The proof I provided states clearly on invoice # [redacted] , "FIXED BALL JOINTS A MONTH AGO RIGHT SIDE THOUGHT IT WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM HEARING THE NOISE AGAIN TEST DRIVE." Attached to that is the work order # [redacted] , which shows an estimate for the shocks and struts, and these are both dated 4/5/16. The invoice for the shocks and struts is # [redacted] , and it's dated 4/6/16 and it shows the shocks and struts being purchased. YOUR LOGIC IS FLAWED. YOUR ESTIMATE SAYS THAT THERE WAS STILL A PROBLEM AND THAT YOU HAD ALREADY FIXED THE BALL JOINT (DRIVER'S SIDE), ETC. AND I WAS STILL HEARING THE SAME NOISE. THEN IN SEPTEMBER, MIKE P [redacted] TELLS ME THAT THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE PASSENGER SIDE BALL JOINT AND BALL BEARINGS WHICH YOU REPAIRED. THE PART OF MY COMPLAINT THAT YOU ARE NOT ADDRESSING IS THAT IT WAS CLEAR THAT YOUR WALTON LOCATION TOLD US THAT THE FIX FOR THE NOISE WE WERE HEARING WAS TO REPLACE THE SHOCKS AND STRUTS AS PER THE ESTIMATE AND INVOICE THEY GAVE US. IF YOUR POSITION IS THAT THEY DIDN'T PUT IT ON THE INVOICE WHERE WE MADE THE PURCHASE, THEN AGAIN, YOUR LOGIC IS FLAWED. THAT LOCATION, ACCORDING TO YOU SHAWN, HAD A LOT OF MESSED UP PAPERWORK BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU AND SUSAN TOLD ME LAST FALL (SEPTEMBER 2016) WHEN YOU HELPED ME RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM BEFORE. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT YOUR WALTON LOCATION PUT ON SHOCKS AND STRUTS TO FIX A PROBLEM AND YET, HERE AGAIN, YOU ADMITTED THAT THE PROBLEM STILL WASN'T FIXED BECAUSE YOU REPAIRED THE PASSENGER SIDE AGAIN IN MAY 2017. We reviewed the situation with *** The decision was made for him to bring the rotors to the store and allow us to remove one wheel to check the size of the old rotors we put on the truck If they are all the same size, we own him nothing and [redacted] was completely wrong in their diagnosis If one of the rotors is smaller, it proves we did install the incorrect size and owe him the remaining b***ce of the invoice, which would end up being $ Let us know if you need anything further to update this ticket or take care of Mr***

We are sorry for what appears to be a misunderstanding on how the TD Credit Card works with the deferred interest Explanation of the process was included in the paperwork the customer received with the card We as well have included a simplified explanation on invoices for which the TD Credit card is used for payment (see attached copy of the customer’s invoice) As a result, Tire Discounters will not accept responsibility in this complaint

I stated not Michelins and he congratulated me for being the first to complain about a Michelin Tire to himI told him my concern with him having someone work on my car from his company was if they would be competent enough to fix my car He stated forsure and that he has certified mechanics at his storesI asked which one did he suggest that I take it to and he said anyone I wantedI stated that I would prefer that he tell me which one that he thought would be best to and he answered, "how about my Harrison location, because it was close to me"? Mr [redacted] came in on 2/5/and purchased Michelin tiresAt that time the Michelin tires requested were $per tireThere was a $instant savings off a set of Michelin's as wellMr [redacted] was given $off the set to price match ***sHe was also given a $off for disposalOn top of the $instant savingsIn total Mr [redacted] got $in discounts $instant savings, $for the disposal, and $to price match ***s at $per tireMr [redacted] was given exactly what he asked forHe asked us to price match ***s and we did soTire Discounters apologizes for any inconvenience this has caused, but no further discounts or refunds will be provided

As we have mentioned previously, the area of responsibility we believe we own to correct is the situation with the wheel covers and our offer there remains the same As for the tires, we believe that issue has been resolved by the tire replacement, so we do not believe there is any further action needed concerning them

[redacted] brought the rotor [redacted] gave him We ordered another rotor from [redacted] with the same part number as the ones we installed that [redacted] removed The rotor that we ordered from [redacted] is the exact same size as the rotor that [redacted] put on the truckThe rotor he brought in that [redacted] gave him was smallerHe also sent us photos of the brake pads If the rotors were indeed too small for the vehicle, the brake pads would have a ridge on them where the pad failed to come in contact with the rotor The attached photo of the pads from the customer show no unusual pad wear Based on the results of this investigation and the evidence presented, Tire Discounters does not accept responsibility for the complaint

They NEED to do what is rightI am confused of how they can make that claim when it is that obviousThis is not acceptable to me
