I am rejecting this response because:We appreciate the response from Vivint to refund $and
do find their offer acceptable except we haven’t received the check and the
online account payment activity still shows a balance of $We attached a
photo.
On the online account payment activity you can see Vivint
placed a credit payment of $on 1/12/However, it also still shows
on the date this all began 9/18/a payment of $and a balance beside
it of $with an orange link beside it to make a paymentOur concern is
someone reviewing our account will still see this as an outstanding balanceWe
wonder if Vivint can clear this off the online account page.
For now the e-mails have stopped for collection, the display
on our panel has stopped giving messages of disconnect is imminent, and we
received January’s bill yesterday for a payment of $All these are
satisfactory.
If the online account payment activity doesn’t show an
outstanding balance and we receive the refund check we would feel better about
closing this caseToday’s mail has ran and we have not received a check, yet
Sincerely,
*** And *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: within the company's response, it referenced a "Ms/Mrs***" and "Ms./Mrs***" was satiisfied with the resolution So it appears the company did not reference the correct person or persons account as my last name is not ***. There was no resolution proposed to me, *** *** and I am still seeking termination of the contract due to the company's negligence to uphold it's agreed upon terms

I am rejecting this response because: Vivint refused to pay for the labor associated with painting the walls damagedThere isn't ''one'' markThere were numerous marks and the representatives did not want to pay to have it painted. Prior to the Vivint technician entering my home, my walls were painted in a custom paint color and free of any blemishesThe paint company no longer makes the pain with the same additives that the home was initially painted inIn order to cover the damage on the many walls (different walls were involved)that were destroyed by Vivint, I need large amounts of paint coverage to make it somewhat blend In addition to the walls the technician destroyed a custom sofa chair from Pottery Barn that is fabric and difficult to clean because that furniture is snow whiteI am not willing to have any chemicals put on it for fear of destroying it further than Vivint already did when they entered my home and refused to clean their hands and feet. I will have to speak to Pottery Barn in order to receive advisement on how to proceed with this fiasco Vivint created.
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:MrW*** has omitted the following facts from our case:I called Vivint on three separate occasions in July I had two appointments scheduled with them prior to the July 26th appointment in which the system was “fixed”Vivint failed to show up to both appointmentsWhen I called to inquire about the first missed appointment, I was told by vicint’s own customer service rep that they only show up to “about half” of their scheduled repair appointments because the system automatically cancels the appointment requests and there is nothing they can doIt was at this time I first asked to be released from our contract, as this was clearly unsatisfactoryI was informed I could not be released from my contract, and a second appointment was madeThis appointment was also no showed by vivintIt was after my second call that someone finally showed up, used old sensors to repair the system, and a matter of days later the sensor fell off. Vicint’s records should indicate we needed to bypass our back door in order to set our alarm for all of August through the beginning of JanuaryWe did not call again because after two missed appointments and vivint’s Own technition informing us of their failed track record to show up, we simply couldn’t afford to waste any more days at home waiting for missed appointments. The same thing happened in januaryVivint failed to show up to two prior appointments before finally showing up on January 19thAgain, it was vivints own employee who admitted the sensors placed by the previous technition were faulty and never should have been left that way. I have had had numerous phone calls with vivint explaining the series of missed appointments, and one of their customer account managers went as far as to call me a liarThey have somehow managed to falsify their records to completely erase the instances of missed appointments. I understand mrW*** is likely working off these falsified or incomplete records, but the truth is vivint didn’t show up to a total of four scheduled service appointments between July and January, and the July service appointment left our system unsecured days after the visit. Furthermore, I was informed by a vivint customer account manager (the same one who called me a liar) that vivints failure to secure our home is not a violation of their contractI requested a copy of this contract twice and never received it (once in July and once again in January)I suspect the contract contains entrapment clauses that hold customers accountable for unreasonable lengths of time and require vivint to maintain zero accountability for service rendered
Sincerely,
