I bought some product on 01/20/2020 amount $225.00 and cancelled it next day. Returned the product on 02/28/2020. Merchant didn't refund yet. When I called they said they will not refund whether I returned or not since I disputed my charge.
First they will not cancel they said once ordered they can't cancel. I have no idea what kind of business is that. Please help me get back my refund.

Desired Outcome

Refund Please let the merchant refund me $225.00

called to cancel order and refund my credtr card on March 21.2020 and was told that I could do nothing until May 21,2020.
On Saturday 03/21/2020 I ordered online GBD Gummies/nature oxycontin from Thermoburn club.Friend told me to go to *** for info on this product and from there I ordered this product. Was not abel to confirm $ price until after submission. Amt was $225.00, I was expecting a price tag of roughly $60.00 . I called right away to *** voice mail said closed until Monday. I called on Monday to cancel order and ask for refund as I did not desire product at that price and was told they could do nothing until May 21,2020(2 months later). Then I could call them and return product and at that time I could get refund. I don't understand why they could not cancel order & refund right away!!!

Desired Outcome

shut company down. After researching company found a lot of negative information about this product & company.

I responded to a *** Post for *** CBD Tincture - it was a $4.95 charge for a small bottle of the 300 mg of CBD Tincture as they call it where I used my debit card to pay the $4.95 and waited for it to come, which took about 10 days. Not thinking that this was all part of a scam to get you hooked without realizing this was a cancel in 10 days or get charged a large amount OR even that in another month I'd be charged another ridiculous amount ($90.76).Having been on vacation and not looking as closely at my transactions, I missed the first charge. Upon realizing I had a charge which shows up from a whole different company (***) I called my bank and asked for a phone # which I received and called (***). The woman (Amy) I spoke with looked up my account and proceeded to tell me I didn't call and cancel in 10 days so I had just been sent my second shipment. I told her I do not want another bottle and to cancel this shipment. She said it is too late and she can't refund me or do anything and argued with me until I hung up. I reported this back to my bank and began searching for an email I had received that morning but didn't know what it was about. I cannot retrieve that email now. Today, 2/27/2020 I finally received the order. It shows the company as ***CBD Tincture as it shows on the website (***/) and an address of ***. The email address on that web page doesn't work - the phone numbers are different and all over the internet the word is out about this scam. They are using different locations, phone #'s, etc but still trying to get people sucked into this scam. I canceled my card so although within the package today it says "THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER! In case you need to make a return, please include original non-tampered or obscured shipping label" - I have no intention of making contact again. I would just like a refund.

Other (requires explanation) That the company if at all possible to figure out who is the company be contacted and required to send me a refund for the second bottle I was just charged for.

This cbd company gives out incorrect information on its website and billing statement making it nearly impossible to cancel payments. The info on my bank statement was for a spa in *** (***, ***). The info and terms and conditions on website were for a completely different CBD company (pure cbd ***)both of which hung up on me and did not seem upset that a company was using their information to rip people off so I'm assuming it's all one company
Product_Or_Service: Cbd tincture

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) A refund of the $136 that they took from me. They only would credit me $45 when they took 2 payments of $90.76 before I found the real info for their company on the bottle with a magnifying glass. That they also fix their website and billing info so people don't have to close their bank accounts to keep them away from their money

I ordered the smallest quantity - 3 bottles, but I received 6 bottles of their product and expect to be billed for the larger quantity. They used the name and endorsement of former *** which I now know to be a scam practice. I have since learned this outfit is receiving numerous complaints. Can you help me with this and suggest how you can help me. I can't believe I got sucked in on this as I usually are very cautious in these matters.

Much obliged

Desired Outcome

Refund I would be glad to return the product if I knew I would get a refund. For one, I would probably call *** when the item shows up on my bill. Your suggestions will be appreciated.

I ordered 6 bottles of CBD Gummies. I was to pay $37.50 for each of 3 bottles, totaling $112.50. My *** was charged $225. Rebate was invalid.
I ordered 6 bottles of CBD Gummies. I was to pay $37.50 for each of 3 bottles, totaling $112.50. My *** was charged $225. Rebate was invalid. Ordered on 3/10/20.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be reimbursed $112.50, the amount I was overcharged.

