Trial of facial product and only was supposed to pay shipping costs
My wife *** saw an ad on *** from *** about a facial cream that she could try free of charge and only pay $5.95 shipping, After supplying my credit card, we got a confirmation saying that we were being charge the full amount for the facial cream plus another product which amounted to a total of $140,00 Plus a membership in a club with an automatic renewal to purchase the product monthly at a cost of $29.95/month until cancelled. I call the agent and wanted to cancel the whole order and they refused. They said that I could cancel the renewal club but I had to return the product and fill out a rebate form to get my money bak less the shipping cost. When the products arrived, they had leaked in the package which obliterated the website that I was supposed to contact for the rebate form. I cancelled my *** credit card to protect that I would not receive anymore charges from this sham. This is my order number: ***, dept:***. I called *** and disputed the charge and an investigation is in the works. *** said that they paid the vendor and I do not have to pay *** until the dispute is resolved. At the end of the investigation, *** said they would credit my account if they found that my claim was valid.

This is a fraud and I hope that the Las Vegas authorities will close them down. I want a full refund.

This complaint has multiple issues: Advertising, product (does not exist), billing ($85.90 charge instead of $5.95) on card, customer service (third-party)- called *** to cancel and the attendant ended up laughing at me, bogus company (***(') on card, but told by customer service it was ***.

Occupants of that suite are *** (***), and *** (***)***. Called, and, of course, no answer.

The advertisement was for a skin cream trial for shipping only of $5.95. The skin care was to have been manufacturer by *** (***). No skin care product exists under her name.

I feel so dumb to have been impulsive and not done my research. She even states on the Internet that it is a scam. However it does not give people the right to take advantage of the public. They need to be exposed and shut down.

I ordered the product, but when I received the receipt at the very bottom it listed a sequence of rebates, which apparently were how to get your refund to the $5.95. False advertising, no existing product, and a scam.

I reported the overcharge and scam to my banking institution and canceled the card so as not to received any more charges from the bogus company. They will be doing an investigation to have my money returned to my account.

If a package arrives (which, I doubt), I am returning it unopened with a return receipt for them to sign it has been received.

I am hopeful that action will be taken regarding this scam and this report will help others not to be a victim.

I was wanting to try a FREE SAMPLE OF CBD Oil for 5.95 and was charged $85.90 from *** as 54.90 from ***. Immediatly.
Date 11/24/18 1:56pm I received a receipt thon the website that disappeared right after. I was also signed up for a club at 29.95.None of these things were stated to me until after card information. I have called the number provided and got the run around 3 times. I was put in hold twice so they could look up my account supposedly after 10mins it disconnected. The 3rd time a female Hanna answered and said this is their normal practice and I will be sent rebates. I asked for information for direct contact with the 2 companies and was told there is none. I asked to cancel everything immediatly and was told they can not do that. I called *** bank tto put a stop on it and they said it is between the company and I since I signed an agreement...tho I did not do that. I explained even on the receipt it gave none of this information wehen they added another product to my order without permission. None of this outside of the free trial and shipping was authorized. I'm in disability and this has caused a tremendous hardship due to their false advertising and scamming technique.

This company is using a scam to sell a false product.
This company used a scam story to hook consumers. Once I clicked on the story, I was redirected to a website that I could not get out of, that placed an order, and all ways to escape were re-directed to the next step in the process. I immediately emailed the address I had on the order form cancelling the order. The payment was already processing on my credit card. I am working with *** to cancel the order, refund, and block future attempts by this company.

Got 2 products in the mail: CBD Oil & CBD Oil Capsules. I did not intend to order CBD Capsules. I mistakenly press something in their advertisement, which was very confusing and I got 2 products. I want to return the CBD Oil Capsules - I have no need for it. I called the advertised number: *** to return the capsule. The number is incorrect. There was no other number to contact the company. My credit card has been charged for this.

Thermo Burn ordered 4/1 and charged $198. Returned all 5 bottles and company confirmed receipt (RMA #***) on 6/7. Calling every 2-3 weeks for update on refund. They've been stating refund will be escalated since July. They've offered to resend product numerous times, but I've refused. Today 11/19, same lady with an accent stated company probably gone. If that's the case, how can they resend the product? The charge on my statement was from Flourished Life Organic. The product came from Diet Supplements _SEC 500 North Rainbow Blvd Suite 300, Las Vegas 89107. SKU for product in SEC_TERM + R (5 bottles). Dept #***; SO#***. Why are they allowed to continue business selling this product?

