I ordered Viralstyle tee shirts after seeing a link on a friends facebook pageFirst, the ordering process was easy and I was impressed by the wide range of sizes and the different styles availableOrdered the shirts in my favorite colors and sat back to waitOnce the sale date cutoff passed, the printing and shipping process was very quick
When I received my order, I was very happy with the colors and the printing and the quality of the shirtsThere was, however one problem: One of the three was printed with the wrong designI wrote an email to the customer support team and received a timely response from Spencer S He handled my complaint in a professional and pleasant mannerHe has told me that the company will re-print my missing shirt and send it out to me at no extra chargeI am very pleased with both Spencer and Viralstyle and hope to do business with them again, soon!

In the beginning there was some delay in placing the order, but Steffan Mwent out of his way thought/ acted outside the boxand helped me to get the hoodie to my niece [*** ***] for her birthdaythanks Steffan!

Had trouble with the 3rd party courier USPS use in the UK not attempting a delivery and marking it as "refused"Nahom sorted it out in minutes via on-line chat, as detailed below:
Nahom: Thanks, we will email you the new tracking number tomorrow or Monday
Me: ExcellentMy guess is that the third party courier used at this end by USPS may not have even attempted the delivery, a not exactly uncommon occurrence here in the UK! The order I placed the following day arrived no problems, and I am very happy with the product, and the great customer service I have received from your companyWould not hesitate to recommend to friends and family, good work :)

I had placed an order for T-shirts, one for my wife and one for myselfThe order came as promised, but my wife's T-shirt had a defectIt looked as if they folded the shirt before the ink was dryAll I could think of was all the negative comments I had seen on the internetI emailed Viral Style that day and by the next I got a replyThey were very apologetic and promised to replace itThey did ask for pics which I promptly sentWithin a week I got an email saying my items had shipped! Three days later I received two pkgs from themWhat a pleasant surprise, they had sent my wife two T-shirts and they didn't have anything wrong with them

I ordered a hoodie from ViralStyle at the end of October and was promptly charged After a month of not receiving it, I went online to track my order - turns out they had not put my apartment number on the shipping label (and yes, I went back and verified that I had entered it in correctly during my order) so my order was "undeliverable" and sent back to ViralStyle Emailed them, and got a very quick response saying the address had been fixed and reshipped to me Never received any new tracking info Another MONTH of not receiving it, I reached out multiple more times and was told my complaints were justified and that "upper management" would be reaching out to me More emails from me after no one ever did Today, MONTHS later, I received an email basically congratulating me on being refunded my money for this item Never received it What happened to my item? It obviously existed at some point when it had to be sent back after the address fail?!?! Horrible experience Especially because I was really excited about that hoodie!

When I contacted this company about a problem with my purchase, I received a quick answer with a promise to make things rightAnd soon after that, they made good on that promise
