My air conditioner stop cooling a couple days ago at the worst possible time, I just had family that came into town and was staying with me. I called Metro Energy and was advised that the tech would be here in a couple hours, The tech showed up in a little over an hour. Darryl was very pleasant and professional. He worked on the unit for a couple hours and had it up and running again. Darryl found that it was low on Freon and had a bad valve, which he thinks is the reason for the low Freon. He said he would be back the next day to replace the valve if it was in stock. Darryl was back the next morning replaced the valve and the he unit is working like it was new. I have used Metro Energy for a number of years and would highly recommend them.

We bought a $7000+ furnace and ac unit 2 years ago. We followed up with an inspection on June 1, 2019 costing $69 as recommended by the company. Neither in the installation nor inspection (made by Josh) was it recommended as to when or how to change the batteries in the thermostat. When the thermostat began to blink saying "Replace the batteries" this 1st week of July, my wife called asking if someone could just walk her thru this procedure. The dispatcher said once again that a diagnostician would have to come out to the house. When my wife asked again for someone to simply get on the phone and walk her through the battery change process, the dispatcher told my wife to hold on while she would go check to see if anyone was available. After a few minutes, the dispatcher came back to the phone and told my wife no one was available at the present time to do that. When my wife asked if someone could call her when someone became available; the dispatcher responded that the only option was to send a technician out costing $76, as opposed to taking a number and having someone call us. My wife hesitantly responded if the only option was to send a tech out, my wife would have agree. Josh came to the house and took 5 minutes doing something my wife could easily have done with the with help from someone. In my follow up call to manager Conner, he was unbending, uncompromising, and basically said I have your money and " I have your wife's signature, case closed." As I asked once again why our request could not be considered, Conner threatened to get the "District Attorney" involved if we kept questioning, and then the call ended. And this is the way you treat a loyal customer?? We feel we were not treated fairly, for sure.
My wife and I definitely commend Josh Arnett, technician, who has been so professional and respectful in all of his work with us.

During our June 1st maintenance visit, our technician thoroughly inspected your unit to ensure that everything was in working order, including the thermostat. Unfortunately, it is not possible for anyone to determine the remaining battery life in standard AA batteries. In addition, our office employees are not allowed to give recommendations or diagnose over the phone, particularly with the vast number of thermostats and models available.
Since all calls are recorded, we listened to your wife’s call. We found that our dispatcher told your wife we would not be able to diagnose over the phone, but we could send a technician for a $76 diagnostic fee. Your wife agreed and scheduled the service call. When the technician arrived and before he started the diagnosis, she initialed the invoice authorizing the work and the $76 fee. Once the technician was finished, she also signed the invoice stating that all work was completed to her satisfaction and paid the technician via check.
When you called the office to ask for a refund, our finance manager explained everything to you. He clarified that we had to pay the technician to come out to your home, and pay for his gas and other overhead, so we would not be able to provide a refund. Then you stated that you would place a “stop payment” on your check. At that time, he informed you that the check would be forwarded to the District Attorney for collection.
During our scheduled customer happy checks today, our representative that was unaware of your complaint, called your number and spoke with your wife. Your wife expressed that she was very happy with the service provided. We apologize for any misunderstanding that you may have had - and would welcome the opportunity to service your home again in the future.

AMAZING SERVICE! My A/C was over 30 years old and was not cooling. My brother, who bought a unit two days before from Metro Energy Savers, highly recommended me to call Metro Energy Savers. I called Metro Energy Savers to come and check it out. It turned out, that I needed a lot of work done. I had my 30 yr old unit replaced by Jesse (technician) at Metro Energy Savers. Jesse is an excellent tech. Jesse is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Unfortunately, they weren't able to install the new system the same day. So, Jesse offered to loan us a window unit until he was done installing our new system. Jesse is a hard worker. He stayed late each day to finish the job. Jesse is a great asset to Metro Energy Savers. Jesse went above and beyond the company values. I love the entire staff, great customer service and very professional. I also, want to give a special thanks to Mr. Connor in finance who worked hard to get me approved. I am so happy that I had a honest and reliable company to call on.

We have used Metro Energy Savers for years. The company as a whole is great. They are very accommodating with schedules. I love that they text me a picture of the tech with his name so I know exactly who is coming to my door. They are helpful to explain any concerns or problems. The techs are very professional and friendly. They are considerate of my home and wear shoe covers so they don’t track in mud during in-climate weather. Yes... they serviced my unit even in bad weather.

In February Metro Energy installed a HVAC System in our home, the tech's were Jesse, Oscar, Mr. B and Austin. It was amazing to see how quickly and efficiently they worked together. Josue went over everything he got his binder out and went page by page of the rules, regulations and prices. He asked what problems we were having, here wrote everything down and went over everything that he had done and discovered. All in all he was very friendly, accurate, and professional.
We have been with Metro for 20 years or more and have nothing but Praise for them.

We have used Metro Energy Savers for years and have been pleased with their work. We have had several different techs come to service our unit and to make needed repairs. Today, Herbert was the tech. He was very personable and professional.