I order a supplement for the cost of $5.95 shipping ad the company described and was charged $85.90 and $54.90. I have not received the supplements.

This company advertised a FREE trial with $5.95 shipping. My credit card was charged $140.80. Additional product was added on not at my request.
I placed the order for the FREE item with $5.95 shipping. When I received my receipt I noticed an additional charge for a product that I did not authorize. They also charged me full price for the FREE product. I called immediately for them to cancel the order which they refused to do. So my FREE order came to $140.80! I received the product in one plastic envelope with no packing materials to protect it - very cheap shipping method. Called for RMA# to return and they said they would refund the $140 minus $11.90 which is the $5.95 per product! (even though they shipped together and even though I did not request the 2nd product).

I want the FULL amount refunded. I am returning the package on November 20, 2018 to get my refund but I do not want to pay for the shipping. This was a mis-leading ad, which claimed that *** endorses the product after leaving the Today Show to focus full time on her face cream business. They also claimed that the product was FREE but charged full price and they added products onto my order not at my discretion. There is also a disclaimer on the receipt that says 'by ordering this product I agree to be enrolled in a thermo burn club... for $29.95 a month. I received a 2 bottles of the CBC oil decided to return it since my doctor said not to use. I first saw the cbd oil online as a special it came up on my *** as a popup, no specific website that I know of.
It offered to try one bottle for the cost of shipping only, the next thing I know after I gave it my debit card information, it had charged 4 bottles. to the tune of 199.00

when I saw this , as it happened immediately I called my bank to stop or block the charge, they said they could not, since it hadnt gone thru yet it was pending.

Once it goes thru call us. which I did.

I have called the company at the number I listed many many times., they either hang up or talk in circles, saying I must return at my cost the product to the address *** with an RMA number which I can provide. I had *** give a tracking number and I have since known they accepted delivery on 9/24/2018 . the charge occurred on July 16, 2018 and I have been calling them since.
Not only have they not refunded my monies but they kept the product.

This business is a total scam! Try calling their customer service and the person on the line barely speaks English and is so rude, sarcastic and uneducated. Mean while this company has taken me for $350 with worthless results.

I was on-line and purchased 2 bottles of the Thermo burn product plus one free for a total of $66.00, they ended up charging my credit card $198.00 and then sent me 2 more bottles of 5-HTP for $70 each for a total of $350 are you kidding me!

False advertising so you will order there product thinking you are going to get it at one price and you don't find out until you order that it is not
I went to the -***` sight and read it very carefully. I read the price for each level of purchase to see if I wanted to try it. The first and second levels advertised how many bottles and at what prices for "EACH" bottle. The third level advertised the price without the word "EACH" and since there was not the word "EACH" I thought it was for the whole order. It also had the word "TRIAL" order indicating that this was a "TRIAL" to see if you would want to order more and would not be a large out lay of money to try it. They do not give you a total of your order until it has been place. After I pressed the button to purchase I expected to have a page stating the total amount I would pay before I ordered it and as I stated I did not and instead of the $31.90 for the order it stated that the $31.90 was for each bottle. I called to cancel my order. I was informed that quote "no one can cancel an order and there are no managers that I could talk to and that if I wanted to cancel my order I would have to wait for it to be charge to my account and receive it in the mail then I could call and they would give me the information to return it and I would have to wait to get my refund until they received it back and she hung up before I could say anything else.

I called them immediately upon finding out the order had been placed and what the total was going to be.

I was on-line and purchased 2 bottles plus one free for a total of $66.00, they ended up charging my credit card $198.00 Customer service unreachable.
After several attempts to resolve this issue of the overcharge of triple the amount stated ($66.00 should have been charged, vs $198.00 charged, I have had no luck. Customer service answers the phone and puts you on hold until you do not want to wait. On three separate occasions I called the number and had the same results. I tried to e-mail them directly and was told that my e-mail could not go through. Clearly they are a company with something to hide.

I ordered a package order of Pure Brand CBD Oil for $198.00. I got the products 8/24/18. There were no instructions with the 4 bottles of Tincture or 1 bottle of capsules. All I had was the screen shot of the phone number & email address I'd taken when ordered. In opened & called for a return authorization number. So many loud foreign type languages in the back ground I hardly could hear the male speaking with foreign accent. Got a auth number & at the end said that I'd be charged a 'restocking fee? of $5.95 per little bottle! Not found on website I was directed to before placing the order. I told him & later a female that that fee wasn't seen anywhere on the website & NOT to keep $29.95 for such a fee! Also cancel any auto shop *** they had, said would stop auto shop but taking the restocking fee out. I called the number twice!
