I was quoted special offer price of $37.00 with free shipping to try out there CBD oil, two days later I find my credit card has been charged $198.00, they are advertising product for one price of $37 then charging a different price. Email receipt shows no address for company, no price charged on receipt or company website info my credit card statement has this phone number for them ***. There email receipt does not show price charged, no address for company no address for website, and a different telephone number ***. details below show the email I got from them, cant get help from emailing and calling.

I purchased a product diet pills from a company that advertised they were the company from the TV Show ***.

I used the product for 3 week, it did not work, it said 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I called to return the product and realized I had ordered from a different company posing to be the company affiliated with ***.

I wanted a full refund, they have refused. The agent was rude.

I want a full refund and this company to stop their false advertising and affiliation with the TV show and scaming others out of their money.

I selected buy 1 bottle @ 31.90 and get 1 free along with free shipping and handling. After I entered my card info they charged 3 bottles, $95.70.
I ordered online today, 7/24,from Thermo Burn; a diet pill. The order # is XXXXXXXX. The charge on my credit card states from ***. As soon as I saw that I was charged incorrectly I called c/s @XXX-XXX-XXXX. While I was on hold I checked the website only to find other complaints just like mine. People are being charged for more than they ordered. I was advised by the rep that they could not cancel the order or the charge but that he could cancel the monthly membership of $29.95 which I never had agreed to. That is another thing that they do without permission. They enroll you in a monthly club and charge $29.95 a month without you ever having agreed to this. He told me I should contact the credit card company, which I did, and I will dispute the charge. But they refused to cancel the order and he advised me that once I get the product I should call for return authorization information. At this point I do not want their product.

Hi I wasnt sure what to write as far as health issues. The company is selling Thermo Burn, so I am not sure if they are good or not. I know They billed me over 200 dollars. To whom this may concern. There is no where to contact anyone regarding "Thermo Burn" which is recommended by ***. I was ripped off and charged over $200.00. Not aware, I called this *** on 6.13.18 to find out why. Neil told me, that was their charge. Plus they were charging my cc 29.95 pwer month. Neil said he would give me a 40 percent discount or I could return everything, and take a huge loss. I decided to take the credit. I have been waiting and waiting for credit. No credit. I call the 888 number again today. I got Neil and he told me the company went out of business. I look up their web sit and it is still there. This is giving the "*** a bad name. I can not get anyone on their number. I hope you will in box me with some information. I hope everyone who reads your comments see this fraud company..

False advertising and fraudulent charge and no refund
I responded to an ad for a significant discount for Therma burn. they ended up charging me double. I called and they would not honor the discount so I said I wanted to return for full refund. On May 14th 2018 I called and received a EN # XXXXXXXX-XXXXXX to out on the outside of the package. On June 4th a very nervous rep told me to try back in 5 to 7 days. in June 26th they said since In did not have the tracking number they could do nothing for me, though the gal on the June 4th had the tracking number. I insisted that they refund my money and May told me her supervisor agreed to refund immediately. today I called and was told they were a third party vendor and I need to call my bank. they charged me $129 for a product I returned and they will not pay me back. please help!!

This was a forced sale from a faulty website, lack of customer support and refusal of a refund even once product was returned.
So *** invested in a product called Thermo Burn (a weight loss supplement) so we decided to try it out since they're pretty picky. IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM!!

Before I could even put the order through for one trial bottle online they charged me $91 for 3 bottles and then another $198 for 6 additional bottles on a Saturday. When I called of course they were closed and would not be open until Monday. Monday they told me I had to wait until I received the package to return it for a refund, that I had to call back for a return number and I would be refunded one they receive it back. It was supposed to be 2 day priority delivery but took over 2 weeks to receive. I called them to get a return number and was hung up one several times then was connected to another customer that was also looking for her refund, we discussed that the company scammed us then disconnected the call. I called again and finally got someone on the line, after she spent several minutes trying to convince me to try a different product instead of getting a refund, I finally got a return number and mailed the package back (never opened it at all) for which I paid for postage to be sure to have a tracking number. Once they received the package, I called back to confirm, they stated yes they received but didn't process the refund because they didn't know if I wanted to do all the bottles or just one. I told them ALL, at this point I wanted nothing to do with it. I was then told that it would be 7-10 business days from the call before I would get my refund. Well today is the 11th business day and still no refund. I called them and was told they tried 5 times but could not refund it because my bank blocked them. Another LIE! I had them to verify my card/account info that they were trying to send the refund to. When I called my bank and there was no attempt from them to process a credit to my account so I filed a dispute/claim with my bank which could take another 30-45 days before it's final and I get my money back! I called the company back to inform them that they were not blocked and see if there was a different response but was told they already tried to refund it and it was nothing else they could do about it! I am going to report them to Revdex.com. This company should be sued because they are scamming everyone and making a lot of money doing it! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!

Returned item without opening it got a reference number ya been over 3 months and every time I call get different person every time they tell me haven't received it or finally received it and getting a run a round for my refund of 198.00 it's been 3 wks for the refund called back this evening still getting a run around on my money

I went to check out the online link for Thermo Burn. I was just checking it out and before I knew it I was sent to a page that said congratulations on the start to a new you. I then quickly checked my bank account and they charged my account two charges one in the amount of $198.00 the second charge was for $95.70. I called the number provided and it is a third company party that can't do anything to help they say. I have to wait for the product then I can return it and get my money back. This took place on May 1st 2018 I have called several times and got nowhere. It is May 15th and I still have no product and all they can tell me is I should have it by the end of this week. As the representatives that answer the phone number are extremely rude and even laugh at me and hang up on me. I believe this is a huge scam!
