I understand that due to HIPAA laws they are unable to respond but I have received no phone call or correspondence from them. I finally did receive my medication. You'd think a customer service Manager would want to take the time to contact me now...figures.

A written response was mailed to the member on 9-28-17 addressing his issues in his complaint.  The letter was mailed to the address for the member listed in the original Revdex.com complaint to Seattle, Washington - Yvonne S. - UHC Consumer Affairs

I am rejecting this response because: They claim I never attempted to contact them before filing a complaint with you. This is incorrect and inaccurate. They sent a letter stating incorrect and inaccurate information which tells me they did a quick and poor job of researching. I wrote a letter back and will be sending you a copy.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Spoke with Briana 5/26/16 and she said that she was contacted and everything has been taken care of.

this matter require a verbal response and explanation A message was left for me by united health . I returned the call and haven't heard anything since 6/24/2015 I did get an email confirming my payment I would like to speak to a human,email is not an explanation of individual situations This matter in my opinion is not resolved.

I received a phone call from businesses contact stating she would be looking into the issue and would be responding back. I left her a message on Wednesday stating I have yet to hear back from anyone that had promised to call me as of the response sent she has not yet called me back to directly speak on this matter. I do expect a response to me before response here stating they will follow up directly with me. Follow up first then response here.