I returned 4 units of vitamins as directed by "Regan" and was promised a refund.
I was unable to contact him after that after a long period of time
I was charged $225.00 for 6 units of Keto. I used 2 units with no results. I returned 4 units to "Supplements" as suggested by "Regan". That is one of many names that is used by the company at the *** address. Personnel and Company names change but the address is the same.
I found out to my dismay that they are a "F" rated company and not approved by the Revdex.com.
As a 93 year old, I find it incomprehensible to allow business to exist that cheat.

Desired Outcome

I was promised by "Regan" that I would get a refund. They would deduct $ for "Restocking". I want a full refund after having to go through chasing them down. I will settle for what I can get back.

Refused to refund my money for 60 days! Received their product back from me Feb. 29, 2020. This company is shady. Isn't this against the law?
On Feb. 18, 2020 I ordered CBD Oil from this company. That very day, minutes later my cc was debited $225. I tried to cancel the order and called back right away, I felt there ad was very misleading and only wanted 1 bottled. I realized that it was 6 bottles and I just wanted to try and make sure it was what I wanted. They said, I cannot cancel, it was already processing?? Really?? This company is very shady. I recv'd the package, took one bottle out and returned the remaining 5. The return was recv'd on Feb. 29, 2020. I called to March 3, 2020 to ask when I would see my credit. I was informed that I would have to call them back on April 18, 2020 to then talk about MY refund. 60 DAYS are you kidding me. What is going on here.?? You can buy anything from any company and not want it, return and see a credit in 7 days. I can imagine that this is even legal. Is it?

Desired Outcome

I expect and want my money returned is a timely, reasonable manner. It is absurd that this company thinks they can hold people's money.my refund is a lot of money to me. They are just playing the game of the customer not remembering and so much money have they gotten because it already has happened this way. This has to be illegal! I can't imagine otherwise.Who do they think they are??

I ordered *** oil and cream online as a "trial offer" and paid postage. Received product and tried it. Doesn't do a thing except the oil tastes bad. I was balancing my checkbook on 2-1-2020 and noticed a charge for $85.95 pending. Called the number and the two numbers on the packing list and advised I wanted my money back. They advised I had a 14 day trial period and was supposed to call to cancel. I searched thru the paper included in the pkg - did not find anything saying I had to call. There was only a "packing list". I am 70 years old and didn't realize I signed up for a "lifetime" subscription.I talked to three different men and told them I wanted my money back. The third guy finally agreed to give me 30% back. (30.08) I am not happy and I feel very shafted.
Product_Or_Service: CBD oil and cream

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I want the full $85.95 returned to me. Maybe it could be made clearer - and in print large enough to read - that the person has 14 days to try it. Maybe even a phone call with the question: "how do you like the product" and "do you want to continue receiving the product" ?

