I order a sweater the day after thanksgivingThe campaign enedex november 26th its now the 17th of december and I havent gotten any package tracking info and cannot get any response from customer serviceI will never use this company again and will also tell others they should loom else were

Very positive experience with ViralStyle- important to understand their business modelit's s crowd-sourcing format, so until they receive a minimum number of orders for a particular design, the design will not be printedI've seen complaints about timeliness being a problem, but as soon as I received notice that my chosen designs had reached their minimum order threshold, I received them in the mail within 3-business daysBoth products I've ordered (v-neck tee, tank top) have been of high quality and with quality print workI love that ViralStyle crowdsources individuals' creativityKudos!!

I was suppose to get a pendent and chain I paid and ordered for my daughter for Christmas, I was assured that once the offer ends the product will be shipped within a matter of daysThis weekend I am leaving without my daughters present and also was I just informed that the package has not even started the journey yet and is still at the Viral Style offices
