Tried to reach customer service several times and was always 250 in line, don’t believe they really have customer service it answers the phone got down to about 150 and the phone cut you off. This seems to be calm and all the reviews that I read, why the state attorney generals really need to look into this company and maybe issues some lawsuits at this time I’m writing a letter to the attorney general Washington the state which I live in and asking them to investigate this company! I ordered the dog pad protector is it are supposed to slide into the windows and hang along the door wall they do not work they do not fit between the glass in the door. I want to return them but there’s no way to contact anyone and they will not respond to email

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told that there were 270+ calls ahead of me, and have been trying to reach them for 6 days to do an exchange. No email response either. Are they still in business? They won't be if they don't fix the problems very soon.

I ordered floor mats. I ordered the wrong mat for the front driver's side. I have attempted to call to request a return approval to exchange the mat. I have called several times a day for since Christmas. I am told that I am either 211 or 217 in line on the phone. I don't see how I am always the same # in line even if I call different times. This is unacceptable. They need to spend some of the money they spend on tv ads on their customer service staffing. Their product may or may not be good - I don't know - but their customer service is so bad I would not advise anyone to purchase anything from them. Customers have 30 days to return a product but you cannot get through to get the return info/approval at all - so the 30 days would expire before you could proceed with a return. This is an unprofessional, dishonest company - do not order anything from them. I am leaving a star rating ONLY because this form requires it - My rating honestly is 0.
Terrible customer service. Ordered two products 12-19-2019. Never shipped although I paid extra for three day shipping. Tried to contact by phone several times....always over a hundred callers ahead waiting...as many as 270 callers ahead waiting. Tried e-mailing three times for response...no response at all. Terrible customer service...the woest I've experienced in the USA in 57 years!
Our 84 year old mother gave each of her children and our spouses cup holders for Christmas. When we opened our packages, none of the packages had the key insert that allows you to adjust the holder to fit your vehicle. We tried to call WeatherTech, but where told there were 254 callers ahead of us. We gave up. We don't want to tell mom about the problem with her gift because it would upset her. What a waste.
Received a cup holder for Christmas. It did not have the separate piece that allows you to adjust the size of the holder to fit your car. I called them to ask them to send me the piece but the automated message said there were almost 300 callers ahead of me. Pretty incompetent outfit if you ask me.
Terrible Customer Service........WeatherTech makes it virtually impossible to return a product (mine is their CupFone).
In order to make a return you have to obtain a "return authorization from the company (and pay postage), However there is no way to reasonably comply with this requirement.
If you read the other reviews you will see that WeatherTech makes it either impossible or incredibly time consuming to communicate with them.
I have attempted called them for a week now, and either there are so many calls in the waiting line that their phone system is out of order; or I am the 298th person in line.
One week ago I went online to request a return authorization and have not had a reply to that either. Very dissatisfied, and do not recommend this company.
I ordered over $350 in seat covers for two of my cars. When selecting a seat cover they ask for your vehicle's Make, Model and Year, so it will fit. WRONG! the back seat cover is a generic one size fits all cover that didn't actually fit either car! Not only was the size wrong, but none of the seat belts are usable with it in place! I called to resolve this issue, see if maybe they sent the wrong seat cover out but there were 258 callers ahead of me. In 2 hours the number went down to 130 before their system dropped the call. I called back the next day and had the same problem. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

The item was to be delivered within seven days.When I check my order status online it still says processing. On December 29 I tried to call and neither phone number provided on your website for customer service works. Each time I call the one 800 number it states that there are 200+ callers in front of me. I have spent hours on hold in the last week and still do not have my order. I have emailed their customer service email twice and have yet to receive a response. It has now been two weeks and I still do not have my items.

A few days later I received an email saying I should confirm the floor mat fit when I receive them as they won’t fit the electric version of my car. I’ve received no response to the (3) emails I sent their customer service dept and their phone numbers have proven ineffective. Their call line for existing orders says there are hundreds of calls ahead of me and their line for new orders simply plays a prerecorded message stating they can’t respond to calls due to circumstances beyond their control.
On 12/20/2019, I ordered 3 Weathertech Cup/phone holders with extensions and 3 slippery cloths, over $160 worth. They were all ordered online from weathertech.com andintended to be Christmas gifts. As of today, 2 weeks later, 01/03/2020, the status of this online order (Order Number *** is in “processing”. It has been the same status since the order was placed. There is no explanation for the delay. Both telephone numbers given state either they cannot take your call at this time and/or there are 200+ callers before you. It is embarrassing at this point to try and explain to the prospective gift recipients why they have not received their Christmas gift yet.
