I am rejecting this response because: I am not accepting this response because like I had mentioned before, when I ordered the system I made sure to let the sales person know I did not have access to WIFI which he insisted I was not going to need unless I wanted remote control on my phoneLast week another technician came to my house and he discovered my home is 100% NOT compatible with Vivint systemThey will remove all their equipment by Saturday, therefore I will no longer be in a contract. I'm happy that finally this issue was resolved, after more than year fighting I was able to get out of a contract and stop paying for something that never workedMy experience was horrible, I would not recommend this company at allThank you for taking my complaint, I hope this helps other people.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, pending they actually send me a final bill which I have been requesting since July The last bill I received from them is dated 5/1/and all of my mail is being forwarded so its hard for me to believe that months was lost in the mail, however all I want is to pay what is owed and be done with this.

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoke with a representative several times and the outages where not resolve within a few hoursThere where times, the outage will last upto hoursA technician did come by for my internet and my door lockI called after a few days and send messgae through IM on Facebook advice of my continuous issues with my lock and alarmThe technician came out for my internet and he said there where no issuesI showed him the issues and it was not working when he was thereHe said he corrected the problem and he leftImmediately after he left the issues still remain the sameI contacted the company and he returned the same day and replaced my modemThis corrected the problem for a bit and then it started againVivint has numerous outages since I signed up with themThey may be up after hours but how does this help meThe internet is our lifeline in our homeOur internet is linked to all our services and with this issue it has caused me to run into my minutes with my wireless service and Inhad to pay overageIf needed I will provide my bill for my wireless for the pass months prior to signing up with Vivint and since I been with VivintOn this note I received a call one tume from a manager, he provided a callback number and it was to the customer service not directly to himMy last corespondence has been through IM on FacebookIf Vivint does not want to relieve me from my contract, I will like my credits on my internet with the constant unliable internet service and to reimburse me my overage fees on my wireless billsI will like credits for unliable security systemI will also like a call from each department's manager to call me at ###-###-#### ( best time to reach is weekends and after pm cst) and schedule appointments to fix the issues in hand with no fees/ chargers for their technicians to come and service my home

I understand that this is long ago back in 2013, I couldn't submit any proof of orders because the Army decided that it was in the best interest of my husband to retire after 17years inYour represented knew that, and failed to mention that I could have turned in his medically discharge formsThis option on your website claims it could have been canceledYou now recently put a military special team, and we are the ones that fell thru the cracksNow I have ruthless attorney legal team trying to serve papers to file a junction against me, because I never received anything from Perfect CollectionMy husband's medical discharge papers where emailed toI am sorry but I can not accept this reply

I am rejecting this response because:As I stated in my initial complaint I am a year old widow living alone in a large home The reason I got the alarm system in the first place was for protection and security since I am living alone When the system began beeping (low battery) I contacted Vivint to fix the problem They informed me that it would be over a week before they could send a technician out In the meantime I was going to be without an alarm system at all and an irritating constant beep that made in impossible to be able to sleep in my own home Vivint could not turn off the beeping noise Their only solution was to wait for a tech to come out in eight days I find it totally unprofessional that Vivint doesn't have any way to respond to emergencies in a more timely manner I feel that having a system in my home that was unreliable and the company not caring enough to fix it in an emergency was not something I wanted to deal with I did end up canceling my contract which included having to pay out the remaining balance of over $ I feel they should have allowed me to end my contract without having to pay the balance of $because of their inability to give me the protection they offered me but didn't provide There is no excuse for Vivint not being able to maintain my system and I felt unsafe in my home, therefore, I decided to have another security system installed in my home If they had provided me the protection that they promised me I would not have needed to end my contract early and paid the balance They seemed totally unaffected by my situation and I feel they should have done much more than they did

I am rejecting this response because: when the survey was taken,the home system was already installed and I was under the impression given me by the representative that if we were unhappy with the services we could cancel at any time free of chargeIf I would have known that I would have never agreed to get vivint products installed in my homeAs far as last week when we called aBout being locked out of our home, the key pad which was installed by vivint did not work, nor did the key that goes with the lockI had to leave work to go home and try to open the door so my father could get in my houseThe key pad nor the key would unlockI had to climb thru the kitchen window in order to gain access to my own homeFurthermore, now when we set the alarm to stay while we are in the home, mainly at night when we go to bed, it does not armI do not know what else I need to do for this company to understand their products are not working properlyI have also called prior to advise that my alarm would randomly go off and nothing was ever done about itThey tried to troubleshoot it and still the same issueI am not satisfied with their reply and am continuing with my complaint and will continue to inform people I know about this awful outrageously priced company.

I am rejecting this response because: I'm not sure if this is even in response to my complaint as the name referenced is not mineHowever, assuming this is in regards to my complaint, this is still not satisfactoryThe only response I have received as of yet was a very brief email saying they tried to contact the hvac company but nobody answeredWhile if this is true, I do appreciate the effort made, as of this date I am still completely in the dark on both subjects: If payment has been made, and something showing it has been paid so I do not get charged penaltiesStating they called but the company did not answer is not a valid response to paymentcancellation of the contract and service due to gross negligence/incompetence of vivnt's customer service, installers, equipment that does not work that I am being charged for and overall extremely time consuming process to deal with all of this.While I have used this company several times and have never had an issue getting through during business hours, I have attached the invoice again here so all information is present to make a payment even if phone contact is unable to be made
