Received item as a gift. Item was for wrong year of vehicle and doesn’t fit. Tried numerous times to contact via phone over 3 different days but was informed by automated system I was between 250 and 265 in line to answer. Also have tried sending 3 emails but got no response to them either. Sad to think they have a A+ rating when this happens

I have been trying for 3 days to returned an item. You just can’t get a customer service representative to get a returned authorization number. The products are nice but customer service is the worst. In addition I can’t even get an email response....

I ordered a product as a gift & ordered the wrong vehicle model. I want to exchange it for the correct one. There website says you must get a return code to return it or it will not be accepted. I have called at least 5-6 times & always says there are 200+ callers ahead. I have filled out a return request 3 times on line & receive an email each time saying a representative will respond shortly. I have not received any response & it says I only have 30 days to return it, not to mention the gift recipient still has no gift !! I looked up complaints online & the complaints are endless saying the same thing & basically you can't return anything to this company because you can never get there return code.

I placed an order on the morning of Friday, December 20th. I paid for 2-day delivery, expecting the product to be delivered on Tuesday December 24th. When it was not delivered, I emailed the company and told them of my disappointment with them. I did not receive a response. The item finally arrived on December 31st, a full week after I was expecting to receive it. I was still charged for the 2-day delivery. I emailed the company again today , January 6, 2020, and am still waiting for a response. I would like to be reimbursed for the 2-day delivery.

To Whom It May Concern,
Last week before Christmas my wife were out running errands and it got real warm so I decided to open the back windows.
As soon as my left rear window opened my wife and I hear a loud pop/crack kind of sound.
I looked in my outside mirror and noticed something flying near my truck, then it dawned on me that it was my left rear side window deflector.
It was too late to stop or turn back because it was run over by oncoming traffic. In the 3 years I had them on my truck, that has never happened before.
When I went to your website to look for your number to call I noticed I have a lifetime limited warranty on all the products I’ve purchased from your store.
I tried to contact customer support, but was on hold for an incredible amount of time, I was 275 in queue. I wanted to just order a replacement. NO LUCK !!
I decided to order another rear set for my vehicle and when I received it, to my surprise you had special instructions and clips for keep the side vent deflectors attached to vehicle.
This would prevent it from flying off upon opening rear window, I should have been notified as a past customer of the product and your clips should have been mailed to me.
So as you may surmised, I am an unhappy customer and plan to file a complaint about this. I tried again to call and ask customer support for a refund today but again I was 275 in queue….
Not Happy With Your Company and I will stop recommending your products.

We normally do warranty replacements for our Customers when contacted directly so we can make sure you receive the correct part. We will issue a credit for your Warranty Replacement.
They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
I bought a rear seat cover and also received one for an xmas present.
It's been 2 weeks and I'm still trying to return one of them.
I filled out their online return form and never received an email back with the RA number so I can return them.
I've called them 4 times at all hours of the day and I'm always 246-287 customers ahead of me.
I'm now on the phone again and was 267 and now after 30 minutes on the phone I'm number 189
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!
YOU CAN"T RETURN THEIR PRODUCTS unless you want to wait on the phone for more than an hour.

I am trying to do a return. I have done 2 online requests and NO ONE as responded! I tried calling 2 times first time I was the 243rd person in line! Second time I was 266th person, I waited on hold for 1 hour and then my phone shut down. Do you know how mad I was??? I had actually thought about reordering the laser mats but not now, I just want a return code so I can send them back. My first request was 12/27/19, second 1/2/2020.

Customer Service is a disgrace. I have been trying for 3 weeks to speak to someone regarding a return. I am always caller 200+. I have submitted the form with my order number to get a Return Label from them 2x. Both times "someone will get back to you shortly." It's been over 2 weeks. It should not be this difficult to return something.

Existing carpet in new car now smells like sour grass! Entire family owns Weathertech.... never an issue. Something has gone very wrong with this company!

Seriously? Not what we THINK, but what we know. Ordered the incorrect item for Christmas gift and attempted a return. Weathertech makes this a PUNITIVE exercise at best. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! We are 48 minutes on hold simply for return authorizations number. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! And, still waiting. Honestly, it feels like we are being punished for a simple request. What? You want us not to call? They don’t even issue a number via email. Tried that, they just say they’ll be in touch. NOTHING!!!! I cannot imagine the staff there and what they must deal with hearing from so many upset customers. WEATHERTECH!!!! Why are you not listening?! Why must we write a complaint to get your attention for a return authorization number?!?! FIX IT! You just lost another customer!

It's now almost a month later and we haven't seen any phone holder, even though the $33.98 was deducted from my credit card about 10 hours after I sent the order by email. If it were possible, I would rate this transaction in negative stars. This is a scam. Don't fall for it, Friends.
Our CupFone prices start at $34.95 + tax + shipping. We do offer a desk phone holder for $24.95 + tax + shipping. I have searched our data base with the info above and I am unable to find your order. I will email you directly for additional info.

I’ve completed the online request for a return authorization number with the explanation, I received a cupfone as a gift but I need to exchange for the correct sized cupfone. The online request had not been replied too, 10 business days.

I purchases Weather Tech liners for our truck. The front liners fit fine. The back liner is too wide it does not fit. I need to return/get a refund for the back liners. I have contacted weather tech 2x by email and 2x by phone ( I was always caller 154 in the que!)
Please help me resolve this.

My ordered was placed on December 9, 2019. I have been trying to obtain an authorization number to return an item. I submitted a request online with no response. I have been on hold multiple times with customer service to have their phone system disconnect me. The wait times are absurd to be informed you are caller 240! Weathertech has a 30 day return policy which will conveniently expire before I receive an authorization number.
