I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the customer service over at Viral Style for an issue that occurred with my most recent orderThey custom print t-shirts, and mine arrived with the print lop-sided/off center and it looked odd, so I emailed them right away and explained the situationThey responded very fast and also asked me to submit a quick picture showing the print job, which I did and again, a very SPEEDY reply from them offering me either a credit back to my original form of payment or they could resend a newly printed shirt out for me, which I opted to have a new shirt sent out to meI offered to send the old shirt that was printed wrong BACK to them, but they told me to just keep it and they were correcting the issue right awayI really appreciate their honesty, their ownership of the issue and also keeping in contact with me very quickly and efficientlyThis is GOOD customer service in actionThank You
