Art W was our assigned plumber for our leaking cold water valve He arrived on time and gave us a written estimate We gave him the ok and he completed the work in a professional and timely fashion

Excellent service from Art WIt was late and he was tired but he did the jobWe are very grateful

We wanted to make sure the quality of our water was still up to par [redacted] of ARS came and flushed/drained our water heater He also wanted to take a look at the anode rod but unfortunately was unable to unscrew it after many careful attempts So, he educated us on what to look out for as the water heater ages and nears replacement He then regenerated our HALO water system, and even offered to taste/drink some of our water to make sure it was fine We were happy when he confirmed it was Not only was [redacted] nice and personable, but he was also very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it We learned a lot today, and thank [redacted] for his service We hope he will be the technician who comes and inspects our water heater next time Thank you ***!

On two occasions we had leaks and called ARS Rescue Rooter [redacted] came quickly and was able to easily diagnose the problem and recommend a solution each time He was honest and polite and I highly recommend his servicesWe will call again when we having plumbing problem

ARS really worked hard on solving my problem, they kept me informed at all times, alerted me before the technician was coming, I am so grateful that they sent me Mike their senior service tech, he was just fantastic He had exceptional knowledgeable and provided exceptional service in fixing what was needed, as well as took the time to inspect my home and inform me of things to look out for and things that I need to think about in the future to prevent any major accidents that could cause serious damage my homeHe was kind, polite and patient with all of my questions, which made my whole experience very pleasant and stress free Thanks ARS and MIKE!

We had a clogged drain that was backing up the sink and washerThe plumber was on time and did excellent workI was quite impressed I will defiantly use them again

*** has been my guy throughout the last decadeHe always does a first class jobThe work is thoroughly tested and he always leaves the area of work spotlessI would never consider going with a different plumber
I was very impressed with his helper today, ***He is a cheerful and enthusiastic workerI wish him the very best as he transitions from the U.SMarine Corps into private industry

Excellent Service by Service Tech Gabe S today and in the past He's conducted work for me at my house before and impresses me everytime with his professionalism, patience, concern for satisfying us and making sure he resolved the problem at hand In one case during the holidays we had a serious Septic Tank main line problem and he worked late into the night using a camera on the end of a snake and found a broken underground main pipe Then a short time later conducted the repair and made sure it was done right and passed the County InspectionHe also crawled under our house to find another old broken soil line and fixed it tooIt was a very messy job, but he didn't hesitate to get down in the mud and make the correct repair
Today he replaced a toilet that was not performing correctly and it now looks and works better than new
ARS has handled our air conditioning system installation, water heater installation (which Gabe has serviced) and other plumbing issues at a reasonable rate and applied customer discounts when they can
Their customer service dept has always gone out of their way even after hours to provide me with emergency service when needed
I'll always call ARS when I have a plumbing need

We were very impressed *** *'s quick response to our call for service He is very professional He located a root intrusion in another area of our condo section that had caused a sewage back up in our Condo
I will definitely call ARS in the future for any plumbing issues we have

We received outstanding service from Ruben M with the support of Buzz A both with ARS Rescue Rooter They both went way beyond my expectations in correcting a very serious plumbing problem
We had a very serious plumbing issue at our business and they did not give up until the problem with fixedThere stayed with us most of the dayThey also went beyond re-setting toilet and other efforts that I had expected Their billing for their work was very reasonable and fair I would recommend ARS to anyone
