This co. is a scam! My story is similar to the others that I am reading on here but I did some research and have some info:thermoburnbylisa, thermoburn, thermoburn club,Liza's Nutra, Liza's Phyto Skin,Liza's Health, your newhealthylife.com Nutrient Boost, Nutriment, are all connected and I believe owned by same person, Lisa G. There are 2 addresses: Liza's Nutra LLC, *** S. Ridge Rd., Cedar City, *** XXXXX. The other address is shared by all the above companies:892 E. Commerce Dr. Suite #C, St.. ***, *** XXXXX. ....
Fraudulently charged my account for order not placed.
On 6/19/2019 I received an email from this company using the contact display name CBD (using email address***) offering a "Free Trial - Pure CBD Oil.
I suffer from many ailments and pain and have had many people suggest that I try CBD products, so decided to accept this offer.
I worked my way through the website and entered my information.
I then read the Terms of Use and Service Agreement. When it came to the Section regarding Your Purchase, it started talking about a 0 day free trial and monthly membership. It gave a phone number *** that must be called to cancel your monthly membership.
I turned around and deleted all my information, clicked on "No Thanks," And backed out of the website. BUT, WHEN I GOT TO THE LAST PAGE, AN ORDER RECEIPT (Order Number: *** FOR THE PURCHASE OF 1 Bottle CBD Oil at $85.90 each,WITH AN ORDER TOTAL OF $85.90!
I immediately tried calling the phone number ***, but continue to this day to receive the message "Your call cannot be completed as dialed." Plus, when I click of the Customer Service email listed ***, I continue to get a message that states "We are sorry the page you requested could not be found."
After researching, I found and called phone -number ***, and contacted a company representative. She had a heavy accent, so I did not get her name.
I explained what had happened and told her I did not click on any button to place any order at all and I wanted to immediately cancel the order number ***. After putting me on hold several times, she finally came back and told me the order had been cancelled, and she gave me the Order Cancellation Number ***. I repeated the number to her twice to make sure I got it right.
Late in the night of 6/19/2019, I discovered the charge on my checking account, from ***, in the amount of $85.90!
I called the company on 6/20/2019, and spoke to Amber. I explained the situation and told her I even had been given a cancellation confirmation number. After placing me on hold, she came back and told me that the order had been placed and cannot be cancelled. The only option is for me to wait to receive the merchandise, then request a refund to be approved. I reiterated to her that they fraudulently used the information I had entered on their site, then charged me for an order that I DID NOT PLACE!!!
I demanded to talk to someone with hight authority, and at that point, she told me there was nothing further to discuss, and she hung up!
THIS IS FRAUD!!! THIS IS ILLEGAL!!!
SOME SORT OF LEGAL ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS COMPANY!!!
Besides contacting you, I am also going to filed a police report and contact State of *** Attorney General.
In addition, I have contacted my Bank, regarding this fraudulent charge on my account.
Reverse the $85.90 charge from my checking account. Honor their own cancellation - confirmation number ***.
This company is a scam, it advertise free trial on their products and then charge your card full price of products, and send you through the ringer to get a refund, where as you want receive a refund, please don't order from this company, because if you do you will regret it
Horrible company, they sent 6 bottles instead of the one trial bottle, charged me $198.00- I returned the merchandise, and still no refund.

I ordered the keto supplement to lose weight and they took over a hundred dollars out of my bank account, when it was supposed to just be 5.95 . Then they said I would get that back in rebate, that was a month ago. But to top it off no weight lose. I can't believe *** approved this product.order # *** ordered on April 10, 2019 paid with my debt card and sense it was $5.95 and they took out more it over drawed my bank account.

On February 22 I was charged 85.90 for what was supposed to be 5.95 and without consent another54.90 for oil would not let me cancel. Rebate was due
On 2/22/2019 I was overcharged for CBD gels advertised 5.95. Then for no reason oil was added at 54.90. I called within 5 minutes. They were rude would not let me cancel. Promised rebate I had to make several calls to get rebate materials which I sent postal signature verification it was received on 3/13/2019. I still have no rebate. And the people are rude I have two names one where the money was taken out of my account the other where the product came from. I have been promised 129.90 in rebates. I wanted it all back 140.80. And after all they have put me through and the extra 7 plus on postage they told me to spend I have kept all my conversations dates but I just want my money. I am on a fixed income and this I cannot afford. ***

Could not acquire rebate form on phone. They claim rebate has went to my financial institution.
Upon purchase(dec.4 2018)of the supplement CBD drops trial I was offered a rebate of purchase price,$79.95. To get the rebate, I had to go to the website: *** and put in SO# and Dept#. Then download the rebate form. I had to keep trying to download the form because my phone was not storing it properly where I could print it from a printer. So after the third attempt, the website blocked me. Then I began calling this 3rd party vendor(***)to help me with this problem. I called once a week except christmas week and was continually told to go back to rebate site and try again. Of course I began to get frustrated because I never could log back into the site. I called on jan. 3rd 2019 and the 3rd party vendor(diet supplements) said they would work it out for me and would send rebate of $79.95 directly to my financial institute. Waited a few days, called back they said it should have posted on the 4th and gave me a reference # (***) said it was a successful transaction. So I called my bank and gave them the ref#, they saw no such transaction nor did I. I checked my acct. daily for 2 weeks. Nothing. Called vendor back last week, said they would check with the higher ups and for me to call back in a couple days. Called them again today(jan.31 2019). They continued to repeat the same excuse, the computer stated you already received the rebate . I asked for the transaction info that maybe they posted to the wrong account. Then I was told they are no longer a 3rd party vendor to thermo burn. I could not even get them to give me another phone number to call. So I am writing to you to see if I can get this matter resolved. I feel I am being frauded in some kind of way.

