This company failed to diagnose or even resolve my A/C problem. Metro Energy Savers still charged me for an inaccurate diagnostic. Call them twice and but never heard back from them.

I had some work done yesterday by Herbert and today by Daryll and Connor. They were friendly, put me at my ease and were meticulous about getting the work done and explaining what they were doing.

I would recommend this company and these people to anyone.

Eric recently serviced my heating unit and did a great job. He was very personable and efficient. He covered his shoes so that he would not track up my hardwood floors.

Call in Metro Energy Saver Arl. TX, 11/12/18 because of a dead blower motor in the air handler unit. Hebert replaced the motor for $872.00 - No problem with this service. He then check the rest of the unit and stated that the 2 capacitor (S Multitap Capacitor and Compressor saver kit) will need to be replaced for $345.00/each = $690.00. Did not know any better and agreed to have it replace. Asked for the old part back. It is a Lenox C65R 440VAC 45+ 10MFD +/- 5% part # 100335-15. Found out that this part can be obtain for around $35-$60 each. Don't mind to pay double or even a bit more but 1000% marked up :-)). Call them twice and Stephen supposed to call back but never heard back from them. On further review at Google, notice that my experience was not the the only one.

After returning from vacation, Stephen called to discuss these allegations and concerns. To clarify - we use Straightforward Pricing. Each customer is advised, upfront, the cost of all repairs. Then, they sign the invoice for approval of such charges prior to our technician commencing the work. Where as, you told Stephen that our technician went over all the prices with you and that you did agree to the prices and you signed the invoice prior to the technician performing the work. Yes, it is possible for anyone to purchase any part online. However, to have a professional licensed and certified technician drive to your home, install it properly and provide a one year warranty for parts and labor, anyone would expect to have additional charges. Our prices for parts and labor are competitive throughout the marketplace with our competitors. We have been in business for over 30 years providing exemplary service and strive for 100% satisfaction to all customers as referenced by over 4000 - 5 Star Reviews. We are sorry, that after the fact, you are not happy with the pricing you agreed to. We appreciate your business. If we can be of further service to you in the future, please call us.

I have used metro for 16 yrs, on my yearly check up, found out needed to replace ac and gas
units. They were 16 yrs old , could of invested in costly repairs, once they explain pros-cons
of new or short term repairs, I went with new unit.
They were on time on appointment day, the guys were polite, answered all questions I ask during the day , showed me everything they were doing,clean up everything as they worked.

My A/C was over 30 years old and was not cooling. I called Metro Energy to come and check it out. Turns out that it was a goner. I got a quote and work start next day. Waymon and Geoff were great at setting the ball rolling. Ricardo and Bang were the techs on the job. They super, hard working. Bang and Oscar came back put in my staircase. Their work is done. Great people and service. I’m all set for the cold winters with new Heat pump and hot summers with A/C for at least the next 20 yrs. I recommend them highly. Thank you Metro Energy

This is a very trusted company, they send out a picture of who will be the service person which is a great safety feature. Prompt service, very helpful, Eric is a great service person, solved the problem and was patient with all my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend this company.

Received great service with this company. Had trouble with my air conditioner. Called in for service and service was provided that afternoon. My air conditioner was repaired and cooling by that evening. I will continue to use this company for any needs in the future.

There technician was very professional. He indicated we needed a new system which I already suspected. Unfortunately, their financing options were not as competitive as the other company we eventually bought our new system from.

Late July, 8:00 PM at night, still almost 100, yet Herbert still shows up after a long day in the Texas heat to help prevent another uncomfortable day for me tomorrow. He always seems to have my back! Not sure anyone can be more dependable than that.
