I am a new customer to Viral Style LLC When I placed my order using Pay Pal to pay, I accidently ordered more than what I intended I sent an email to Viral Style and the problem was immediately corrected Viral Style is very prompt in responding to the customer and understanding the customer's needs
I have not received my shirt yet, but from reading other customer reviews, I am certain I will be please The shirt will be Christmas presents for my veteran daughter-in-law and my son (who is currently deployed) I think the message on their shirt will adequately voice their story!!! Thanks Viral Style!

I had placed a couple of orders with Virtual Style and was having difficulties getting good info on the tracking statusI used their online live chat & sent an emailI was not happy with the results so I called themI reached a very polite, helpful and professional young lady named GabrielleShe was able to explain the issues and give me good info as I was looking for on my ordersShe discovered that one of the orders was not going to meet the expressed delivery guarantee and gave me a 20% refund of the purchase priceShe was able to turn an unhappy customer who wanted to no longer do business with the company into a very satisfied customer who will most likely do business with them againI spoke to her supervisor Josh and shared the same details I am sharing hereHe was also very professional and quite please Gabrielle had done a great jobGive these folks a chance and you'll be pleased with the outcomeThanks

I recently purchased a Tee shirt from Viral Style and had some trouble with it going thru paypal there was an error and the company did not receive the order, even tho is showed as going thru on paypal I phoned the company and spoke with Wyatt Hwho explained the problem and IMMEDIATELY issued a refundno waiting days, it was withing minutes I then continued with the purchase I am waitng to receive the merchandise I was very impressed with the way the problem was handledi will deal with them again and recommend this person, Wyatt H, and the company to my friends

I am 61yrs old and living on social security disability so my funds are very limited But when I saw the DrSeuss inspired t-shirt for cancer, I knew I had to have it The first day I wore it, I got so many compliments, and not just from people who are or have been through cancer I had a conversation with a total stranger the other day and it turns out we have the same dr It's message is strong and makes me feel proud to be an 11yr survivor I had a question about sizing and Gabriel Tanswered me right back and she couldn't have been any nicer

I had emails telling me how my order was progressing and one that allowed me to track my order from the USA to me here in the UK

I've bought two shirts from ViralStyle, and both are very nicely designed and printed, and on high-quality shirtsI get a lot of compliments on them and have recommended the company to my friends on FacebookBoth my kids really like one of my shirts, so when I saw it for sale, I ordered two last nightUnfortunately, my computer had a glitch, and when I backed out and then tried again, it turned out that I had doiuble-orferedI emailed the company last night to explain and to ask for a refund on one of the ordersI fully expected to be out of luck since the error occurred on my endBy this morning, I had an extremely courteous email from the owner, letting me know that he would refund me for the duplicate orderI really appreciate that, and would be glad to order from ViralStyle again
