I ordered some of their product on 12/18, with 3 day delivery in time for Christmas, and immediately received a confirmation. On 12/23, I checked order status, as I hadn’t received it. Their website said my order # didn’t exists. I called customer service and was placed on hold. I was number 187 in the queue.. I later read on a public internet blog that the product I ordered was out of stock. Nobody from WeatherTech ever related that information to me, nor to numerous other’s according to various posts. Great customer service....NOT.

Ordered a cupFone on 12/11, by 12/22 only has "in progress" as a status on my order. Guess I'm not getting my gift in time for the holiday. What really got me, I spent 30 minutes (79 customers in front of me) on the phone waiting for customer service, when I finally got to speak to someone, he took my order number and then the call was disconnected. What kind of customer service is that?! I called today and the wait queue was 280+ customers in front of me.

I ordered a phone holder for my father-in-law that required no customization a week ago. I was getting concerned that it hadn’t arrive yet with Christmas being 2 days away. I checked on my order and a tracking number hasn’t even been assigned to my order. I tried calling BUT there were 262 people ahead of me with NO option for a callback. I also tried emailing them. I received no communication regarding any delay with my order. My order also did not require any customization. It’s a phone holder that fits in a cup holder. I was planning on investing on WeatherTech mats for my new car but it isn’t worth the hassle. I guess if you want poor customer service for a high price, Weather Tech is the place to go.

Ordered the new cup order on Dec 16th.....with expedited 3 day shipment. On December 23rd I had not heard from the company. So after HOLDING on the phone for 1 HOUR and 50 MIN The CSR basically said you can cancel or we can take of 6.00 and ship in in Mid January 2020. Very sad communication from this company. One person in the family will be one present short due lack of communication from Weather Tech.....the best part...if I felt Weather Tech felt bad about it I may have kept in on order...but after how he handled this situation. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible Customer service.

This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I have tried to request several return service requests and haven’t heard anything. When you try to call there are over 250 people in line ahead of you. It’s impossible to get a hold of them . Wondering if I have to contact my back to report fraud.

I recently had a near death experience using new floorliners from Weather Tech. The driver side floor liner stuck to gas pedal and I couldn't stop! While the pedal was stuck my car kept going faster and faster, I was using the brake at the same time to try not crash and also not damage my car.
Customer has been in touch with our Customer Service department and the liner is coming back to us and we are issuing a credit. We will send to our PD department for inspection.
I placed an order on 12/14/19. I paid an additional fee for 2nd day air delivery. I realize this order was placed on a Saturday but even 2 days from Monday should have been the 17th delivery. I attempted to call with no return call. I finally have a tracking number now (Thursday the 19th) telling me my package will be delivered by Monday the 23rd by 8pm! This is unacceptable! I paid for 2nd day air. At the very least, I need reimbursed for expedited delivery that never happened. This was a gift that is now late. I also have yet to receive a call back. Very poor customer service.
