BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, especially ladies!
My retired plumber was out of town when I needed service. The only reason I called Thomas and Galbraith is because they offered a $100 coupon. Once this company obtains your service, they try to talk you into purchasing their Membership Maintenance Fee. I ended up paying over $600.00 for a job that took 1.5 hours and my plumber friend told me that he could have done the same job for a third of what Thomas and Galbraith charged me. In addition, the technician who came to my home disengaged a part on my toilet, hoping that I would call them back later for additional services. Stay away from these crooks! You’re better off using a friend or a smaller plumbing company. Beware Ladies! Thompson Plumbing and Heating (HELP) is also a horrible company. Feel free to contact me for further information.

Technician was efficient and very friendly. He explained the issue with our furnace motor in terms we could understand. He explained well the actions he took to hopefully fix the issue and future alternatives if the problem reoccurred.