Ordered product on-line free trail offer of skin cream, rec'd product plus two other bottles of products that were not ordered at time. Credit card had two separate charges from company($85.90 and $54.90) contacted company to inquire the reason for charges. We were told one was for a subscription and the other for product we did not order. We cancelled subscription and were given a cancellation confirmation # *** from a customer service rep "Jenny" ( agent # ***) "jenny" informed us we would receive a refund less shipping ($10.90)which would be an amount of $129.90, she said that the refund would be processed upon return of products.We were given a RMA # *** We package products and returned by *** certified mail with tracking # ***, pkg was delivered on Thurs. Dec 6th at 7:59am to front desk, recept area or mail room.

Called on cell ph while on hold on land line @ 11:34am "shelia" @ 11:39am "shelia" hung up on us, calleed again and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Jessie *** explained our purpose and our complaint, he suggested we contact our credit union and dispute charges on or about 1/15/19
Jan. 7th, 2019 called cus. serv. again to see if refund had been processed and at that time , they said that a transaction was done on 12/17/18 and our card was "declined"
We called our credit union card services and was informed that the billing services at diet supplements had submitted an invalid transaction code.
1/8/19 contacted cus. serv. again and informed them of their mistake and requested they re-submit refund action.
1/16/19 called cus. serv. @ 7:18pm and spoke with "Jenny" and inquired again as to what was beening done to expedite our refund and she offered no information that we were not already aware of, other than dropping a bomb on us by saying that the company ( Diet Supplements ***) is no longer in business.And she refused to provide a phone number for the refund dept at her business

I ordered CBD oil from this company. They said I was going to pay for shipping charge . I did receive it . Was charged 89.00. This was in Nov., 2018.
I got another withdrawal from my checking acct for 29.17 On Dec., 2018. Did not receive another package. I have not received anything since the initial package in Nov., 2018.
In order to resolve this, I would like to be reimbursed for the 29.17 that my account was charged for in November, 2018. I do not wish to continue to do business with this company at all. Product did not work. The reimbursement should be in a check

Called *** to cancel order spent 30 minutes getting switched around to different people then told couldn't cancel order would have to return it after it was delivered. I have sent three emails to customer support email address *** all were returned as undeliverable. When try to call get switched around and eventually disconnected. I received more product than I ordered. I was charged $259.90 for what should have been $50. returned package unopened to address on package.
I returned package on 11/21/18. I followed instructions I was given with order# ***, and with RMA#***. I returned package day after received. I called on 12/11/18, spoke to Madison. I was told it takes 7-10 days. It had been that long, but holidays were involved. I called again on 12/17/18 and spoke to Amanda. She put me in to refunds. I was told the package was not received. I did not post it right. After talking to a few more people, I was told they would refund my money to my account it was charged on. To this day, I have not received a refund. The people on the phone were nice, but talking to me in circles. I returned the package as instructed and I have no product or money.

When I initially bought a bottle I thought I would only be charged $5.95 for shipping. When I saw my bill it was charged $85.90 for the whole thing. When I called to say...HEY, they're like when you get your bottle call us back and we'll give you the rebate. Get the bottle and there's a little slip in there that says log onto *** to see if you qualify for a rebate. I called and tried to say give me the money back, but they don't want to unless you send the rebate. Pretty annoying. They say oh you did read the small print. NO I didn't read the small print. This company is making a lot of money on people who do not pay attention to their bill. I'm not very happy with this company...
All I'm trying to do is get the 79.95 back that I shouldn't have been charged on my card. I didn't mind paying the $5.95 shipping to try the product. I hope I remember this episode and never get *** in again.
Bait and switch advertising. Ad stated that the product was a free sample and that I would only have to pay $5.95 for shipping and handling.
On 11/16/2018 I ordered what was supposed to be a free sample of CBD oil from the company.The advertisement stated that I would only have to $5.95 for shipping and handling. On the morning of 11/17/2018 I looked at my checking account on line and noted that I had been billed for $85.90. I immediately called my bank to dispute the charges. I have not heard back from the bank yet but in the meantime I read so many negative reviews on your website regarding unauthorized recurring charges that I cancelled my debit card to prevent any future unauthorized charges.

I ordered the skin cream advertised as FREE. Once I had used my debit card to pay for shipping the end showed that I also owed $54.90. Once I saw this I tried to delete it or erase but nothing worked. When I called the Company the first thing the next morning, I advised the customer service repersentive I wanted the ENTIRE ordered cancelled and was told that was not possible as the product had already been shipped. I checked my bank account and the company had taken out anohte $85.90. I called the company as was told these charges were for membership and ordereing the product. I was also told how to send the product back and once they received it I would be given my FULL refund back minus $5.95 for shipping, This happened on 11-19-2018. I talked with a customer service person on 11-30-2018. and was told they would put the $ 135.85 back into my account that day(11=30-20180. Since they took this amount out without my permission it has cost me $300.00 in overdrafts. My bank cannot do anything until I am given the $135.85 back so they can follow how this all started the overdrafts. I want my money back NOW.

This company is a rip-off. There is no way to contact them to return items and cancel membership, which is not known until the final check-out. Also, there is no 'review' of order page before final check-out.
Getting in touch with the company is extremely difficult.
