A refund request was submitted on 3/24/ Yesterday it was completed and a check sent to the customer (copy attached) We have called the customer to update him so he can be looking out for it in the mail Let us know if you need anything further to update this ticket or take care of MrGaddis Thank you for alerting us and allowing us the chance to connect

We followed up with the other shopThey road force balanced the front tires, and came to the assumption that they were out of round due to the readings they were gettingWe do not agree based on our observationsThe customer prompted the "out of round" scenario to that store, and their technicians weren't able to identify the initial causeAll said, we took back Michelin tires that were/are still in great shape, replaced them with brand new Yokohama tiresWe also inspected the vehicle several times, and explained to the customer more than once that this is not a tire issueThere is nothing further we can do for Mr [redacted] Thank you, [redacted]

Tire Discounters has inspected Mr [redacted] ’s vehicle to identify or diagnose the customer’s complaint We have also gone to many lengths including multiple tires and wheels to resolve the matter, but the Customer is not satisfied Tire Discounters will be happy to review any documentation Mr [redacted] provides from a third party and review with our ASE certified Master technicians to reach a fair resolution

Mr [redacted] brought in a rotor to our store that [redacted] allegedly removed from his vehicle and did compare this part with a Tire Discounter technician and yes the part was smaller than the OEM rotor that [redacted] had installed on his vehicle Tire Discounters order the exact part we ordered and placed on his truck in March of ( [redacted] part number Gld Rotor front) Our technician compared this part with the OEM rotor that [redacted] installed on the vehicle and it was the exact size Tire Discounters investigated further and reviewed photos of his brake pads If the rotors were indeed too small for the vehicle, and driven on for 19,miles, the brake pads would have a ridge on them where the pad failed to come in contact with the rotorThe attached photo of the pads from the customer show no unusual pad wear Based on the results of this investigation and the evidence presented, Tire Discounters does not accept responsibility for the complaint Tire Discounters has come to the conclusion that the rotor Mr [redacted] brought into our store for comparison was not the rotor we installed in March, nor the rotor that he drove on for 19,miles

We stand by our industry standard pricing and policies followedThere is nothing additional that we can offer MrTurnerPlease call with any questionsThank you, Deidre

Good Morning ***, For the record, I received one voice message from [redacted] on Wednesday, 12/14/@5:PM and responded with the email attached @ 9:PM that evening Tire Discounters will review the attached estimate and determine Tire Discounters course of action Thank you, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below My greatest loss in this matter is the inordinate amount of time I had to invest in simply getting new tires correctly installed due to the incompetence and dishonesty of Tire Discounter representativesI previously agreed to accept $(only half of what I request) for the lost wheel caps if I was also at least partly being compensated for my timeSince Tire Discounter's is seemingly unwilling to acknowledge their responsibility in this area I again request an appointment with [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted]

Why should I pay for the partI did not damage the studTheir techthat did the repair is the one that damaged the studThe vehicle did not have any damage to the stud until they repaired the flat tire You have the previous information on what happenedIt is almost as if they are saying that if I hadn't brought my vehicle in that this would not have happenedI still have the invoice that they gave me when I was told that the flat was fixed on the car which was the right rear tireI will not pay any part of the bill that they may incur because that is their responsibilityThis is not a way to run a businessThey are supposed to do what is right for the customerWhen can I expect that they are going to do the right thing and repair the vehicle at their cost? [redacted] ***

We have reviewed this situation and the Regional Manager has investigated it at the store We understand the concern to be that the customer’s daughter paid for an alignment which did not correct a pull issue with the vehicle The alignment printout reveals that the alignment is most likely contributing to the pull There may be other suspension issues, that relate, however as we were not able to align properly we should not have charged the customer I have submitted a refund request for the customer to be reimbursed the price that was paid for the alignment (including tax), $ Let us know if you need anything further to update this ticket or take care of Mr [redacted] Thank you for alerting us and allowing us the chance to connect

Tire Discounters stands by our previous findingsTire Discounters has come to the conclusion that the rotor Mr [redacted] brought into our store for comparison was not the rotor we installed in March, nor the rotor that he drove on for 19,miles This is evident by the wear on the brake pads that he provided from Ford, photos attached Tire Discounters will not be refunding the remaining b***ce on his invoice

Mr [redacted] brought his Toyota Camry into our location on 03/06/invoice# [redacted] Mr [redacted] had a passenger rear tire that had gone flat, that need repairedWe repaired the tire and parked his vehicle into a parking spot out front of our locationMr [redacted] was promptly invoiced, once he got out to his vehicle he found a scratch on the right rear door on the driver’s sideMr [redacted] came back into our location and spoke with our General Manager of that location about itTire Discounters cannot confirm the scratch was there before the vehicle was brought into our locationMr [redacted] has gotten two estimates from auto body shops he would prefer Tire Discounters agrees to refund Mr [redacted] the amount of the [redacted] estimate, $plus provide him a day rental while his vehicle is being repairedThis is strictly under customer satisfactionTire discounters apologizes for any inconvenience this has causedMr [redacted] will be required to sign a release of claims (see attached)Once returned we can complete his damage refund and mail the check out to him
