When I ARS rescue rooter, they sent one of their engineers in the name of Mr Tyler MHe was very professional and caringHe explained to me what is the problem and how much it is going to costWhile he was doing his job, he faced an obstacle and had to call his colleague ( whose name I have forgotten, but he too was very kind, professional and helpful) to come with the special equipment to assess the problemThey did not charge me any more money for the extra workThey did a great job and I will highly recommend them to my friends and family

We had a clogged toilet drain earlier this week I had called around and could not find a plumber that could come over that day or would take the job until I reached ARS Rescue Rooters They sent *** *over later in the afternoon and he took care of the jobI want to state that he was one of the most professional and efficient plumbers I have ever met He was extremely courteous, was mindful of our house and carpeting and our concerns, knew his job, determined the most efficient way to get the job done, and did it quickly In the process we discussed the specific problem with our home and means of prevention of clogs in the future My wife and I were both extremely pleased with the work The charge for the work, for which we got an estimate in advance, was higher than I expected But I think we did in fact get what we paid for Extremely good service I will ask for Eddie specifically if something like this should happen again in the future

Eddie was sent to my home for a mainline blockage. It turned out to be the kitchen line blocked. Eddie did a great job fixing the problem. I will request him next time I have a problem.

I want to thank ARS for sending an excellent Service Professional (Tyler C). His performance and work on two situations in servicing and completing these, (Kitchen Disposal, and Shower Stall) was explained completely and I do appreciate his excellent work and performance.

Initial telephone contact was pleasant and professional and we were kept informed of their efforts to meet the designated appointment time. The service tech, Martin F., was slightly delayed but identified the problem and had the necessary parts to repair the leaking shower valve. He was a nice guy and did a good job and explained what he was doing as he did it. Overall, the service representative and the technician were very good. The cost of the weekend service was quite high even with a senior discount.

[redacted] cabled and scoured our kitchen drain line and replaced our garbage disposal to alleviate the clogged drain problems we have been having. He did a professional, thorough job, and he cleaned everything up completely when he finished. I highly recommend his services if you need anything like this done at your house.

The representative was timely and efficient. Also, quite helpful and friendly. Answered my questions and explained my problems. I was very satisfied with his performance.

David B came to our home to deal with a clogged toilet. He was very professional, explained all that he was going to be doing as well as went over all of the possible charges depending on what our problem was and where located. He also explained forms that needed to be signed. David was very friendly as well as the gentleman on the telephone. I would highly recommended this company and David if anyone is in need of plumbing service.

Service was above & beyond . The Technician , [redacted], arrived punctually, was polite , and went about his investigation & repairs with a very professional attitude. He cleaned up after the repair and explained what he had to do & why and was up front about what the cost would be before doing the repair .
My husband & I were very impressed with his work ethics and he is certainly an asset to his company and we would not hesitate recommending him and his company.

Mauricio came within the allotted time, and was quite professional and did the job in a timely manner.

On two occasions we had leaks and called ARS Rescue Rooter. [redacted] came quickly and was able to easily diagnose the problem and recommend a solution each time. He was honest and polite and I highly recommend his services. We will call again when we having plumbing problem.
