Thank you, ***!
I was very pleased with the efficient service provided by Daniel. He called ahead, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the cause of my leak and fixed it in about an hour.
Thank you, ***! We're honored to have assisted with this plumbing project.
Had a tune up from Mike. Very professional. Also very informative!
Thank you, ***!
Brandon came to check all three of our toilets to find out why they weren’t flushing properly. He was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend him.
Thank you for the kind review, *** I will be sure to share with Brandon and his supervisor.
Fast, professional service on a Sunday morning! I couldn’t have had better service at a time I needed it most! Great technician and company, I’ll definitely use and recommend to friends and family in the future! Thanks again for great service!
Thank you, ***! The weather this time of year is no joke and neither is our dedication to our customers. We'll always be here for you!
Thomas and Galbraith staff are the best! Very professional and work very hard on a frigid day making sure our furnace is working at its best. Our technician was very polite and friendly. I refer all my friends to this company. The maintenance program cost is reasonable and convenient as well. Excellent service!
Best review ever, ***! Thank you for the kind words and for being part of the T&G family!
Very good service. On a Saturday at 6PM. Tech was there within 45 min of my call. Very professional and courteous. Very informative on furnace needs. Will definitely use them again for follow up service .
Thank you, ***! We're honored to have earned your trust and will always be here to provide you with great service.
The technician was polite and professional. It was a positive experience.
That's the way we like it. Thank you
I have had trouble with this company in the past. This time they sent Charlie S who knew what he was doing. He found out that the thermostat was not set up correctly. He fixed it and we can tell the difference in the temperature in the house. It is not going up and down as it was before he came. Thank you!
Thank you, ***! We don't always get it right but we won't give up until we know we've got you taken care of and satisfied.
Great service! Tech was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Previous service I used was horrible. I will definitely recommend to others.
Thank you, ***! We will always be here to help and guarantee to do our best for you. Thank you for being part of the T&G family.
I asked for an estimate for installing a gas line for my new range. The technician inspected the area and told me all of the gas lines were inferior and wouldn't pass inspection and must be replaced at a cost of $3500. Estimates from another plumber made no mention of replacing my gas lines and it would cost $975.
Thomas & Galbraith is a company founded on trust and customer service. We did send a plumber to her home in an attempt to provide her with the requested estimate. However, due to the material that was used in the original construction of her home was not up to current code. The current material uses metal straps to secure the gas line and we cannot proceed with that and would have to update it to proper support strapping. The current gas line was not grounded to the panel. As well, the home receives high gas pressure which would have required the install of a regulator. We're sorry that we were unable to provide the customer service. We have to evaluate each system as a whole in order to ensure that everything is completed correctly. If *** would like to use T&G in the future, please call in and ask for Nathan.

I do not wish to pursue this matter. I had other contractors inspect the site and except for the regulator found no other problems.

Tech was professional and did extra work happily.
Technician was professional and didn’t try and sell me anything, he just pointed out items that could use attention in the future.
Thank you, ***!
Very professional and helpful.
The technician Jared was on time, extremely courteous and clean, happy to answer any questions and did a great job in a timely manner. I can recommend him and Thomas & Galbraith fully.

Brandon was outstanding! Excellent service call. 100% satisfied.
Thank you for the great review, ***! Proud to have earned your trust to be your service provider.
I live out of state and had to have my sink fixed. Thomas and Galbraith did a great job. I called them on Tuesday morning and they had a technician, Ryan, out on Wednesday who fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Ryan communicated with me throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend them.
Thank you for trusting us with your plumbing, heating and cooling needs, ***! We're proud to have earned your trust as your service provider. We'll always be here to help.
Called on a Saturday early afternoon - was told they were very busy and would call me back. Heat was completely off and not turning on - house was 56 degrees. Not terrible, but would like it working correctly. Never heard anything from them, called them back at 5PM that same day - I was told they were very busy and a message was in for a call back already but "we could leave another one" I said no need as long as the notes there. Fast Forward 6 days, no call back, no follow up, nothing. Luckily, we were able to fix the issue with another company basically instantly. We were already existing customers of this business from March of 2018 when we needed to replace at $900 part. Need some work on the customer service side of your business, even if you called and said, "Hey sorry we won't see you for two weeks." That's better than no follow up at all.
Thomas & Galbraith has refused to provide me with a explanation of why the hot water heater in my home needed to be replaced. This information is needed for insurance purposes for my home warranty. The technician that came out on 8/17/2018 to do a consultation on my hot water heater verbally said the hot water heater needed to be replaced. However, the “Summary Of Findings Observation portion, said only “Water Heater Quote” and in the Findings portion “1.) *** white water heater 10yr parts and labor Standard $ 2399 Carefree $ 2057. My wife called two times on 8/29/2018. The first time to request the information and the second time she left another message for the individual that emailed the same exact form that the technician had left on 8/17/2018 and this is not what she had requested. My wife then requested that a Service Manager and President of the company call her in regards to the poor customer service. A Service Manager called me on 8/29/2018 at approximately 8:00pm. He explained that the message was received and he would work on our request the next day 8/30/2018 and give me a call back. I never received a return call. My wife called again on 9/4/2018 and and left a message for the same service manager I spoke with on 8/29/2018 to return the call. I have yet to receive the requested documentation.
It was explained to Mr. that a team member in the office is working on his request and would provide it as soon as available. The initial request received from the customer asked for an itemized breakdown of the charges. Thomas & Galbraith quotes all work by the job, this removes for any surprise charges to the customer. A tactic often used by other less credible service providers. As stated to Mr., the office will provide an email to him stating a visual inspection of the water heater found it to be leaking from the bottom of the tank. During the visual inspection it was found that their were no repairable connections leaking. Thus, replacement was the only option.
After filing my complaint with the Revdex.com on September 4, 2018, my wife reached out to Thomas & Galbraith again on September 7, 2018. She spoke with the same individual I have spoken with on two separate occasions (August 29, 2018 and September 4, 2018). He informed my wife he would email the information we requested. He was suppose to email the information we requested on September 7, 2018 during business hours (a statement explaining why our hot water heater needed to be replaced). We have yet to receive the information. Every time we speak with this individual, he says the same thing and never follows through with sending the requested information. It has been ten days since our original request. As we have explained on every single occasion that myself or my wife have spoken with this same individual, (that identified himself as the customer advocate), this information is needed for our home warranty insurance. Without this information we are not able to submit our claim and this issue is NOT RESOLVED until we receive the requested information.
The customer submitted a request via *** for a quote for a tankless hot water heater. When our agent spoke with the customer, she explained that this was a free quote and not a diagnostic visit. On 9/7 @ 5:22pm an email was sent to ***@*** stating that the plumber completed a visual inspection and found the tank of the water heater to be leaking, this is non repairable and thus the water heater needed replaced.