Misleading ads. No cancellation of order. URL changes, product label online is different as received, business name doesn't match the product address.
Found online shopping for cbd oil, at, *** with ads, 3 bottles plus get 3 free same as $39.50/each, you saved $237. With no original price to figure out the savings, On the web ads, I thought I'll pay only $39.50 for the package. The worst I can pay is the three bottles equal to $118.50. Knowing the other 3 bottles are free. I went ahead and order to find out at the check out how much I'll be paying. But nothing showed to give me the clarity of my total payment whether to go ahead or not to order, until I clicked the submit button and showed me already the receipt of my order with the original price of $79 and the offer price $39.50/ each for 6 bottles and the total price of $237. Right away I called the customer rep of the number they provided for me to cancel. The rep said she can't because the order was already sent to the shipping and she has no number to call them to cancel. I called again the same day, same number to call option extension number for shipping and I was told it's already sent to fulfillment department. I said so long as you haven't send it yet you can cancel it. The rep told me all I have to do is wait for the order to arrive and at least try the product. I told him I can't even try the product because it's expensive for me and told him your ads is so misleading and your order process does not allow the customer to review the order. Told me I should have called their number for clarification. To note, the customer cr doesn't even bear the business name online and will not answer immediately until 20 minutes is over. I called 5 times already and the long wait seems uniform like they're assessing who is calling them. I did receive the product in 7 days. But when I opened the package, THE PRODUCT LABEL SHOWN ONLINE DOES NOT MATCH WITH THE ONE I GOT. The label shows CBD Oil and the address ***. Note: this address match with Thermo Burn and not ***. I Went back to their website, a week after I complained and pops up 404 error page or page not found. But I have screen shots of their web that day I ordered. The 3rd week, from being denied of order cancellation, I went back again to search their product and found a different url: *** Same ads. I read their terms and conditions 1.Scope and Application, it defines "Site" means this World Wide Website located at the URL *** or Pure CBD... There I also found that the order comes with the automatic enrollment with Thermo Burn Club and be charged $29.95 monthly if not canceled. But did not indicate in the ads to read the terms and conditions before ordering. it got me to search for this website and traced it is a scam. My last talk with the rep was to call for a refund after 60 days of purchase as stipulated in their "terms and conditions" Supposedly. As to why wait for 60 days they don't explain. I wish I can attach all my relevant doc but only one is allowed. I can send more later if given the chance. Thanks

Desired Outcome

I want full refund and I will return the product

Thermoburn used illegal practices including email fishing, false representation, and false advertising to obtain $225 from me. Requesting a refund.
On February 14, 2020 I received an alleged email from my sister recommending the product ***. Following the link I attempted to purchase a buy on get one free bottle. I was immediatley erroneously charged $225. I called Customer Service and was informed that he couldn't change my order because he didn't have a computer, while trying to sell me other products. Immediately realizing I was the victim of a scam, I reported this to my credit card company and to the Revdex.com. I would like this money refunded. Full info is as follows: Problem Date: 2/14/20, Purchase Date 2/14/20; Model: ***; Customer Account Number: ***; Customer Service Number: ***; Shipment Confirmation: ***; Support email: ***; order webpage (no longer works)

Desired Outcome

Full refund from this company. Hopefully force company to shut down its erroneous business practices.

This company is a scam. They offered a sample trial of CBD liquid and capsules for shipping and handling. I do not recall seeing any terms or conditions when I signed up, nor did I receive an email stating those terms. The terms as stated by Shakera, customer service rep, were failure to cancel in 14 days locked in auto-shipment monthly of both products at full retail price - approx 95 each.

The company uses other names on charges that do not relate to hemp logistics - such as: ***

When I contacted the company I wanted to return the product and Shakera stated that the warehouse does not accept returns. What a racket!

Desired Outcome

Modification/discontinuance of They are using a deceptive trade practice targeted on unethically taking money from consumers and the company should be fined and made to better communicate the fine print. I tried to log into their website; however, this is not possible.

Ad is misleading. Full price of product is in Terms and Conditions. Will not cancel order and refund payment.
1/31/2020 ordered 3 bottles of cbd gummies. Price on ad said $37.46 with 3 free bottles. So I understood I would get 6 bottles for $37.46. They had charged my account $225.00. Then I looked further and found in little pale green letters the Terms and Conditions. It listed the prices in it. It is very long and at the end of it, it says that it will charge $29.95 monthly for membership in Thermo Burn Club after a 30 day free membership. Also in 3.1 of the section about returns and refunds it says it will refund your payment up to 60 days from date of purchase date. I called today, 2/3/2020, for a cancellation of order and Brittany refused to cancel the order and refund my payment. I feel their ad is very misleading. Their terms and conditions are hard to find and confusing, plus they also hide other payments, such as the membership to Thermo Burn Club. The way I read the terms and conditions, I have 60 days to ask them for a cancellation and refund, which as a consumer I should have that right anyway. Also I feel they don't have the right to hide additional costs.

Desired Outcome

I want the ad corrected and clarified, with the membership listed with its price. A refund of my $225.00, and cancellation of my order.

