The ad stated a money back guarantee, but when I asked for a refund, I was informed that only unused product would be refunded. This was not made clear before purchase, and when I tried to look at the terms again online, I found the web site no longer existed.
This company (PureCBD) operates in both the U.S. and Canada and may be based in Canada - the phone number goes to a customer service company, so there is no way I find to contact PureCBD directly.
They also deducted a restocking fee from my refund, which was also not disclosed ahead of time. Basically, these people take your money and then keep as much as they can, claiming the customer agreed to it, even though there is no way to verify the terms and conditions because they are no longer available. This means they can claim whatever they want and you cannot prove otherwise.
They also set up Auto-ship without notifying me, and charged me for product not ordered. When I called to complain, they issued a full refund and turned off auto-ship on my account. The customer service company is decent enough, but doesn't give out contact information for PureCBD, which is the business name.

Refund I would like the rest of my money back. The charge for $125.00 on March 11, 2020 shows on my bank statement as being from Simple Life Restoration 833-816-4775. The phone number I listed for the business is the one given me for customer service with my order. Another charge from them is listed as Intensity HealthMax 844 5509715. There was another charge that got refunded from another front company name listed on my bank statement as Awesome Life Wellness 844-550-9715. These are all fronts.

On April 6 I thought I was buying 3 and getting 3 free. They charged my account $225 unauthorized instead of $67.50, and they would not cancel.
They refused to cancel the day of the order, advised me I would have to wait 60 days to cancel. I did not accept the order and it was returned to sender refused. I wrote a letter requesting the full refund and called one month later. They replied I would have to wait until June 6, 2020 to call and request a refund and it would take approximately 4 weeks to get a refund. Calls, emails, and letter wrote is available upon request.

I placed an order on 05/10/2020 when I realized I made an error in the amount of the product. I contacted them by email that I did not want to place the order for the amount withdrawn from my account. I was under the impression I was just ordering one bottle, not 6, I email them with this. I received a reply from them that I would need to call to cancel. After calling this number the representative stated she cancelled the order but could not make the adjustment I would have to call another no. ***, which has a 200 waiting list for reply. this is unacceptable, when they could so easily withdraw the funds from my account but cannot make a refund per my email.

Refund I requested they cancel the order 24 hours after initiating my order. I was denied. I want a refund of the price which was misrepresented on the advertisement.

Company made an unapproved charge, signed us up for a subscription service, then dodged our calls.
My wife accidentally clicked on an ad on her phone and this charge went through automatically through a digital wallet. She immediately contacted the company to cancel the order, and they said they would remove the order immediately. They did not do this, and instead sent the order. They then told us that they couldn't cancel the order until after 60 days for their free trial period. I contacted the company and spoke with Kayla, who told me that she was the manager, and then she refused to refund the order and told me that she couldn't do so until after the 60 day trial period. I asked her to put me on the line with someone above her. She put me on hold, told me that the call was escalated and someone would be calling me, but no one has done so yet.

I want whatever subscription they have created to be cancelled. I want my charge removed from my credit card. I want a place to return the fake pills that they sent to me. I want to never be charged or contacted by this business again.

they were advertising to try out their supplement for one bottle half price and the other one free for $37.50 and they billed my credit card $225. when I saw they had done this I immediately called and cancelled and they would not do it so I asked for a supervisor in which it took me a lot to get through to that and nothing transpired from that. They flat out refused and when I told them I called my bank to dispute the matter the supervisor told me that when I receive the order I could not return it since it had been disputed. So far I have not received anything and my bank had me to fill out some more additional paper work while they have given me a temporary credit until it is finished from the investigation. I am so upset and I feel I was scammed.

And unfortunately I cannot get a refund until the 60 day trial period is up on Jun 18, 2020 and she informed me that I cannot get a full refund if I decide to return the product before the trial period is up; and that I must have an RMA # to do so. Now when I explained to her what was in the package she did confirm that those are their products. I disputed my transaction with '***? for $305.32 on Oct 14th, 2019. as I sent them their products back and haven't received any refund based on their commitment which was 1 week. They had also given me an RMA no# to send it to them which was a PO Box address on Jan 8th. Ineffective product. Faulty advertising. Emails with link to ad were sent under my sister's name to me by two unknowns.
On 4/1/2020 evening I responded to an email sent supposedly by my sister containing a link to an ad for CBD Gummies with testimonials from ***. Ad stated three bottles free 50% off. $37.50 regularly $75 each. $37.50 x 6 bottles . No total listed. I used my *** credit card. I copied the ad's order confirmation, but received not other statement. Three days later I received the same email with ad from supposedly my sister. I replied to her that I already made an order. She never responded. Three days later I received the same email supposedly from her. I called her and asked why she kept sending me the ads and she denied doing so . I clicked on her name and it revealed two unknown to me email addresses. My husband checked several sources and found several complaints logged on the Revdex.com site. I contacted my credit company to stop payment but the purchase was already posted. They said they would try to submit a complaint claim for refund but couldn't guarantee results. advised me to contact the company which I have done three different times and only get put on hold anywhere from 15-30' time with same music playing in background.

Ordered product on line from *** ad or in my *** e-mail (***) Stated that it was a trial size for $6.77. Used my debit card for the transaction. I called my bank right after I did this and there were two debits one for $6.77 and the other for $6.87.
