We have confirmed that her order was cancelled on the same day it was placed as it was no longer in stock. Therefore, we did not collect the funds for [redacted]'s order. However, [redacted]'s bank may have placed an authorization hold on her account. Some banks may request an authorization release form from us in order to release the funds immediately. On December 17, 2014, we sent [redacted] an email explaining these details and advised her to contact us after gathering the necessary details from her bank so we could process an authorization release form to release her funds. In light of this, [redacted] considers this matter closed.

I advised Mr. [redacted] that the replacement plan provider would need to be contacted regarding his return request, and that he would need to initiate a claim with the replacement plan provider. Mr. [redacted] advised me that he wanted the issue resolved as soon as possible. For customer satisfaction, Mr. [redacted] has been refunded $135.89 as requested. There were still many problems in resolving my complaint. The executive had difficulty communicating with me via my preferred method (email) and because of this she was not able to refund my money (even tho she was provided my credit card statement). She offered a gift card for the amount in question, I reluctantly accepted. The case can be closed, but I will not deal with this company again. Terrible [redacted] service from bottom to top.

Walmart sent me a e mail saying they were crediting me for the tubes also included in the e mail was a note saying if I did not return the set of 8 tubes by a certain date I would be recharged with the tubes
The problem is that I never received 8 tubs so it's impossible foe me to send 8 tubs back to them
I only received 1 tub
That was the main problem from the start
They issued a Fed X pickup for a set of 8 tubs which I do not have to give to FedX
I only received 1 tub
No one seems to understand the problem

Please note, we do provide contact information for each Marketplace Retailer on walmart.com, and the [redacted] is notified at the time of order that they are purchasing the item from the Marketplace Retailer. Additionally, the product description includes the specific Retailer's Shipping and Return Policy. Due to the fact that Mr. [redacted] was unable to get assistance from AmericaRX Smart Shop, we have issued a refund for his order. As such, Walmart.com considers this matter closed.
