Our AC went out on Thurs. evening. Metro Energy Savers came on Friday, assessed the problem (whole new system needed, current unit was over 30 years old). They couldn't start installation until Mon., so Eric brought 2 window units early Sat. morning and installed them. On Mon. the new unit was installed--yay! A week later, the water heater failed and flooded the hall, resulting in considerable water damage (I was out of town). Metro Energy Savers installed a water heater. Raymond came to do quality control after the installations were complete and had to make more than one visit to tweak everything completely. I am satisfied! And they give a Senior Citizens Discount.

Jarred got to our home at the scheduled time and fixed the issue with our ac unit quickly. He was very nice and explained everything to us. We will definitely call back when we need him again

Metro had to replace a coil on my A/C. When they came out to replace it there were 2 very nice guys to do it. When they left I had very cold A/C. The next morning I woke up not able to breathe because my A/C was not coming on at all. The next day a very nice guy came. I hate that I can’t remember his name. He told me he was sorry but the coil had not been installed correctly. He was very apologetic about what happened. He got it working again and said he would have someone come back the next day and reinstall and do some other things to make all better. The next day Jesse and another guy came and they did a great job. I am very happy. It started out rough but they made it all good. I will use them again.

Eric did a great job, even though it was a warranty work order... things happen. He, like all the other technicians we have dealt with in our business dealings, was very professional. We believe the issue is now resolved, thanks to Eric's persistance.

Jared was great, very professional and did the job quick. The time frame was off but his jobs before mine ran long. He explained everything to me and wasn’t condescending when I told him my ideas about what caused the problem.

Metro Energy Savers solved a problem that has existed at my house for 30 yrs. They moved my air handler back from the eave of the house to near the middle where it should be and hung it up off of the floor of the attic. This is the 4th air handler I have had. Not other service company has done this. FANTASTIC!!!!

They have been fantastic over the many years they kept our two old systems going and 6 years ago after installing two new ones. The tech service people explain everything - they are great folks!
