Will never purchase from Weather Tech again. Customer service is non existent. I need to return my purchase. Every time I call Customer Service to request an RMA I'm told there are 247 calls ahead of me! I sent an e-mail to customer service. Got an automated reply that someone would contact me. No one has contacted me. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I will be calling my bank to report fraud.
I apologize for the inconvenience and delay. We were not able to find any request for a return but we have emailed you labels for the CupFone and Floorliners and marked the labels for your return. Upon receipt we will issue full credit for merchandise returned.
I ordered front and back floor liners plus the gift bags for my mom as a Christmas present. (I knew they could be late, but that was okay). A $240 purchase. I paid with my debit card, and received a confirmation email. This was all on December 14th.
So I am waiting and waiting and waiting for a confirmation of shipping or whatever email comes next. Nothing.
On December 23rd, I decided to send an email to the sales email listed on the order confirmation just to see where the order was at. 3 days later, and I had finally gotten a response stating that they are sorry, but it looks like they were having issues processing my payment. Why would I have gotten a confirmation email if my payment did not go through, and why was I not notified about it until I reached out almost 2 weeks after I even placed the order.
The other issue I am having with this, the way my bank and debit card work, is if I attempt to use it for online shopping, the payment will post through the bank, if there is not enough money (which there most definitely was), I would get a NSF charge, the payment reversed, AND an email from the bank stating so. Non-of-which happened.
I triple checked my information when I entered it, so I know the information was entered correctly.
I emailed back stating my concerns (on December 26th) to the individual who responded to my original email, and I have yet to get a response.
I have attempted to call all day today, however, the first 3 attempts, I got an automated system saying "I am sorry, due to circumstances out of our control, we can not take your call at this time. Please try your call at a later time."
So I kept trying.
I am at work, taking calls myself, and can not sit on the phone for 3 hours, waiting for the 267 calls ahead of me.
WeatherTech has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, and I work in customer service for a living.
I will NEVER order from them again, and will never refer anyone to them.

I have been trying to call customer service to initiate an exchange for over a week now. Every time I call there are over 200 callers in the queue. The customer service really should be better for how expensive their products are. I would not recommend ordering directly from their website at all. They're useless.

I ordered floor liners for the front and back seats and a cargo liner for the back of my 2018 Porsche Cayenne. None fit exactly though the cargo liner is pretty close. The front mats extend all the way to the door and cover up the Cayenne logo strips. The rear floor liner is missing the snaps to hold it down and is 2" higher than the floor tunnel, so fits loosely. I tried contacting customer service via their email but after two weeks no response. The phone line has a long wait. We have used Weather Tech before and were very satisfied with the product and service. Sadly their product is no longer a tailor fit for my vehicle and they have no customer service.
I apologize for the delay in any responses. The Front Floorliners are made to go up and over the step shield to protect debris from getting on the carpet. The rears have dome overs going over the grips in the floor. I understand your frustration and you are not happy with the product. I will send you Federal Express prepaid labels to return the items as well as issue a full refund when the product is returned.
The products are good but God forbid you need to return anything or need any special request. Customer Service is either with huge number of calls waiting (250+) with a 2 hour wait or simply hangs up on you after a message saying they cannot take your call.
I had the most difficult time getting a return authorization. I shipped the items back and received a delivery confirmation from one week ago and nothing has happened. Nothing. No email. If I don;t hear anything in the next couple of days, I will unfortunately have to file a dispute with the credit card company in order to get my refund. Customer service is completely unacceptable.
We received a return back for the front floorliners and credit was issued on 12/30/19 for 116.55.
