter which was given to us by ARS for years warranty in case something happened to the little plastic toilets they installed.I have not talked to them when I first had the problem I called and a man I do not have his name said " we are trying to fix the matter I do not know the prices in the warehouse" after saying this the man hung up on me. He sounded very upset.Because of the warranty I called ARS stipulating the toilets were clogging hoping they would do something. I requested a second technician not the same person as always hoping he would know more about the plumbing business. When technician arrived was very professional took copy of letter-warranty sent it. After that looked at the two toilets explained something about toilets regarding " new toilets are smaller because they use less water " I assume defending the company ARS.We called ARS after a year and a half of installing the toilets hoping they could be replaced nothing was done.Thank you *** **My primary focus in this issue is no costumer deserves to be treated lie that*** ***