Customer service refused to cancel order just a few minues after placed. Advertised 2 for 1 and charged for 2. Very misleading website.
Ordered CBD supplement on 1/31/2020. Upon reading confirmation I realized I had been charged $62.50 for each of two bottles, not two for the price of one, as the ad stated. Called customer service number immediately. After a 10-minute wait, I asked to cancel the order and was told I could not cancel, as it had already been "processed." I was then told that after I had tried it, I could sendback unopened bottles for a refund. This means I cannot get all my money back. Please, someone look at how misleading the website is! My order # is

Desired Outcome

I want my order cancelled and a complete refund issued.

I entered a link for a product that was offering a free sample on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2020.

This is from their website: APPROVED! Free Bottle Packages Confirmed
Limited supply available as of Monday, 1/27/2020. We currently have product in stock and ready to ship within 24 hours.
Sell Out Risk: HIGH

I wanted to try the product, so filled in my information including my credit card for shipping and handling. Immediately, my bank contacted me by email and phone to ask if I made a purchase for $
225!!!! I was completely shocked and emailed the company right away to cancel the order and return my money. I was told by email, that they don't accept these requests by email, and that I had to use their phone number, which is open 9-5 on weekdays. I had to work today, so called at 3:50 pm and was finally connected to an agent a half hour later.
I told the agent, a female, that I want to cancel the order and have my money returned. She told me that I could only get a refund 60 days from receipt of the product, and to contact them again for an RMA number. I explained that I didn't order 6 bottles for $225, and I can ill afford to make such a purchase. She told me that it was an offer on a trial basis, and was not a free sample. She repeated herself about the 60 day refund, and I told her that I cannot wait 60 days, I needed the money now. I asked to speak to someone above her and she told me that manager Steve would call me back when he was free. I'm not holding my breath.
I believe their is a retail right of recision law that gives customers 3 days in which they can cancel an order and have their money returned. This company won't do that. In addition, I didn't make an order of any kind!!
I looked at their legal page and found this:
"Refunds will only be offered for up to 60 days from purchase date, any transaction prior to that shall not be considered for a refund."
As you can plainly see, refunds will only be offered for UP TO 60 DAYS, not AFTER 60 days. Please help me get my refund!! ***

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like the company to refund my money. I do not want the product, not did I order it. And I should have the right of recision. And, they state in their legal page "Refunds will only be offered for up to 60 days from purchase date, any transaction prior to that shall not be considered for a refund." As you can plainly see, refunds will only be offered for UP TO 60 DAYS, not AFTER 60 days Thank you in advance

I tried to purchase one bottle of oil and the site said I would get one free. But I apparently when I moved through the site it had defaulted to 6 bottles instead of the one I thought I was buying (this strikes me as a bait and switch move). No where do I remember seeing my total cost. Yes I should have caught this at that time but I'm a senior and I guess I just didn't read enough This was Jan 6 2020. On Jan 7th 2020 we discovered a large charge to our credit card and in checking I saw the order had been placed for the incorrect number of bottles. I checked my recipe which indicated the order was placed Jan 7th and saw the error so I immediately called the Customer service number. I was eventually connected to someone who informed me that the order had already been picked and could not be changed. My call was less than 24 hours later. I was then informed that I would have to receive the order and wait for 60 days before I could begin the return/refund activity according to their policy. I then went to their site and reviewed their "Terms and Conditions" and see no mention anywhere of having to wait 60 days. "3. RETURNS, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY REFUND POLICY.
3.1 In order to be considered for a refund, you must call Customer Service at US TOLL FREE (***) *** before any arrangements will be made to issue a refund. We do require that you agree to send back the product you received in order to receive a full refund for any transaction. Refunds will only be offered for up to 60 days from purchase date, any transaction prior to that shall not be considered for a refund." As you can see this is double speak and meant to confuse the reader. I then asked to speak to a manager and they were all busy but I was offered to have a call back later the same day. Did not get called back as they promised and was put on hold for 30 min the next day.

