Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I had initially told the guy at the front desk of the store on Nicholasville Road that if both tires need to be replaced then to do so;therefore, I did not decline as statedAs a professional, they should have examined the other tire when they had it loose (assuming to rotate the front tires to the back as they said they would if they only needed to replace one tire , but never did) Manager of store on New Circle Road had interactions nor was there when I was at initial appointment on Nicholasville Road, and came to roadside in defensive mannerLug nut popped off on the way to destination, since they rushed to put it back on (which I saw through the glass) and tire came off before I could get to my destination after they were they last ones to handle the front tires, which could have killed me or someone else Regards, [redacted]
