I am rejecting this response because: I still have $credit owned to meI called customer service and they seem like they cant figure it outI paid Vivint a total of during this whole ordealI assumed that they credit my Dec bill which left still remainingWhen Mrs Samantha call me to resolve I was under the assumption that the remaining will be credit back to my account. So Mrs Samantha gave me an extra credit of to my account for my hassle but I still havnt receive the remaining from the that I paid Vivint

I am rejecting this response because: Nathan you obviously are quite clueless as to the tremendous amount of bad publicity this worthless company receives How very sad that you have to collect a paycheck from a company that forces their customers to maintain a contract when the equipment provided is junk You can justify your contract any way you want And you can quote your stupid survey all day long and you may even have a recorded tape stating that one week after installation he was satisfied with how that installation went, but every month since then we have called, posted comments and written anybody that cares to listen Read this very very carefully YOUR EQUIPMENT IS FAULTY JUNK! IT DOES NOT WORK MORE THAN PERCENT OF THE TIME I'm to the point where I do not give a *** what you people say You're thieves! Plain and simple I to have recorded conversations with your people I also have recordings of your so called techs coming to my home trying to fix your junk I will NEVER AGREE to anything short of a terminated contract I don't care how many contracts you have or how many recordings I have had it with trying to resolve these issues with your company I have printed off everything I have written to you, plus numerous other complaints from other dissatisfied customers and I will be reaching out to our local news stations here in Houston It's obvious Mr P*** could care less about customer satisfaction and only cares about lining his pockets You will never see another dime and you won't receive a penny of whatever settlement you think you are offering Come and get your junk! I am hiring another alarm system company and they are more than happy to remove your junk and replace it with equipment that actually works Do what you need to do But know this, I will NEVER BACK DOWN and if need be I WILL hire an attorney and we will see who is right and who is wrong

I am rejecting this response because: This is falseThe Representative who came to my home advised my wife and I to contact him if we wanted to cancel and they would not only cancel, but also come pick up the equipmentThe Representative was called numerous times by not only me but my wife as well and he never answered nor did he respond to our messagesI also contacted Customer Service who at the time stated that it was too late to cancel because we passed the free trial periodVivint is a scam and gives information to gain clientsI will not be responsible nor pay for something that I attempted to cancel numerous times within the day periodThe Sales Representative is a fraud and their Customer Service Reps are rude as well.

I am rejecting this response because:My son's life and mine is worth more than a 40% discountAs also stated, Vivint's service malfunctions at its own will! I CAN NOT live under those conditionsMultiple credits and discounts in my opinion, prove wrong doing on Vivint's partIf I paid late or not at all, they (Vivint) wouldn't extend me the same courtesy they're wanting fromSecurity: freedom for danger, risk, etc, safety; I DO NOT feel secure with Vivint as my security provider

I am rejecting this response because: I feel this contract was entered into under pretenses I was coached about what to say on the recording cited in Vivint's response and the date on the contract is false The equipment was installed on August 12th, not August 17th I have tried to work with Vivint and all I get is a run-around Call this one and then call that one and they will call you back I have never received a callback from any of the persons who said they would I am frustrated with the whole situation and feel that buying out the rest of my contract would be rewarding bad business practices

I am rejecting this response because: I FEEL THAT THEY LIED TO US WHEN THEY CAME HERE TO OUR HOME TO SELL US THIER PRODUCT THEY TOLD US THAT THE CAMERAS WOULD WORK DAY AND NIGHT AND EVEN SHOWED US A VIDEO OF THE CAMERAS WORKING AT NIGHT AND CAPTURING A VIDEO OF AN ANIMAL OUTSIDEWE KEEP RECIEVING A MESSAGE FROM THE SPACE MONKEY PEOPLE SAYING THAT WE NEED TO UNPLUG AND PLUG IT BACK IN BECAUSE ITS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SO IT IS BRAND NEW ND WE SHOULDNT HAVE TO MAINTAIN IT LIKE THAT IT IT SHOULD WORK ALL THE TIME PROPERLY 24/WE ARE PAYING GOOD MONEY FOR THIS SERVICE AND ARE NOT RECIEVING WHAT WE RE PAYING FOR WE SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THE OUTSIDE CAMERAS AFTER WE WERE LIED TO AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THESE PEOPLE!! THEY SHOULD COMPENSATE US BY PAYING AND INSTALLING THE CAMERAS TO MAKE THIER WORD GOOD WITH US !! ON JUNE 12TH WE DID RETURN THE CALL OF THE PERSON WHO CALLED US AND SHE NEVER RETURNED OUR CALL SO THAT IS A LIE THAT WE DIDNT TRY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM!!IF YOU CANT MAKE THIS GOOD AND GIVE US THE SERVICE WE DESERVE THEN YOU SHOULD REFUND ALL OF OUR MONEY AND CANCEL OUR CONTRACT AND COME GET YOUR EQUIPMENT OUT OF OUR HOME!! I am rejecting this response because:I have been told many conflicting dates for this full refund I was told on 8/by a supervisor(Robin) that the cancellation was received, all Vivint equipment was returned and the full refund of $2146.33, would be put back on the card in to days.9/15/when the credit did not appear on my credit card I called again and was told by supervisor Lauren that a refund check was mailed 9/1/but we never received a check9/23/Emma C*** called in response to survey I had sent We talked and I asked why I couldn't get this refund put back on my credit card immediately I told her I had filed a complaint with Revdex.com in Utah and had sent an email to Nathan Wilcox, Vivint legal asking for help in resolving this Ms C*** sent me an email that day after our conversation telling me that she had good news that the full refund $would be credited back onto my credit card with 5-business daysToday Matthew B*** called He identified himself as an attorney with Vivint and that a check was put in the mail on 9/23/ I told him about conversation with Ms C*** and email telling me the refund would be processed as a full refund to credit card He repeated that a check was put in the mail on 9/23/ Then today I see the response from Vivint to Revdex.com that a check was put in the mail on 9/22/ I am confused and worried since so many dates have been given to me and I still do not have my refund I will advise the Revdex.com if I receive a check or a credit within business days(10/6/2017) Until then I do not feel this is resolved