Refund I request ALL costs related to this order refunded, including shipping and any cross border costs. In addition I would like to see the web site changed so there is not "bate and switch" the default should be for the quantity that is suggested. AND the Refund definition should be written in a manner that is more easily understood and not meant to be misleading or fraudulent.

This is the site page where the order was placed, and all information was collected.

I selected the preselected item to place the order, Buy 3 Bottles get 3 free @ $39.50 each, which according to my calculations means, 3 times $39.50 equals $118.50 however my credit card was charged...

December 07, 2019 TOTALLY TRANSFORMED TO $313.30

I immediately on Dec/7th sent an email requesting a cancellation of the order and the return of $313.30 to my credit card, no response until Monday Dec 9th indicating that nothing could be done by email.

I also called "customer service" at 833-228-9767 on Dec 7th to request a cancellation of the order and received a message indicating office hours were Monday to Friday from 9 to 5, so I was not able to cancel via telephone as well.

This morning when I called "customer service" I was told it was too late to cancel as the order was already shipped, even though it was indicated on the order receipt that it would be 10 to 15 days before the order was received.

Further, when I indicated that I would be returning the product immediately after receiving it, that the return would not be honored until the 90 day trial period was over. and as a side note this is the copy regarding the money back guarantee offered:

"Your purchase is insured by our 90 Day money back guarantee, which insures that if you are ""completely satisfied with the results"" we will refund your money no questions asked.

Refund Refund the amount of $313.30 to my Capitol One Mastercard immediately.

Ordered CBD oil. Said *** paid over 2 million for them. Overcharged $200. Sent back within a week. No $ return. Scam!!
Ad came up on my PC saying this company purchased on *** for over $2,000,000. The company was Pure Life. Had a big list of all the CBD benefits. Was suppose to be charged about $45. Got billed about $250. Tried to get a refund over phone. Was told to send back and it would take a week to 10 days to process refund. Paid $13 for postage. It's been over a month and no refund or contact. Did a *** and found out where I sent the product to (Diet Supplements ***)has other complaints like this.

Desired Outcome

I want a full credit.

I did a stupid thing Saturday evening. I ordered some hemp oil as from a *** advertisement. It was about 10:30 pm EST Sat Dec 7th. I was expecting the total cost to be about $150 ***. The items were $39.99 x 3 (plus taxes, etc) USD. I received confirmation email about 1:30 am EST Dec 8th. No address. No price total. Nothing. Sunday Dec 8 I noticed a charge in *** (from *** $313.30 ***). I was shocked. I immediately answered their confirmation email indicating I wanted this order STOPPED/CANCELLED/DO NOT SHIP. (***). I received a reply a few hours later telling me it could not be cancelled by email and I was to call the cust support number (***). I called. Got voice mail. They were closed - weekend. I called Monday Dec 9 at 1:00 pm EST. I was told the order could NOT be cancelled. I was told to email the customer support and was given the email above I said "they won't cancel my order by email - they told me to phone you". "And now you are telling me to email them". I argued that I do not want this and please do NOT ship it. No luck. Finally I was forwarded to a Supervisor and consequently disconnected from the call. This entire call was over an hour (most of it on hold). I called again Dec 9 at 5:45 pm EST. Got a Supervisor. She was very rude to me. Told me there was nothing I could except return the parcel and pay shipping and restocking fee. This is ridiculous. I'm worried now I won't even get the darn product! I have notified my bank and they are aware that I want to dispute this charge.

Desired Outcome

Refund I would like a FULL REFUND to my credit card for this purchase. It was less than 24 hours after purchasing that I changed my mind and wanted to cancel. In fact, it was less than 12 hours. I'm not sure if/how you can help. But I would appreciate any help at all from you!!

Saw an ad for something online. Thought I ordered just two of something for $46. When I was done with the transaction, it showed I purchased $185 worth of suspect product. I immediately tired to cancel, both by calling and sending an email. The phone number listed in the ad is a non-working number. I had called to cancel within ten minutes of ordering, as that's when their billing notice arrived and said I owed substantially more. I called the credit card company within 20 minutes to request a cancellation of payment.
Thanks for your help on this.
Sincerely,
Tom McAlvany
